ЕЕлена К.Albergo eccellente. Stiamo visitando per la seconda volta. Colazioni deliziose e varie. Ci sono sempre diversi frutti tra cui scegliere. Inizialmente siamo stati sistemati nelle stanze 3110 e 3109. Ci siamo ritrovati sotto un nido di formiche e la cassaforte non funzionava. Senza problemi, siamo stati trasferiti nelle camere 2109 e 2110 recentemente rinnovate: erano pulite e ordinate. Le stanze sono bellissime, stilizzate come Avatar. Dopo il check-out ci è stata data la possibilità di utilizzare senza problemi asciugamani, sedili da spiaggia, doccia e servizi igienici. Personale molto orientato al cliente, cordiale e accogliente. Aiuteranno e consiglieranno sempre. Il caffè, sebbene fatto di titanio, è delizioso.

＞ Beautifully designed - the outward appearance of the hotel is quite spectacular and is very well decorated.
＞ Comfortable rooms - the beds are large and comfortable with plenty of pillows and cushions and the rooms have plenty of places to sit.
＞ Room size - rooms are large and feel spacious.
＞ Cleanliness - The hotel was immaculately clean in all areas.
＞ Staff - Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
＞ Location - the location is ideal for walkability to shops, restaurants and the beach.
Negatives:
＞ Events - The hotel also hosts events which can be very loud and go on late into the night.
＞ Doors/soundproofing - We noticed that there was a significant gap in our door which meant that it wasn't particularly soundproof and we were kept awake most of the night (until 2am) by other guests outside our room.
＞ Location - although I have stated the positives about the location above, the negatives are that the hotel is in close proximity to some bar with live music or karaoke which is incredibly loud and can go on very late into the night. Both the noise from the guests at this hotel and the event down the road was very significant and kept us awake late into the night.
＞ Breakfast - Breakfast is served cold. Although they have the equipment to keep the food warm, for some reason they choose not to. Unless you are lucky enough to catch something as soon as it is placed in the container it will go cold quickly. Eggs, bacon, fried rice, local dishes etc are all cold by the time you get them which is not common for Thai hotels and also very disappointing.
Comments for the hotel:
＞ Doors - please ensure all doors do not have gaps in between. This can be done easily with some rubber lining on the door frame. This would increase the soundproofing of the room dramatically.
＞ Noise - I understand that the hotel cannot control the bar down the street which plays loud music all night but it does have control over its own events and its own guests. There should be strict rules about drunk guests making noise late into the night and knocking on doors. Nowhere in the rules does it state ”quiet hours” which I believe it should. I understand that events at the hotel serve as a large source of the hotel's income, but there's no need to neglect other guests who stay there.
＞ Breakfast - use the equipment you already own properly and keep the breakfast food hot. I do not know any Thai people who enjoy cold food and keeping the food warm would increase the quality of the breakfast dramatically. Despite being a small cafe, the breakfast has quite a variety and the flavour is good but the temperature of the food really ruins the breakfast.

MMJ98Cleanliness - The room was fantastic, spotless in fact, 5/5.
Location - I give this 3/5 because the hotel is located at a beautiful beach. However, the street around the hotel has nothing else on it (not the fault of the hotel obviously). The beach itself is beautiful, I will repeat, but only immediately in front of the hotel. The rest of the beach is very dirty.
Service - This is where this hotel becomes a real disaster, and if I could I would give this section 0/5. We checked in around 11pm to 11:30pm. The staff came to the counter while watching a movie on his phone and left the movie playing full volume whilst looking for our key. After a very long process of checking the computer he led us to a room. He stumbled a lot on his way and appeared drunk. When we got to the room, he looked inside and told us it was already occupied. He told us that our room had been sold to someone else because we were late checking in and led us back to the reception where he walked off somewhere without telling us any more information. We stayed at the reception and used the bathroom facilities in the meantime. I also proceeded to contact trip dot com's customer support to let them know about the issue. After a while had passed he came back and walked past us to the bathroom. After coming out of the bathroom he led us to a new room and told us that this room was now available. The whole thing was bizarre and we were caused to worry unnecessarily by being told that we didn't have a room. I cannot think of any justification for his actions and it started off the stay at this hotel very poorly.
Amenities - The amenities provided by the hotel were adequate. They included a bottle of water in the room. I do like when hotels provide toothbrushes and other smaller things so that would be the difference between me providing a 4/5 and a 5/5 for this part.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel ci ha offerto gratuitamente una camera Premier Deluxe. La zona è molto bella. È molto vicino alla piscina, alla spiaggia, al ristorante (winkks) e alla sala colazione (mango). La camera è grande, la vista è fantastica , e la temperatura dell'acqua della doccia è La pressione dell'acqua è ottima. A parte le zanzare al primo piano, non c'è niente di sbagliato.
La colazione a buffet dell'hotel è abbastanza buona, con piatti cinesi, occidentali e tailandesi, tra cui la frittata è molto popolare, molte persone fanno la fila per aspettare la frittata. Anche il ristorante dell'hotel winkks ha buone recensioni. Si affaccia sul mare. La cena nella Figura 3 (cocktail compresi) ammonta a più di 300 RMB, e il pranzo nella Figura 45 ammonta a più di 200 RMB (il prezzo include il 10% di servizio e 7 % IVA).Gli ingredienti sono freschissimi.Le due ragazze hanno mangiato fino a sazietà. Ogni sera alle 19:30 c'è uno spettacolo di fuoco e musica dal vivo. Se non hai obiettivi gastronomici specifici a Koh Samet, anche mangiare ogni pasto presso il resort è una buona scelta.
Tutto il personale che ho incontrato era cordiale. La reception può aiutarci a prenotare un'auto; la sera, mentre ordinavamo da mangiare al ristorante, abbiamo incontrato il cameriere della colazione, che ci ha riconosciuto e ci ha accolto molto cordialmente.

UUtente anonimoMi sento molto bene, l'hotel è pulito, le strutture sono buone, il servizio è buono, tranquillo, la colazione è buona e ci sono tanti gatti carini.
È a pochi minuti di songthaew dal molo. L'hotel è proprio accanto alla spiaggia. Ci sono molti posti dove mangiare e fare shopping lungo la spiaggia.
Questo è conveniente, altamente raccomandato

This was our fifth stay at Vangduen Hotel, and we already can’t wait to come back! It’s the kind of place that never disappoints. In fact, the only sad part is packing up to leave.
The location is perfect—tucked away on the quiet side of the island, offering so much peace and natural beauty. The clear, calm water and the soft white sand (honestly, it feels like flour!) make it the perfect spot to relax. Even though it’s peaceful, there’s still plenty to do. There’s a great selection of restaurants, a small shop for anything you might need, and a fun fire show in the evenings.
The hotel itself is spotless, well-equipped, and super comfortable. The staff are amazing—so friendly and always happy to help with anything you need. It’s those little things that make each stay so special.
We’d recommend this place 100%. In fact, we’ve already booked our next trip in two weeks! Vangduen Hotel really is a gem, and we feel lucky to have found it.

Tutto il resto era buono.
Il ristorante dell'hotel è conveniente (750-1000 baht a persona) e offre un pasto molto abbondante e birra fresca.
La spiaggia privata dell'hotel è bellissima, con poche persone e molti lettini. La camera viene pulita ogni giorno e ha un profumo delizioso.
La prima bevanda al minibar è gratuita il primo giorno; le ricariche sono a pagamento a partire dal secondo giorno.
Questo resort tropicale offre anche uno spettacolo pirotecnico macho ogni sera (in realtà, è solo un'esibizione di uomini macho in cambio di mance). Capisco quanto sia difficile per quei ragazzi eseguire questi trucchi, quindi do loro 100 baht di mancia ogni sera.
È impeccabilmente pulito e tranquillo. I bagni pubblici sono profumati e gli asciugamani sono morbidi.

UUtente ospiteNel complesso l'hotel è buono, a seconda del prezzo... 10.000 rubli a notte sono molto costosi per questo hotel. È scomodo che tutte le stanze siano una di fronte all'altra, le finestre non si aprono, bisogna nascondersi dietro le tende e sembra subito una grotta... la posizione è ottima. Nel complesso pulito, ma un po' trasandato.

HHeeresIl resort è realizzato con molto amore per i dettagli, le camere nella giungla sono meravigliose; moderno, grande e molto pulito, buon letto! La spiaggia è piccola ma pulita e abbastanza sedie a sdraio e asciugamani disponibili, il ristorante è arioso e carino. Trasporti da e per il molo di ao prao ＜-＞ resort molto ben organizzato, bella area di attesa sulla terraferma. Personale molto gentile!
Punti negativi: manca la palestra e la spiaggia è piccola, quindi nessuna possibilità di ”movimento adeguato” o lunghe passeggiate sulla spiaggia, il ragazzo è un po' limitato e noioso, stessi 2 frutti ogni giorno, niente müsli, caffè non così buono. Anche il ristorante è limitato. Strade dell'isola pericolose e sporche con un sacco di rifiuti e edifici semifiniti intorno... prezzi alti (fissi) per spostarsi (per cenare da qualche altra parte)...
