Free bus shuttle to Haram was the turning point, Highly recommended, breakfast was normal but sufficient. Recommended to stay, Rooms were not noise friendly and if someone is talkiing outside or walking you can hear them.clearly. Road noise as well you can hear but overall it was ok. Karak tea in cafeteria was pathetic not recommended

I am deeply disappointed by my experience at this hotel in Mecca. During our stay for Umrah, I discovered that €150 in cash was stolen from my wallet while it was inside my room. The money did not go missing outside or during travel — it was taken from my wallet, which strongly suggests involvement by someone with access to the room, possibly a staff member. What makes this situation especially painful is the location. We came to Mecca for pilgrimage, a place that represents safety, trust, and spiritual peace. To be robbed in such a sacred city is not only shocking, but heartbreaking. This incident completely destroyed our sense of security and peace during what should have been a once-in-a-lifetime spiritual journey. When I reported the issue, the response from the hotel was dismissive and unhelpful. No serious investigation was conducted, and no responsibility was taken. As guests, we felt ignored and disrespected. I strongly advise future pilgrims and travelers to be extremely cautious with their belongings if they choose to stay here. Sadly, this experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mecca for worship or peace of mind.

The hotel has a great location which is very close to the Prophet mosque, so it’s so convenient to go easily to pray for each prayer time in the mosque. The staff are so friendly and polite, the hotel is clean and also the breakfast buffet was very delicious and have different kinds of food.

The hotel is a decent place to stay and not too far from Masjid Nabawi. The rooms and amenities are good enough for a comfortable visit. One tip for travelers: don’t just ask taxi drivers outside to take you to the mosque—they usually charge more than double. Make sure you have the Careem app downloaded; it consistently saved me over 50% on transport every single time. The hotel provides a shuttle service, but it only runs at prayer times (five times a day). This is convenient if you’re sticking to prayer schedules, but if you want to spend extra time in the mosque, you’ll likely need to use a taxi or Careem. Also, just be aware that their laundry service is on the expensive side. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with decent amenities, but planning your transport and laundry in advance can save you money and hassle.

I had a very pleasant stay at Emaar Royal Hotel Madinah. The location is excellent, close to Masjid Nabawi and the room was clean and comfortable. I would especially like to thank the reception staff, Ms. Rahayl, who was extremely helpful, polite and professional. She handled everything smoothly and made the check-in process easy and welcoming. Her kindness really made a positive difference during my stay.

Questa è la seconda volta che mi fermo in questo hotel e la ragione principale è la posizione. È molto vicino a Masjid Nabwi, si può andare alla preghiera e tornare in camera in ogni preghiera. Anche la porta delle donne vicino. Io viaggio per strada e hanno fornito parcheggio gratuito sulla disponibilità, che è pace di mente per me. Entrambi i tempi ho il parcheggio gratuito alhumdulillah. Molti posti per mangiare vicino anche al centro commerciale di Taiba. In generale molto buono.

Honestly, I really liked everything about this hotel. What I appreciate the most is the kindness of the staff. Right from those security guards at the entrance who goes extra miles and those guys/ brothers in grey t- shirts ( not sure what they are called) they were extremely wonderful, responsive and helpful. I wish I had names but those guys take their jobs very seriously and always wearing smile on their faces even in Ramadan.The receptionist were very helpful, professional and kind too. Great atmosphere!

I recently stayed at this hotel with my friend and family for four nights, and our experience was exceptional. The breakfast offered a wide selection of options, including choices for vegetarians, and was consistently fresh and enjoyable. The staff at the reception were friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming stay. The hotel is conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from the Masjid. For added convenience, they provide a shuttle service every 20 minutes, making access effortless. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Madinah and would gladly stay here again on future visits.

Although the location is little bet far from Haram but the hotel is very neat and clean … the room size is very comfortable and there is a sofa which I like .. the place is calm and the service is good
