Arabia Saudita: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Provincia di Medina

Wonderful stay near Masjid an-Nabawi. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The location made it easy to reach the mosque for prayers. Highly recommended for families and pilgrims visiting Madinah.

Ho soggiornato all'Odst Al Madinah Hotel dal 7 al 10 aprile 2025, pagando 1.078 AED per tre notti, prenotando online tramite Trip.com. Considerata la posizione, il prezzo è abbastanza conveniente, non proprio bassissimo, ma ne vale sicuramente la pena per quello che offre. L'ho prenotato solo un giorno prima del mio arrivo, ed era una delle opzioni più economiche disponibili in quella zona in quel momento. Ho pagato online e non è stato richiesto alcun deposito aggiuntivo, il che ha reso l'intera procedura di check-in davvero fluida. Al mio arrivo, c'era una lunga coda alla reception, ma un membro del personale se ne è accorto e ha aperto un altro sportello, chiamandomi e aiutandomi a effettuare rapidamente il check-in. Questo mi ha fatto un'ottima prima impressione. Il personale è stato generalmente gentile e disponibile, tranne un membro del personale del piccolo panificio nella hall: sembrava sempre di fretta e un po' maleducato, ma non è stato un grosso problema. La posizione è sicuramente uno degli aspetti migliori di questo hotel. La Moschea di Nabawi è raggiungibile in circa 10 minuti a piedi, o anche meno se si cammina velocemente. L'hotel si trova vicino a Fahad Road, dove si trovano il Madinah Frame e molti hotel rinomati. È anche vicino all'ingresso principale della moschea, quindi se si cammina con delle donne, è molto comodo: si può entrare direttamente senza dover fare la lunga deviazione per il cancello delle donne. La zona circostante è vivace e piena di vita, con negozi, supermercati, centri commerciali e un'atmosfera molto spirituale. Durante le preghiere, è bellissimo camminare insieme alla folla che si dirige verso la moschea. Non ho prenotato la camera con colazione, ma l'hotel offre cibo indonesiano. Se siete in camera, potete comporre il 1518 per collegarvi all'hotel successivo – credo si chiami Zowar Hotel – e ordinare. Ho provato a chiamarli un paio di volte, ma o nessuno ha risposto o mi hanno detto che la cucina era chiusa (probabilmente perché ho chiamato a tarda notte), quindi non ho potuto provare il loro cibo. Tuttavia, c'è un ottimo ristorante indonesiano nelle vicinanze, il Sunda Restaurant, che consiglio a chiunque cerchi sapori familiari. Nella hall dell'hotel c'è una piccola panetteria che vende torte, pane, caffè e tè, comoda per uno spuntino veloce o un drink, anche se il personale non è stato dei più cordiali. La camera in sé era eccellente: molto pulita, confortevole, con acqua calda a sufficienza, e non ho avuto problemi con nulla all'interno. Tuttavia, il corridoio esterno era un po' rumoroso, quindi se avete il sonno leggero, è un aspetto da tenere a mente. Una cosa da tenere a mente è che il personale delle pulizie tende a bussare e ad aprire la porta con la chiave se non c'è risposta: mi è successo una volta, quindi consiglio sempre di rispondere subito se qualcuno bussa. In conclusione, consiglio vivamente l'Odst Al Madinah Hotel a chi desidera soggiornare vicino alla Moschea di Masjid Nabawi ma cerca anche una soluzione economica. Offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo per la sua posizione, il comfort e il servizio, soprattutto rispetto ad altri hotel nella stessa zona.

There were several issues during my stay. First, the balcony glass door could not be closed properly. I am quite sure the hotel was already aware of this issue, as their technician came and fixed it immediately without checking or asking any questions. However, I had to call twice before someone finally came. Secondly, the service quality does not match the price paid. The breakfast area is also very small. It was almost fully occupied, and the tables were placed extremely close to each other, which made the dining experience uncomfortable. In addition, while I understand that hotels require guests to check out on time, the way it was handled felt more like constant rushing. I received a call at 12:15 and another call at 12:55 to remind me to check out. If check-out time is strictly enforced, I would expect the same level of urgency for check-in as well. Lastly, there was inconsistency regarding the check-in time. My Trip.com booking confirmation clearly stated a 2:00 PM check-in, but the hotel informed me that check-in was only available at 3:00 PM.

The hotel is a relatively new one, with the rooms being exquisitely decorated and clean. Love the nude and calming colours used in the rooms. My stay was comfortable, and service was good. The hotel is just a stones throw away from Masjidil Nabawi, and it was convenient to be walking to the mosque for prayer which took less than 3 mins! Food was readily accessible with the many shops all around the hotel. I did find it odd that the hotel is advertised on trip with a no-child policy yet they told me that it was not true when I checked with the staff. I would have preferred it to be an adult only hotel since that was why I wanted to book anyway, because the room walls were quite thin, and we could hear kids screaming in the other rooms haha! But just small issue of course.

Il mio soggiorno era medio nel complesso. L'hotel beneficia di una posizione eccellente e la comodità di parcheggio gratuito, che rendeva molto facile andare intorno. Voglio anche elogiare il personale per la loro atteggiamento utile e buon servizio. Ogni volta che sono state sollevate questioni, hanno risposto rapidamente e hanno fatto del loro meglio per affrontarle. La struttura si trovava in una stanza che non era più molto confortevole, alcuni dei dispositivi di illuminazione non funzionavano e il segnale TV via cavo non era coerente. L'acqua poteva rimanere sul pavimento dopo l'uso. Sebbene l'hotel offra un buon valore in termini di posizione e servizio, l'aggiornamento delle camere e delle strutture migliorerebbe notevolmente l'esperienza degli ospiti.

Posizione eccellente e la vista sulla moschea del Profeta è insuperabile. Le camere sono un po' datate, anche la colazione era ok, ma il servizio è stato cordiale e accomodante.

We had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced.  We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage. The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery).   Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us.  The view outside was heavenly mashAla.  Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t.  It such an experience and you have to do it.  Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house.  Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud.  All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk.  Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all.  And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.   Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.  They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44.  It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at.  You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel.  If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.   The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family.  Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

I have booked a room for my parents in madina “Millennium Al Aqeeq Hotel”. The hotel rooms are very comfortable & luxury… Washrooms are neat & clean and the staff of the hotel is cooperative❤️

I recently stayed at this hotel and can confidently say that the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived until the day of departure, everything was handled with exceptional professionalism, care, and attention to detail. The level of service provided truly felt outclass and made the stay both comfortable and memorable. One of the most impressive aspects of the hotel was the cleanliness. Every area—whether it was the room, bathroom, corridors, or common spaces—was spotless and extremely well maintained. Housekeeping deserves special appreciation for their consistency and dedication. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, fresh towels were provided, and everything was arranged neatly, giving a real sense of comfort and hygiene. The staff were outstanding. They were polite, respectful, and always willing to help with a warm and welcoming attitude. Any request or question was handled promptly and professionally, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Their hospitality created a relaxed and positive environment throughout the stay. The room itself was well equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was very comfortable, allowing for a restful sleep, and the overall atmosphere of the room was peaceful and pleasant. Everything worked perfectly, from lighting to amenities, which added to the stress-free experience. Overall, everything about this hotel was perfect—from service and cleanliness to comfort and management. It is rare to find a place where all aspects are maintained at such a high standard. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality accommodation, whether for family, business, or religious travel. I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. A truly excellent stay from start to finish.

Location is perfect. Short walk to the Mosque and easy to organise walking to all the shops. Staff are exceptional, always looking to enhance your experience. Breakfast was good with a good selection but did lack variety day in day out. Staff here are very good and are always willing to help. Downside would be the coffee machines that never seemed to be working correctly. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but staff were sent promptly and most were rectified in a good time. A tip would ask for your room to face the mall, the otherside had a lot of traffic noise which was constant.
