Hotel carino , vicino al mento , e pulito , persone in reception sono così carino

Sono sicuro che tornerò a stare in questo hotel. L'hotel stesso è molto soddisfatto in termini di pulizia e conforto. L'ambiente è anche molto utile per me di rimanere insieme, poiché ci sono molti negozi e posti da pranzo. Il bus di shuttle è anche molto utile.

Great location just a block away from Masjid Nabawi near gate 37 which is a few feet away from blessed gate 1. Lots of near by shopping as usual with shops open till midnight. Hotel lobby is open and clean with dates and refreshing water offered all day long. Huge sitting area at the mezzanine level where families can gather. Breakfast was great with fresh eggs made to order, huge hot and cold selection. Manager of breakfast and his staff were super nice and very accommodating. Room service staff very friendly and also very nice and informative. But the best for us was the laundry service. For the days we were there, Alhumdulillah it rained daily which of course is quite refreshing and with a family of 5 we had lots of wet clothes. Unfortunately the clothes didn’t dry up in room air as quickly as we thought. So we requested the laundry service to dry them which they did ASAP given our flight time. One downside, we had two room as part of the Ambassador suite and one the small rooms AC didn’t work. Weather was cool but certainly needed AC. Had it been in summer, then it would have been unbearable.

La colazione - i camerieri sono fantastici! Sono le mani su, si occupano di tutte le vostre esigenze e hanno sempre il sorriso benvenuto - tutto quello che dovete fare è chiedere! Ahmed Hakim - secondo mio figlio, «Il signor James Bond» è un fab e ci ha servito molto bene. Mustafa Hakim, molto gentile, guardava la mia famiglia, e Asif Latif, che si occupava di tutte le nostre necessità, si assicurava che il nostro cibo fosse caldo e che portasse il tè caldo. Il manager è eccellente, il signor Imran ha una squadra ben organizzata, fantastica che mostra gli standard di Hilton! Grazie alla squadra. Siamo regolari di Atlantis Dubai e il servizio è stato di alta qualità e molto simile.

Great stay at a reasonablu priced hotel. Food variety was not great though. But probably ok for most other patrons as majority are here for religious reasons rather than their tummies.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questo hotel. Vantaggi: vicinanza con la grande moschea, bisogna camminare per dieci minuti. Ci sono parcheggio gratuito. Le camere sono corrette. Il colazione è molto buono e c'è la scelta. Inconveniente: il personale della ricezione non parlava inglese, ma noi ci siamo capiti, la doccia non si chiudeva, meritava un rinfresco. Ma per 2 notti questo hotel fa in gran parte il caso. Molti piccoli negozi al di sotto dell'hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Saja Al Madinah durante il nostro soggiorno a Medina. Sembra ci sia una miscela di recensioni qui, quindi prego prendi il mio feedback come un po' di sale. Avevamo prenotato una stanza per 5 adulti e la stanza era spaziale e non era spazzatura. La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona e si trova a pochi passi dalla moschea del profeta.Abbiamo trovato le camere pulite e temperate, che mi piacevano intorno alla stanza erano le tende che bloccavano completamente la luce del sole. Non avrete la minima idea di quando sarà il tempo se le tende sono disegnate. In generale, mi sono divertito e non ho avuto problemi. Check-in è stato veloce. L'unico feedback negativo che ho è che l'hotel era un po' prezioso..

Location was good but the room was terrible the towels given had somebody’s hair on, very strong Cigarette smell in room because somebody was smoking inside hotel and I struggled to sleep been coughing, Aircon blowing very bad air which resulted in struggling to breathe. I reported this and I was asked to come back next day speak to the Manager which I did. I spoke with Mr Turki who promised me to resolve this but he did nothing. Originally I booked 4* Nusk AlMadinah but when I was about to check-in they sent me to Nusk AlHijra. Please avoid this hotel if you have asthma, or with pregnant/elderly person because smoke smell was very strong. Smoke was coming from the picture I attached in this review. Hotel Staff DID NOT CARE!

È la mia prima esperienza in questo hotel, mi sono davvero trovato bene, ottima posizione, molto vicino al HARAM, ottimi servizi, colazione abbondante, ho provato anche il ristorante, ottima scelta, raccomando fortemente anche alle famiglie! Un ringraziamento speciale al Sig. Abdelhamid, mi ha assistito in maniera formidabile!

Il mio soggiorno dal 9 al 11 Feb 2023. Ottimo luogo, a pochi passi dal Masjid - il lato del Verde Dome. Anche un breve passo verso il mercato alimentare. Personale amichevole e spaziosa camera pulita - buono stato bagno e doccia (nessun orribile lavoro di grotta) - comodo mattone top - pulita Tea/Caffè. La strada per la stanza è buona con un certo tipo di atomizzatore e gli ascensori sono veloci, su entrambi i lati della strada. Il ricevitore mi ha dato un migliore servizio dalla stanza che avevo prenotato. In tutto questo, questa era una esperienza piacevole e pacifica. Mi sono confortevolmente trasformata in Ihram, pronto per il mio viaggio verso Makkah via treno. Akhtar

Molto bel hotel, convenientemente situato sul secondo piano da Al Haram, da 7 a 10-minute passeggiata da Ladies’ Gate. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita. Le bagni erano anche pulite con 2 bacini. La stanza aveva un piccolo frigo, caldaia, muffa, acqua minerale, caffè e sacchetti di tè. Abbiamo avuto accesso alla sala VIP che serviva frutta, snack leggeri e cibo da dita. Il tasso era ragionevole e buono valore per i soldi. Molto raccomandato.

Grande hotel, belle camere pulite con un piccolo ufficio per lavorare. L'unica questione è che è lontano dal centro della città - circa 25-30 minuti di auto. Un soggiorno confortevole.

Visited with my husband and two children aged 15 and 10, along with my parents and my grandmother. We had two connecting rooms and this was perfect for us to be able to have plenty of room but also easily spend time together. The hotel is located within a 5 minute walk of masjid Al Nabi and we were very impressed with it. Check in was smooth and painless. Our room were ready and in the correct configuration. They were clean, modern and spacious. The staff were all pleasant and big shout out and appreciation to all the cleaning staff, very hard working and thorough. The WiFi was fast and easily accessible. There was plenty of storage space, the bathroom was well appointed, there was a safe and a fridge. Basic toiletries were provided as well as a hairdryer. Breakfast was included and we really enjoyed the variety and especially the Karak chai at the end. There is an omelette station, pancakes, pastries. Hot and cold buffet. Lots of cakes and yogurts, fresh fruit. Again the staff very pleasant and helpful. We did not eat any main meal at the hotel. It was quite pricey, we did have ice creams and snacks from the cafe on the ground floor. The lifts were plentiful but did become very busy during namaaz time which is understandable. The staff did try their best to ensure some level of organisation but sad to say some of the guests really lose all sense of decency. Both here in Madina and in Makkah I am amazed at the complete lack of simple courtesy or repect for ladies or children. Even people in wheelchairs being shoved and pushed. Not the hotels fault, I simply mention it so generally people can be aware. It is located in an ideal location near to the ladies gate and we found it to be a good location for shops and restaurants also. Would be happy to stay again.

I stayed at this hotel in Medina coming from Mecca. The rooms are all in one floor. Same floor as the restaurant and the mall. Checking in was easy and seamless. Dian helped us and made our stay enjoyable. He went out of his way to make sure we have all we needed. Breakfast was amazing kudus to chef Hares Elsayed is definitely top class chef. Nasrulsin working hard to ensure everyone’s needs are met. Sama at the reception was very helpful and courteous. Assisted us and was always smiling and helpful. I see Leena on the main floor always asking us if we need anything. All in all the service and staff in this hotel is top notch and one of the best experiences I had in a Marriott hotel being a reward Member for the 13 years. I had a 2 bedroom apartment and was very spacious and clean. The hotel is a far from Alharam but the shuttle is always on time for all prayers. It takes 15-20 minutes. It’s connected to the mall where all kinds of food are available. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here if I come back to beautiful Medina

Una esperienza fuori del comune, una immersione nell’Arabia pre-islamica alle civiltà epoustouflante, dei paesaggi a tagliare il respiro. Le villa sotto tenda sono una meravigliosa, con una perfetta intimità. Abbiamo avuto un team straordinario, un ringraziamento particolare alla signora ROA, efficiente, caldo e perfetto per tutta la nostra permanenza.

Una bella casa, la cucina e il bagno dovrebbero essere interi. Il servizio di colazione è fantastico!Il colazione è delizioso!Il parcheggio è anche molto conveniente, andare alla vecchia città e al parco invernale è anche conveniente, mezz'ora. Il nostro viaggio di Elola è molto felice!

Waad Al Ula Hotel è un posto ben mantenuto, senza spot, accogliente e accogliente per soggiornare mentre visita Al Ula. Le camere sono grandi, con un'area seduta, piccola cucina. Il letto è molto confortevole, ha avuto grandi notti di sonno. Grande per qualsiasi tempo di gruppi, familiari, viaggiatori soli. Grande spazio pubblico, vista al tetto superiore sono sorprendenti. Khalid Khafagy, il proprietario , ha dimostrato grande ospite, generosità, Aiuto con altri accordi, tra cui visita guidata dei siti di Al Ula. Egli è molto conosciuto e offre un'impecabile conoscenza locale, l'aspetto degli interni. Raccomando molto il soggiorno all'hotel Waad Al Ula per gruppi di ospiti, famiglie, viaggiatori soli, coppie. Grazie per un soggiorno sorprendente.

Grande esperienza di soggiorno al Novetel. Zona tranquilla anche se è attraverso il Corniche. Camere pulite. Grandi servizi in camera. Colazione vario, ed è deliziosa. Grande personale nella zona del colazione. Grande personale alla reception. Non solo il servizio clienti è in alto, ma anche cercano di rendere i clienti soddisfatti. Grazie a tutti al Novetel per la loro ospite. Grazie speciali a Mohammed e Alia per il loro sostegno durante il mio soggiorno. Mantenetelo!

A Yanbu, dove tutto è costoso, questo è considerato accettabile. Contato come il secondo miglior hotel qui. Sicuro e pulito. Nel complesso il servizio è buono, il personale di servizio è ok anche in inglese?

La stanza è molto pulita e dotata di strutture comode.È possibile soggiornare per colazione e cena a un prezzo ragionevole.Ti suggeriamo di usare l'auto perché è un po' lontano dal centro della città.
