Overall it was a pleasant experience but for a young couple like ourselves some of the rules seemed like something set in the 1950 with 1950 Fashion 🤣, women are allowed slippers but not men, men can’t show arms 🤣 you’re not allowed to wear formal vest with a modern take on a formal attire but you can come wearing your Pj’s, all these strange rules just to have dinner lol, but good for taking pictures but for the price it’s not worth it, if you want to take pictures you are allowed to just come in from the streets anyway, there are much better hotels for this price the staff are polite but if you have a problem nobody can solve it. The common rooms are beautiful but the hotel rooms don’t reflect that. The staff are very polite.

Per la prima volta che soggiorno a Lubd Makati e devo dire che il letto è decente Mi piace la disposizione, ma le docce del bagno hanno bisogno di un'ampia costruzione di molle di pulizia sui cubicchieri. La posizione è grande per il prezzo e il personale è amichevole. Sono riuscito a parcheggiare la mia auto e le guardie di sicurezza sono attenti e utili.

We booked a Fort King Suite for a celebration. Here's what stood out: The positive feedback: Ground floor staff and the security team were warm and welcoming. Housekeepers were kind and helpful, though they didn't replace our toothbrushes and slippers during cleaning. Not a huge issue, but should be a standard for a 4-star hotel. Food was great, and the breakfast buffet trainees/new hire outshined everyone—they actively greeted and assisted us while old staff just stood by watching. The negative part: No welcome chocolates at check-in despite what was advertised for the room type booked. The AC had weak airflow even at max settings and was leaking; the maintenance guy tried but failed—same airflow as before. We then asked a lady housekeeper for help, and she managed to fix the issue, which was unexpected since maintenance should have been the one to handle it. But it eventually returned to its original weak airflow after an hour or two. We decided to let it go rather than ruin our trip. The real problem occurred from the 3rd floor and 5th floor—it felt hostile. One non-straight/fruity guy receptionist rolled his eyes when I smiled at him and a female colleague glared at me then looked away. Most staff looked miserable. I could sense that there is some kind of feud among the staff that is affecting their behavior, because I saw them gossiping with each other while they were on duty. They're either gossiping about their colleagues or about other guests, and it's very off-putting. It ruins the vibe and is not very professional. This must be stopped. Most of them will just ignore you when there’s less guests around, but if there are too many guests around, only then will they perform their duties and show hospitality. I've stayed at many 4–5 star hotels; this was my worst 4-star experience. I would not mind if the property were in bad condition—you could have saved the reputation by being kind and warm to your guests. Instead, the negative energy made the experience even worse. Wish I'd trusted those bad reviews. To management: Retrain your old employees. The new hires remember what hospitality means; your tenured staff don't. Thanks to ground floor staff, guards, security dogs, housekeepers, trainees/new hires, and kitchen crew—you saved this stay from being a total loss. Hope that 3rd floor reception team learns basic courtesy and hospitality from you.

L'hotel è abbastanza lussuoso e il personale gentilissimo, fa di tutto per farti avere una bella esperienza. Le camere sono molto grandi e spaziose ma necessitano di un po' di restauro.

L'hotel è convenientemente situato a 5-10 minuti a piedi dall'aeroporto (NAiaT3). L'hotel andava bene per un trasferimento, niente di eccezionale o memorabile. Il personale dell'hotel era davvero disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutare. La nostra camera aveva piccoli insetti che si muovevano sui letti e sul pavimento, ma il personale dell'hotel è stato in grado di spruzzare un po' di pesticida e il problema è stato risolto. Se ami lo shopping c'è un centro commerciale intorno all'hotel e molti ristoranti.

Great Stay at Kingsford Hotel We had a really pleasant stay at Kingsford Hotel. The room was clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day. What I appreciated most was the service. The staff were courteous, accommodating, and attentive throughout our stay. The location was also convenient, especially if you’re looking to stay around the Pasay/Entertainment City area. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Kingsford Hotel. It’s a good option for a relaxing stay, and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

The room we stayed was very spacious but very poor internet connection. Even if you bring own coffee or tea, there are no kettle to boil hot water. You have to go downstairs or request it to bring it up to your room, not convenient if you have seniors with you. No mini refrigerator so we place our liquid milk to their kitchen. towels and linens are old but clean. Our room is along Edsa, so if you are a light sleeper, not recommended but for me its OK. They offer breakfast buffet, limited options but there are so many food shops outside the hotel so finding food is not a problem. Staffs are all polite and very accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel 101 – The Fort! One of the things I really appreciated most was the very convenient location. The hotel is within walking distance of both SM Aura and Market! Market!, which made it so easy for us to go out, shop, and look for food without having to worry about transportation. I was traveling alone with my seven-year-old son, who has special needs, so having everything nearby was a huge advantage for us. The walk to and from the hotel and the malls was easy and hassle-free, which made our stay much more comfortable and convenient. The hotel itself was also clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we really enjoyed the beautiful view from our room. Overall, we had a pleasant and convenient stay, and I would definitely consider staying at Hotel 101 – The Fort again, especially because of its location and accessibility.

Penso che sia abbastanza accessibile dato che ci vogliono circa 15 minuti in taxi dall'aeroporto Ninoy Aquino T3 ◎ Le guardie di sicurezza e i dipendenti dell'hotel sono tutti gentili e offrono la migliore ospitalità...🥲La pressione dell'acqua nella doccia è un po' debole sono rimasto deluso dal fatto che non ci fossero fazzoletti nella stanza, ma a parte questo era perfetta ◎ Vorrei utilizzare di nuovo questo hotel la prossima volta che verrò a Manila 😌

L'esperienza della colazione è stata deludente. Il rifornimento dei prodotti alimentari era estremamente lento, con vassoi vuoti spesso lasciati vuoti per molto tempo. Questo creava una sensazione di disagio, come se l'hotel stesse in modo subdolo scoraggiando gli ospiti dal mangiare. Per una struttura a cinque stelle, il servizio di colazione dovrebbe essere fluido, efficiente e generoso, ma purtroppo non è stato così.
