Filippine: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Regione Capitale Nazionale

Ascensori si fanno attendere nei momenti di traffico. Doccia solo dall’alto Generale stato trascurato Captive wifi 27Mbps down e 17 up Palestra senza aria condizionata; piscina non particolarmente invitante. Rumore di notte in camera con condizionatore acceso: 50db(z) Finestre e tende sporche; dal sesto piano nessuna vista particolare. Letto e asciugamani puliti

Questa è la mia seconda volta e il servizio è stato buono. Il pacchetto ci ha anche permesso di effettuare il check-out alle 14:00 invece delle solite 12:00, il che è stato molto comodo, soprattutto dopo un lungo volo, dato che la struttura è vicina alla NAIA. Prenoteremo di nuovo.

Ho bisogno di un ferro piatto e poi ho chiamato dal telefono di custodia 5 una ragazza ha risposto che ho detto che avevo intenzione di chiamare, ma lei ha detto sarcastico che poteva sbarcare un ferro piatto solo per 30 minuti e ho solo detto se solo 30 minuti dopo potevo prendere in prestito io. Rispondeva: ”Akright lo portero' ora nella tua stanza e il ragazzo di servizio ha appena firmato questa mamma, non più ho chiesto al ragazzo dopo che ho finito di chiamare”. - L'ho lasciato fuori. Quindi, dopo aver finito, ho appena chiamato il custode della casa la ragazza ha detto bene che manderò qualcuno che la prendera' finche' non controllero' il ferro piatto ancora nella nostra stanza... come arriva la persona di servizio a volte brutta ma i Ither non sono... Spero che Bayview parcheggio hotel treno Bene il loro servizio di servizio, in particolare rispondendo in modo giusto... non in modo sarcastico e eccessivo...

Sono stati gentili, nonostante la prenotazione fosse stata effettuata online con un errore nell'applicazione Trip, che ha generato doppie prenotazioni e con le date sbagliate (stesse date!). Il personale è stato gentile. Il centro commerciale SM North Edsa è vicinissimo. Bastano dai 6 ai 10 minuti a piedi per prendere qualcosa da mangiare e da bere. Vorrei solo che avessero più servizi per godersi il soggiorno, come una semplice palestra o una piscina.

I commend all the staff from security, frontdesk, phone support, bar and resto up to housekeeping team. They are all respectful, attentive, kind and they make you feel at home. The loctaion is superb! The room size is good too and value for money. The buffet breakfast is good too. Its the people that makes you want to come back! My comment is the cleanliness... 1st the room: attached are the photos of the wall beside the room reading/coffee table - it was dusty! The housekeeping was quick to wipe it but didnt vacuum after. It seems there are only few housekeeper per floor as I see them working hard all the time. So it mught be lack of manpower to maintain the cleanliness 2ndnd the kettle - it was a little rusty and it was replaced with white stains :( 3rd pool - it shoumd be clean often as needed as I saw some insects floating around. I love that the water is a little warm but it should cleaned as often as possible. The water was not as clear as expected so it seems it been there for a while. Given the size and number of people and kids checked in, they should clean or replace the water as often. The glass on the pool might need cleaning too as it obstruct the view ( which is Okada and hundres of trees! ) I guess because the water is a little warm, it is always ”foggy” or ”moist” .? 4th Gym - its okay but the doors beside the mirrors are dusty that have web type of dust already. The wooden door has white spots that ” might” be a mould already. They need a good ventallation and dehumidifier or air purifier. 4th - smoking area.. just beside the pool with kids swimming around. They might to find other place.or.increase the tress and plants over there.

Pricey considering the state of the room. Shaking floor tile in the bathroom. Blinking ceiling lights. Bedroom door closes on its own. Main door has no second lock. Glass table top not secured. But relatively reasonable priced compared to the other hotels within BGC. Many staff standing around the breakfast area but not attentive to customer’s need. Good location. Firm bed. Friendly staff.

Good location near the araneta collisium, affordable price and I highly recommend their breakfast buffet. My suggestions would be their toiletries and room lights. Management needs to replace the towels because it looks old and adds more light in the room. It took us almost 30 minutes to complete the check in process.

There was a convention happening on the day we checked in, so the hotel was understandably very crowded. The reception area had a long queue, and one of the receptionists seemed to take quite a while to process each guest (I’m not sure if he was new). We started queuing at around 1:00 PM and waited for about 30 minutes before it was our turn. When we finally reached the counter, the receptionist informed us that our room was still not ready and asked us to come back at the official check-in time. This was a little disappointing since it was only about 30 minutes before check-in, and we had already noticed other guests being given their rooms before 2:00 PM. Having to queue again after already waiting for 30 minutes wasn’t the best experience. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is excellent. It’s directly across from SM Aura and within walking distance of Market! Market!. There’s also a 7-Eleven and Mang Inasal just outside the hotel, which is very convenient. My only concern is that the hotel’s frontage is near a busy intersection, so crossing the street can feel a bit risky. The breakfast was decent, and the coffee served at the restaurant was surprisingly good. Overall, the location and amenities made up for some of the inconvenience during check-in, but I hope the hotel can improve its check-in process, especially during busy periods.

Ho prenotato 5 camere con 1 mese di anticipo, ma al momento del check-in ne erano disponibili solo 3... Ho preso la mia camera intorno alle 14:40 e l'altra alle 15:30.. la famiglia che aspettava nella hall si lamentava con me, un po' delusa... Personale pulito e amichevole.

Ho soggiornato nella stanza 527 durante la mia visita dal 23 al 25 novembre. Inizialmente avevo prenotato una camera standard, ma la prima stanza che mi è stata assegnata non aveva finestre. Dato che soffro di claustrofobia, ho richiesto una camera con finestra e sono molto grato che il personale abbia immediatamente accolto la mia richiesta. Tuttavia, il secondo giorno sono rimasto un po' deluso. Ho appeso il cartello ”Make Up Room” prima di uscire, ma al mio ritorno la stanza non era stata pulita. Spero che la situazione possa essere migliorata in futuro e che il personale addetto alle pulizie possa essere informato sulla procedura di pulizia della camera. Una nota positiva: la posizione è eccellente e tutto il personale, dalla sicurezza agli addetti alle pulizie, è stato sempre cordiale e disponibile. Nonostante il piccolo inconveniente, tornerò sicuramente e consiglierò l'Eurotel Pedro Gil ad altri. Complimenti a tutto il team! 🫡
