"Staff were all very polite , friendly and helpful. Location was good. Close to beach and town centre Room was nice, decor was a little outdated but had lovely views. Pool, hot tub and sauna was a bonus , very clean and throughly enjoyed using them. Hotel itself was very plush. Enjoyed staying there."

"I enjoyed the location of this hotel. It was so close to the beach. The hotel did not serve breakfast due to construction I assume. However the sister hotel next door , the Carlton treated us as their own guests. The rooms were roomy and clean when we arrived. Towels and bedding clean and super white. Bed was comfy, view spectacular even if we did not have a front facing view. Side view still provided a good view of the sea. East cliff was in walking distance of city centre and beaches. Lots of eating establishments on beaches and city centre. A QR code at reception need to be scanned and service requested if you needed any room services. Due to our short stay, we did not request any services. Breakfast at Carlton very good. Sustained us while we spent whole morning into late afternoon at the stunning beaches. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Cost was reasonable. Hotel reception area is beautiful. Our hotel stay was fit for the purpose we intended for our short stay."

"Toilet seat is loose, sink is blocked,l ocked is broken,this needs an attention for maintenance. But Haven gave us good service.attending some things that my family needs. Overall,im happy with the service & very close to the beach."

"Recentemente sono rimasto a The Bath Hotel Beaumont dal 25 al 26 aprile, dove abbiamo prenotato due camere standard con finestre. Una delle camere era molto buona, pulita e confortevole. Tuttavia, la seconda camera era estremamente deludente e in cattiva condizione. Era significativamente inferiore alle aspettative, soprattutto considerando che entrambe le camere erano prenotate nella stessa categoria. Vorrei consigliare di evitare le camere standard più piccole, poiché la qualità sembra essere molto diversa. Su una nota positiva, la posizione dell'hotel è eccellente e molto conveniente. Le strutture di spa e piscina sono anche buone; tuttavia, va chiarito che esse sono a costo aggiuntivo per persona, che non viene comunicato in modo trasparente al momento della prenotazione. Il parcheggio è disponibile ma costa circa 25 sterline al giorno. Purtroppo, il servizio associato a questo era molto povero. La nostra auto era parcheggiata sotto un albero e lasciata coperta in gocce di uccelli. Quando abbiamo sollevato questa preoccupazione, il personale era insufficiente e ha dichiarato di non avere la capacità di pulire, ma di avere provviste di pulizia e di pulire la macchina, che è molto poco professionale, visto il prezzo pagato. Inoltre, il servizio di valet era infiabile. In molte occasioni abbiamo dovuto aspettare 15–20 minuti per la nostra auto, e due volte abbiamo finito di recuperarlo da noi stessi dopo essere stati detto di aspettare. Questo sconfigge lo scopo di un servizio di valet pagato. Il personale, soprattutto alla ricezione, si è rivelato rude e poco professionale, soprattutto nel trattamento delle denunce. Per un hotel di questo tipo, la mancanza di servizio di base, compreso il servizio in camera o un servizio di chiamata efficiente, è stata sorprendente. In generale, mentre la posizione e alcune strutture sono buone, l'incongruenza nella qualità delle camere e il mancato servizio clienti ha colpito notevolmente il nostro soggiorno. Non consiglierei questo hotel a meno che non siano apportate miglioramenti."

"La maggior parte del personale era eccezionalmente amichevole e utile. Abbiamo inviato un mail per chiedere se potevamo lasciare le valigie in un luogo sicuro quando arrivammo al mattino di un matrimonio e prima di un check-in ufficiale. Possiamo anche prendere in prestito un caricatore. La nostra stanza era pulita e tesa. L'energia complessiva dell'hotel era calma e tranquilla durante il nostro soggiorno. La posizione era piuttosto centrale, sembrava. Ci siamo divertiti!"

"Upon checking in was told breakfast is till 10 am Next day in the morning was coming to have breakfast with kids at 9:40 apparently too late. Went back to the reception they said oh sorry it’s open till 10 am on weekends. Left with 2 kids without breakfast and no complimentary was offered considering misleading information from the receptionist on check in. We travelled on hottest day by train with delayed service 4 hours to get here. Also, felt intimidated by pool staff teice on 2 different days asking me who I am and are we were guests ?:( seriously? Did they think I just walked in randomly from the street? Shocking! Me and my two kids felt unwelcome and placed in embarrassment in front of others because I had to verify that I am guest and I had paid to be here:( that’s not 4 stars customer service! I travel around the world but here felt either ****** or discrimination not sure what it was felt odd. Had to book another hotel because didn’t like the whole experience and attitude from the staff! Also their spa and indoor pool is actually in the other hotel next by. Which was odd we never made as didn’t want to move around from one building to another for spa. Receptionist were abrupt and couldn’t be bothered to spare simple smile. Not happy at all. Bathrooms shower it terrible no power couldn’t even wash my hair off the soap. Basically not recommend due to these issues I had experienced."

"This was our second visit to this hotel, we have unfortunately had the same experience twice. The hotel itself is lovely with great facilities. Rooms are lovely, Beds are huge and extremely comfy. Fluffy, luxury towels. The Pool area and pool are lovely, feel like you are abroad on a hot day. Although it is a fight for a Sun lounger. However it’s completely let down by the staff. The bar staffs attitude was appalling, it was an inconvenience for them to get our drinks each time. We had a Roast dinner at Old Harry Rocks - staff were much better in there and v accommodating, although I do believe this this a separate company to the hotel and it shows. Beef was tough in parts but still nice. Pork was lovely. On booking, breakfast is charged at £22 at but in the hotel it’s £15 so don’t fall into that trap. The staff had no idea what they were doing. They first couldn’t get our drinks order right, then they messed up our simple breakfast order. Some of us nearly finishing our breakfast before others even got their meal. The breakfast itself was very small, we were also only given half a mushroom?? For £22/£15 I would at least expect to have a whole Mushroom… They then didn’t know how to use the card machine..  Before we left we used the Spa, small but nice. Sauna was closed & pool was freezing. Hot Tub also wasn’t very warm.  Overall it was not a great experience, we will not be returning. To pay £260 minimum for a room for extremely poor service is criminal."

"Recentemente sono rimasto in questo hotel per le mie vacanze e ho avuto una splendida esperienza. Le camere erano pulite, comode e bellissimemente decorate. Il personale era amichevole e sempre pronto ad aiutare. La posizione dell'hotel era perfetta, vicino alla spiaggia e alle attrazioni locali. Il servizio è stato eccellente e l'atmosfera ha reso la vacanza molto piacevole. Hotel fantastico con personale amichevole, camere pulite e cibo eccellente. La posizione era perfetta per la nostra vacanza, e il servizio era eccellente. Mi piacerebbe rimanere qui di nuovo."
