"We were upgraded to a see view at an extra cost. It was good to see the sea. The twins beds were large and comfy. The shower was great also. The layout of both bedroom and bathroom was functional and comfortable."

"I find the property to be quite good clean and at a good location. The parking was slightly on the higher side and they were limited slots. When I was there. The check-in process was painfully long. This could have been better but overall service was reasonable."

"I recently stayed at The Bath Hotel Beaumont from 25th to 26th April, where we had booked two standard rooms with windows. Unfortunately, the experience was quite inconsistent. One of the rooms was very good, clean, and comfortable. However, the second room was extremely disappointing and in poor condition. It was significantly below expectations, especially considering both rooms were booked under the same category. I would strongly advise avoiding the smaller standard rooms, as the quality seems to vary greatly. On a positive note, the hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. The spa and swimming pool facilities are also good; however, it should be clearly noted that these come at an additional cost per person, which is not communicated transparently at the time of booking. Parking is available but costs around £25 per day. Unfortunately, the service associated with this was very poor. Our car was parked under a tree and was left covered in bird droppings. When we raised this concern, the staff were unhelpful and stated they did not have the manpower to clean it. Instead, we were given cleaning supplies and expected to clean the car ourselves, which is highly unprofessional given the price charged. Additionally, the valet service was unreliable. On multiple occasions, we had to wait 15–20 minutes for our car, and twice we ended up retrieving it ourselves after being told to wait. This defeats the purpose of a paid valet service. The staff, particularly at reception, came across as rude and unprofessional, especially when handling complaints. For a hotel of this standard, the lack of basic service, including room service or an efficient call service, was surprising. Overall, while the location and some facilities are good, the inconsistency in room quality and poor customer service significantly impacted our stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless improvements are made."

"I need to give a huge shout out to every reception staff member as every single one has been incredibly kind and friendly as soon as we entered the building! When asking questions, every single staff member gave a detailed answer to the point where I wouldn't even have to ask again or ask any further questions! Our room didn't have any AC and our room was very warm even with a fan provided. The bathroom.door was very squeaky too and you had to give quite a nudge when trying to close it or open it. But despite these, the staff member made up for it, we both enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone travelling to Bournemouth!"

"Booked this hotel as I stayed before in some Ibis hotels. When came to check in the person from reception asked us to wait until he checks the room.( it was around 4pm)? I assume room was meant to be checked before. Took him about 10 minutes or so. Took the keys room was nice, comfy, minimalistic If i can say so.(i would have a mini fridge). In about 20 minutes while we weregeting ready to go out AC stared to lick quite badly. When went downstairs told the same person at the reception he only nodded ( I mentioned as its for the interest of the hotel as everything is geting wet, floor, wall). After we came back, enetered the room was quite hot as the AC was off. Couldn't turn on, tried to contact reception through the WhatsApp number that is offered in the room ( saying phones are such a 1980's), no one answered after about half an hour tried to call the same number, again no answer. Tried to call the hotel, went through the AI. Went downstairs in the end to ask how to turn on the AC. Person at the reception said it is off from them and he can turn it on for me, which he did. After about 1 hour i had to go downstairs back to ask to turn it off as the water dripping was getting on my nerves and the AC could not be turned down either from the room. At least I was given a fan that helped to solve the issue, and I was told to complain in the morning if I need. Another thing I want to mention is that therr is no ice in the hotel, as when i went downstairs and asked for it been told they dont have any, neither fridge is available in the room. So my fathers treat away was unfortunately ruined by the hospitality of the hotel. At least weather was good."

"Grande posizione con parcheggio, che è molto lussuoso a Bournemouth in questa stagione popolare. Abbiamo organizzato una grande stanza accanto alla strada. Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel specificamente per le strutture spa principalmente la piscina da giardino, ma questo era fuori ordine prima di arrivare lì e non ne siamo stati informati altrimenti avremmo prenotato altrove e non era stato fissato per tutta la nostra permanenza. La piscina era decente, ma non la più pulita, come mi sentivo sporco sul pavimento della piscina. La scorsa notte siamo usciti dall'acqua e mia moglie è incinta, quindi sono andato al portiere della notte e ho chiesto una bottiglia d'acqua che forniscono complimenti al giorno, ma ha detto che non poteva darmi una e che poteva venderla dal bar, che io La stanza non aveva un frigo, quindi non potevamo comprare acqua e tenerla fredda. Il parcheggio è stato di 10 sterline al giorno, che credo dovrebbe essere incluso nel soggiorno. Il personale dell'hotel era molto più amichevole di questo, ma probabilmente la prossima volta mi sarei guardato altrove."

"Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno di 3 giorni all'Hotel Harbour a Christchurch. Ci siamo mangiati due volte, una volta al ”The Upper Deck” e una volta al ”The Jetty”. Abbiamo avuto bellissime tavole, cibo grande e servizio ci ha fatto sentire speciale. La colazione è stata la stessa, con un servizio attento da tutti i dipendenti e un grande cibo servito sul veranda aperto. Anche se abbiamo usato l'hotel come base per le nostre passeggiate intorno all'area, abbiamo anche usato il bagno, che è stato ben mantenuto e ha tutte le strutture che potresti desiderare. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la nostra stanza assegnata che non era come ordinato da Trip.com. Anche se il gruppo di ricezione ha ribadito che avevano assegnato la stanza accuratamente in base a ciò che aveva ordinato per noi Trip.com, il manager di ricezione Cherry si è impegnato a compensare per la nostra incompatibilità. Il servizio di The Harbour è stato eccellente, e tutti i servizi che ci hanno servito in reception, bar, ristoranti e spa sono stati utili, efficienti e amichevoli. Anche se la nostra stanza era più piccola di quanto avevamo ordinato, era ben progettata e il letto era molto comodo. In generale, questo è stato uno dei più carini hotel che abbiamo soggiornato, questo non è in parte dovuto al professionalismo e alla cura dell'attitudine del team di personale. "

"The hotel is undergoing refurbishment. We had a family room which was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. We used the pool which is quite dated and small for the size of hotel but a nice bonus. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. We will definitely will be back again. The hotel has a lot of families staying there, would be nice to do a early evening disco/ something for the children to make use of the empty bar area"
