Aveva un soggiorno breve ma ottimo presso l'hotel. Il processo di check-in regolare e la colazione a buffet erano fantastici. Sono stati attivati i protocolli di sicurezza sanitaria. Camera altrettanto spaziosa e confortevole.

In my 3 days experience, I stayed at Red Planet Hotel Davao branch, which was amazing. Near hospital, Sm Malls, near Probinson grocery and schools. Very accessible rides taxis or public transportation. About room so quiet, clean and so cool. Friendly staff and very affordable when you book online.

We used to frequent at GoHotels (other branches) many years ago so I know that it’s a reputable hotel. But this time, COME ON. They renovated the exterior and lobby of GH Lanang to look new but the rooms are way too old. I paid 4,100+ for 2 nights and it was not worth it - TERRIBLE at that. I didn’t sleep well because of the room state and avoided using the toilet and shower as much as I could because just look at the photos and be the judge. Not only did it look bad, it also smelled bad. On my 2nd morning, I kindly requested for room service but the staff informed me that they only do room service on a guests’s 3rd day but I was only on a 3D2N stay so I figured I wasn’t qualified. I went on and requested that the CR at least be sprayed with air freshener because it was smelly (I literally told them it was smelly). They agreed this time so I expected it to have been done upon my return in the evening but unfortunately it wasn’t (still smelly when I arrived) and I didn’t bother to request again. There was no exhaust fan in the toilet - only a small window that didn’t help at all with the smell up to my last day. Note that there is no “main” CR door - only 2 separate glass doors, one for the toilet and one for the shower. So expect to smell your own poop in the entire because the doors would not hold off the smell for you, lol. You can see the sink from your bed because it was just… there. The only redeeming factor of that room was the duvet and 2 of the pillows (the pillow cases of the other 2 were old and cheap). Other small things I should note: in-room phone wasn’t working so I had to google the number and call the front desk from my mobile phone. I borrowed a flat iron and was quickly brought up to me (thank you, staff). I also requested for a towel change (just 1; there were 2) on my first night because the towels were giving off this weird smell. They quickly changed it (thank you again) but it smelled the same so maybe it was the detergent being used that smelled weird. I let it go. One of the bedside lamps had small stains that looked like blood, which freaked me out NGL. Look, I wasn’t expecting a luxurious stay. I’m a frequent traveller who even stays at smaller, unfamiliar hotels when on long trips to smaller and farther towns. But this was way too bad. I’ve stayed at many rooms like that of what I experienced with GH but I only paid 800-1,000/night so who am I to complain? With GoHotels, I expected more because it’s a Robinson’s property. Heck, Gokongwei group had an advertisement at the lobby so I expected a decent stay at bare minimum! With that experience, I will NEVER stay at ANY GoHotels again and will probably avoid Summit hotels too because it was being advertised at the lobby and I don’t wanna risk paying more money for another sub-par experience. P.S. I cannot comprehend how others have recently rated GH Lanang with 5 stars LOL

La struttura è molto accessibile, a soli 20 minuti dall'aeroporto e l'hotel è direttamente accanto al centro commerciale. Il personale era molto cordiale e molto vicino, soprattutto il loro direttore generale, la signora Joy, che ci ha accolti. La stanza era molto pulita e spaziosa, abbiamo avuto un buon sonno per due notti. Menzione speciale a Alexis di Front Office e Archie di concierge per rendere il nostro soggiorno digno di ricordare. La prossima volta che visito Davao, rimarrò certamente a Seda Abreeza. Daghhang salamat!

Questo hotel di 70 anni superava certamente le mie aspettative. Il processo di check-in è stato semplice e semplice, quindi mi sono trovato rapidamente nella mia stanza. Bevande e karaoke. Non c'è piscina. C'è un grande giardino dove si può mangiare al fresco. In generale una buona esperienza.

It is an old hotel, though. You can see the years in the furnitures and amenities. But, you can go walking and nature strolling, so, overall, it's a nice, relaxing hotel resort.

I am on my Vismin leg of trainings and Davao is my last for this week. Had a great, smooth time in Tacloban, Cebu, Bohol and this last seminar in this hotel have been very challenging so far. At the front desk, I requested for lower floor, which I normally do (due personal traumatic experience which I do not need to explain) and after a series of ”please” thank God, Kate of Front Desk stepped in and found us a room at 6th which will be ready only by 5pm. It was turned over around 6pm. In preparation for our Monday seminar, we coordinated with Rose of Banquet to ocular the place as we have a specific layout to follow that will be good for classroom set up, group dynamics and dining. When we arrived at Ruby function room, linen staff Cory was there arranging for our seminar on Monday so we rendered help in lay outing the tables and chairs, projector screen. When we had to coordinate with the technical, we requested an HDMI longer than 1 meter so laptop can rest on the tech table. Sure they have a longer one but with additional charge of P300/day. When I asked for wireless mic to be used since the activity will involve passing around of microphone among the participants, guess what? Yes, an additional P800/mic/day will be charged! So with the 3 days seminar and 1 week stay that we pre booked and paid , these little requests do not come free. I do not want to ruin my Davao stay because I am an avid fan of our former President Duterte and only have the highest respects for his place. I hope to find some pleasant things from this hotel for the remaining days of my stay here to compensate for the ugly start. Time to activate the Vision Mission which is in every room of the hotel and not just left on the brochure. A simple greeting, some genuine smiles mean a lot to every customer. So far the only staff who has a ready smile and genuinely asks how he can be of service is Jaypee, service crew of Cafe Frances. He takes time to talk with the customers and ask how they are doing and recommends the best dish. Food is great and reasonably priced -- large servings and delicious! As for the edifice, needs repairs and refurbs. We had to call in help for the A/C and busted light bulb.

Un po 'datato hotel, ma centralmente situato nel centro di Davao e personale molto amichevole. C'è WiFi in hotel, ma al 8° piano funziona che non è veramente Al torre 1 ci sono 2 ascensori, uno dei quali non funziona. Ora, questi ascensori sono già date e non molto grandi, ma questo era un punto di irritazione. Durante la nostra visita c'era una sorta di congresso per barangay al nono piano, con conseguente che a volte abbiamo dovuto aspettare fino all'arrivo dell'ascensore. C'è una scala, ma chiaramente non è destinato agli ospiti. Anche se, comunque un ottimo posto per soggiornare 1 o 2 notti.

I stayed in Blue Lotus Hotel in July 2023 for one night, although I frequently visited their Sky View Restaurant. I had a great experience. The room was quite spacious, approximately 30 sq metres. The elevator is one of a kind where you do not need to touch it but simply use your RFID-enabled hotel keycard. I believe this was for sanitizing measures taken by the hotel management since the pandemic era. The room has qiblah direction on the ceiling, and they provide Muslim travellers with prayer mats as well as Holy Quran. Very thoughtful touch since none of the hotels in Davao City provide this in their room. The housekeeping staff were also attentive and it took less than 10 minutes for them to deliver the iron & board. The hotel has a Malaysian Chef, Chef Shah who cooks authentic Malaysian dishes like sate, murtabak, chicken curry, daging masak hitam and nasi beriani.

The place was in an okay location. During my stay, the gym was closed for renovation. It has a cery goof view of the sunrise.

Our stay at Pearl Farm Beach Resort exceeded every expectation we had. We truly felt like we were in paradise, the resort is breathtaking beyond what the photos can convey. There were so many activities available at almost at any time - including snorkelling, jet-skiing , kayaking, massages etc and the staff are always accomodating and helpful. We stayed in a Samal overlooking incredible views of the ocean and Mt Apo on a clear day, the rooms were perfectly sized and clean, we loved falling asleep to the ocean and waking up to feed fish from our balcony. The best part of this whole experience however, has to be the staff. Every single staff member greeted us with a smile, were always so friendly and up to help - I got an allergic reaction during my stay, and the on-site nurse - Eduardo kindly spent the entire week ensuring I was taken care of. We are touched by the generosity of the staff at Pearl Farm Beach Resort and would be delighted to come back again in the future with our friends and family. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the variety of activities offered, from snorkeling and kayaking to indulging in rejuvenating spa treatments. The dining options were equally impressive, with a diverse selection of delicious dishes that catered to every palate. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable experience, always attentive to our needs and eager to assist with any requests. Overall, Discovery Samal Resort is a hidden gem that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat in paradise. Four stars well deserved!

Mi sentivo come se la mattress fosse pulita. Tuttavia, le tovaglie erano molto basse che è grande 😊 a mio parere. TV non era intelligente e vecchia che non era davvero molto, comunque. I'd give this a zero star if I could. absolutely one of my worst hotel experiences I've ever had, and I travel alot. First of all, we did not receive a welcome drink like any other person who would check in. Not that we care much but it's just a bad start. Then, our additional bed had no real blanket, just a sheet, while the normal beds had thick comforters. How would this work exactly with AC on? They would want to charge extra for a comforter, even if we already paid extra for a bed, and another extra for a person. They do not make up your room, unless requested personally. WHAT? Who does that. Is 7500 pesos a night not worth enough to at least fix the room on a daily basis? Should we shower in the same towels, walk on sandy tiles, for a week? People swim with full on clothes, jeans even, but the rules clearly state ”proper swimwear required”, however, the staff doesnt give a single cent about that, just like almost anything that guests do there. Also, loud JBL speakers they don't mind, even if it blasts other people's eardrums out. Even after complaining, the staff would not bother telling them to shut down the speaker as THIS IS A RESORT and not a public beach. Waiters insist that their menu has wrong items listed after delivering wrongful and missing food. Then on valentines evening, which was a huge reason for us that we chose this place, in house guests were not included in the program, only outsiders. We were not allowed to partake, instead, we were seated somewhere aside from the main program that had a nice set up. i mean, What the actual F*. They charge us corkage for a late night alcoholic bevarage brought inside. However, locals can bring theirs and bring in KFC and jollibee, even cakes is okay. Absolute discrimination. These people simply do not care about their guests, especially if you stay longer than 1-2 nights, they start to dislike you after you give them your complaints or requests. It took a sit down meeting with their manager for it to slightly change on the day before we left. Then the staff suddenly acted like they love us, providing things they'd not even bother bringing up prior to this. Sorry, at that point the damage was already done and we did not care. Never again. If we could we would have checked out after 2 nights. Terrible, just Awful.

L'hotel è facile da trovare. È vicino a ristoranti e lentamente. Il personale è molto accogliente e rispettoso. Si accoglierà con i dolci sorrisi del personale. Camere e toletta sono pulite. Ci sono colazione complementare. Ci sono palestra, piscina, karaoke, e spa.

Worth the price to enjoy the resort especially for big groups. Great service and polite staff. Wide area for pets to roam around. Maintains cleanliness and sanitation in their rooms and environment.
