Wonderful Experience! Poshtel is an antique-style hotel with beautifully designed interiors. Each room has its own unique theme, classic and full of character, making the stay truly memorable. The overall cleanliness is good and the atmosphere feels cozy and charming. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. When we were stuck due to a strong wind red warning, with public transportation canceled and unable to reach another city to catch our flight, the hotel team went above and beyond. They helped us book an alternative driver and kindly extended our checkout time, giving us more flexibility to plan for contingencies. We truly appreciate their assistance and thoughtful service. Highly recommend Poshtel for its distinctive character and outstanding hospitality!

Pod set up was good having own space, and lockers were a good size, but it was quite difficult to get into the top bunks. Wouldn't be easy if you had any accessibility issues, so request bottom one if this is the case. Kitchen was unable to use at time of visit which was a problem for us. Laundry easy to use and not expensive.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were lovely, right from reception, housekeeping to porters. As we had been travelling for a couple of weeks, having a laundry in the hotel was a lovely bonus. There were food places of all varieties within walking distance as well. Definitely recommend staying here

Posizione: L'hotel si trova vicino all'aeroporto di Queenstown, ma a circa 15 minuti da Queenstown stesso. Parcheggio: Non ci sono bay di parcheggio al Hilton (solo valet) stesso, ma condivide con Doubletree che è limitato. A causa di alcuni lavori di manutenzione, il livello P2 è stato chiuso e doveva parcheggiare in una slot riservato per la notte. Il costo del parcheggio è NZ$ 16 per notte. A very old motel. The place needs some upgrading especially the taps in the kitchen basin as both the cold and hot water taps are separated. So you will not get warm water through the taps and the two taps are located at about 10 cm apart. Finds it difficult to use the two taps as the water is either too cold to wash the dishes using the cold water tap or too hot if you use the hot water tap.

Unfortunately, my stay was not very comfortable. The soundproofing is very poor, and there is a nightclub nearby that plays very loud music late into the night, making it difficult to sleep. For those who drive, can park on the roadside across the street for free after 6pm. In addition, the shower water pressure was very low, which was disappointing.
