Modern Comfort with Exceptional Service. We recently stayed at this brand new hotel for 3 nights and was thoroughly impressed. As someone who travels frequently and appreciated good design and hospitality, this property hit all the right notes. The ambience & Room: The hotel features a clean and medern design. My room was a decent size-not too small for 2 people-and perfectly maintained. ิิิิฺ-Modern amenities including a Nespresso machine and a smart TV with Netflix made our stay very comfortable when snowing outside. -Attentive and consistent housekeeping. The room was refreshed daily with plenty of drinking water provided. Service: The staff here are the true stars. They are genuinely friendly, always greeting us with a smile. They went beyond by help to pre-booking a fixed-rate taxi for our airport transfrer, which made our early morning departure stress-free. Location and Dining: While the hotel isn't right in the hustle and bustle of the center area, it is within easy walking distance to everything. The subway is just around the corner but we prefer walking for observation. The surrounding area is packed with great local dining options. Plus, the hotel's own restaurant is quite a great choice for a great dinner. A Small Note for Improvement: The only thing I missed was the ability to slightly crack open a window. As someone sensitive to room temperature during sleep (especially in winter), having a bit of fresh air would have made the stay even more perfect. Verdict: Highly recommended for those who valure cleanliness, modern aesthetics, and top-tier service. We would definitely stay here again next time.

Ho avuto un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso all'Hotel Sosei Sapporo (MGallery Collection) e lo consiglierei assolutamente a chiunque visitasse Hokkaido. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, l'hotel era già fuori con la sua bella entrata e lobby. L'intero spazio si sente come una sala di spettacolo curata, ogni angolo è pensato ed incredibilmente estetico, con un sacco di punti degni di Instagram. La stanza stessa era molto confortevole e confortevole, e si può dire che si è prestata molta attenzione ai dettagli, dalle mobili alle strutture. Anche i piccoli toccati, come i bagni e il asciugacapelli, si sentono premium e ben progettati, che hanno davvero aumentato l'esperienza generale. Parcheggio privato con 800 yen a notte situato vicino all'hotel. Il ristorante dietro serve buon cibo, con un personale indiano (penso) che parla inglese ha aiutato molto in ordine. La stanza è abbastanza buona con questo prezzo.

Have been to this airport 3 times, 1st time using this hotel to catch the early morning flight out. It’s ambience quite an eerie experience, a bit difficult to find the hotel initially 😄 Altrimenti la stanza era grande, il bagno e le amnistie erano grandi! Il personale era molto utile e amichevole. Avrei consigliato molto questo posto se volesse riposare bene prima di partire.

Despite the bustling atmosphere and classic, dark decor, the private onsen and dining experience make this a standout choice in the area. Hightlights: The room: Spacious with beautiful wooden floors and a private outdoor onsen. Soaking in the heat while snow falls is pure magic. Features like the ”His&Her” sinks and an in-room massage chair make our stay more comfortable. All complimentary in the room adds a thoughful touch. Dining: The buffet offers and impressive variety of local dishes alongside beautifully plated mains. Even when busy, the staff sustematically managed the seating, ensuring we enjoyed the stunning winter views comfortably. The Hokkaido cheese pizza and dessert are absolute must-tries. Location and Service: Perfectly situated in the heart of the sightseeing district, with famous sweet shop right nearby. The complimentary valet parking and polight, perfessional staff made our stay seamless. Observations: Atmosphere: The common areas can feel a bit crowded due to its popularity. Design: The room interiors are a bit outdated and lean toward very dark tones, and notably, Netflix is not available on the in-room TV. Note: Windows are fixed; ventilation is managed via the onsen balcony door. Verdict: Highly recommended for foodies and onsen lovers who want to be the center of the action.
