Giappone: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Hokkaidō

The staff were all very nice, good, n professional. They never missed to wish me good morning, thank you, and good night everyday. The staff also kept saying sorry sorry sorry when i came earlier than check in time. The hotel was very clean, complete amenities, and located in a quite strategic location. I will ever miss Sapporo and hotel Hashimoto forever. Terima kasih from Malaysia.

Modern classic hotel with high class interior design. Service was good. Attentive staff who tried to communicate using the translator device. Shower cap is not provided, otherwise the amenities provided are essential & necessary for a comfortable stay. Pyjamas are provided too. It was stuffy in the middle of night, so we informed front desk. Not long after, the service staff came up with a portable fan & opened our window a little. Buffet breakfast was a delicious spread. Location - conveniently located between Odori & Sapporo stations.

Our stay at Cross Hotel Sapporo was nothing short of amazing! We are a group of 5 & were traveling around Hokkaido, starting & ending off in Sapporo. We emailed the hotel to request if they could store some luggage for us till we return, as well as help us with restaurant reservations, and the staff were super prompt & extremely nice to accede to our requests. We even got upgraded to bigger rooms when we returned! We always felt so welcomed by the staff who were very attentive & so willing to help us. Needless to say rooms were very comfortable & onsen was great too (equipped with Dyson hairdryers). Location is also good, accessible via an underground passage all the way from the Sapporo station to Marumi Coffee Stand (so convenient cos it was raining when we arrived). Thank you so much for the great experience, I will gladly return to Cross Hotel!

Located near Nakajima Koen Station (Exit 3). Overall, it’s decent. There’s an escalator from the subway exit, which is convenient. The hotel is right next to Nakajima Park, great for taking walks, and there’s a Family Mart across the street. However, there’s no coin laundry, and no amenities such as facial cleanser provided. The air conditioning system is centralized, so the room temperature cannot be adjusted individually. The only way to make it cooler is to call the staff to open the window — but even when opened slightly, it makes the room too cold.  As for service, staff attitude and hospitality were below average for Japan, both at the front desk and the staff who came to open the window. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a foreigner, but their facial expressions and manner felt less welcoming than usual. I’d rate it 3/5. If you can find another hotel near the station for a similar price, choose somewhere else.

L'hotel è a pochi passi da fermata di autobus all'aeroporto di Hakodate. 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Ci sono due edifici - Main(hotel tipo) e Premier(AirBnB tipo). La nostra stanza è sufficiente per due persone. Puli ma un po' vecchia. Hanno fornito yukata per essere usato nei loro cuori. Sì, il loro cuori è libero di usare per gli ospiti dell'hotel. Abbiamo anche avuto il loro buffet di colazione, che ha una varietà di cibo - alimenti per la pesca, carne, sushi, ecc. Il personale di ricezione è gentile, ma potrebbe essere più ospite se indossano un sorriso quando si divertono gli ospiti. In generale, un piacevole soggiorno in questo hotel durante il nostro 5 giorni di viaggi di Hakodate.

Staying at Dai‑ichi Takimotokan was an unforgettable highlight of my trip. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming and serene, perfectly blending traditional Japanese hospitality with modern comfort. The onsen facilities were truly exceptional—spacious, beautifully maintained, and offering a variety of baths with different temperatures and mineral compositions. Soaking while gazing out at the natural surroundings created a sense of deep relaxation that stayed with me long after.  The staff were attentive and warm, always ready to assist with a smile, yet never intrusive. Their thoughtful service made the experience feel personal and genuine. My room was comfortable and well‑appointed, with a calming view that added to the overall sense of retreat. Meals were another highlight: beautifully presented dishes showcasing fresh local ingredients, each course balancing flavor and artistry. What impressed me most was how the entire property seemed designed to encourage rest and renewal. Whether enjoying the baths, savoring dinner, or simply unwinding in the lounge, I felt completely at ease. Dai‑ichi Takimotokan is more than just a place to stay—it’s a destination that embodies the spirit of relaxation and hospitality. I would gladly return and recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone visiting Noboribetsu.

Conveniently located across from JR station and walking distance to the morning market. Use the back door, there is a huge local supermarket. Japanese breakfast served only at 7am and long lines formed for the breakfast. Amenities don’t have drip coffee bags. Room is the usual small size but can open 2 medium size luggage. Room is new. Highly recommended

Hotel Staffs are super kind and helpful. Great explanation of in room facilities / guide. Nice Onsen, spacious and new room, great location, can observe plane take off and landing . Will definitely come back to stay in future.
