India: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Telangana

Incredible place like all India. The service is excellent. Our room is absolutely new. The food is amazing. The staff is very, very kindly. We will come back immediately.

作為一個經常出差的人士來説，選擇酒店對我非常重要。我很少做出評價，但是對這家酒店我必須要做出評價： 首先在預訂酒店的時候，我要求房間需要安靜的房間，但是等我入住之後，我發現我的房間是面對着城際鐵路，並且運行到12點，房間非常嘈雜。電話前台之後要求更換房間，他們説需要20分鐘的時間，但是我等了20分鐘之後他們依舊沒有到達。在我再次電話他們要求必須立刻馬上更換的時候，他們3分鐘就可以做出解決，這個證明他們沒有真正的在乎客户的感受。 其次在到達新的房間之後，房間的枱燈是壞的，我再次等待了30分鐘來更換枱燈。 最後，點餐的時候，點了個素菜，第一次服務員忘記點，在第二次點了之後催了他們三次，在等待一個半小時之後，素菜終於上來了，可是我已經早就吃完了。酒店工作人員表示很抱歉可以免單，但是我沒有要求免單，衹是需要退掉這個菜而已。第二天的早晨，廚師長在餐廳等我，表示非常抱歉，送出一份小小禮物。我對此很感謝，但是這依舊錶示這家酒店的上餐服務非常的慢，這嚴重影響了客人的時間。 希望酒店可以做出改進！

Very good hotel in the heart of the city,the staff was very warming and polite and they even upgraded our room category based on request since we were not satisfied with the room given.will visit again

Quando sono arrivato all'aeroporto internazionale di Hyderabad, ho contattato il direttore dell'hotel di origine e ha organizzato immediatamente un taxi per me. Il prezzo non era il prezzo dell'aeroporto, quindi mi ha risparmiato un sacco di soldi. La posizione è molto vicina all'aeroporto e consiglio molto questo hotel per il suo personale cordiale e di supporto durante il mio soggiorno. Mi hanno anche guardato i bagagli mentre viaggia altrove. Non potevo suggerire di rimanere qui più alto come viaggiatore. Grazie al personale dell'Origin Hotel Hyderabad.

Had a great stay at Vivanta Hotel. The staffs are courteous, helpful and hospitable. The rooms are clean and neat, able to sleep comfortably. The buffet breakfast was good, a lot of choices of indian and western food.

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza con famiglia di 3 membri per 1 notte. La stanza era ben pulita e il servizio era buono. Solo due cose che posso suggerire sono 1. )l'hotel può fornire camere leggermente più alte per le famiglie, perché ci sono rumori che entrano nelle stanze quando si svolge la festa. 2. ) L'accesso può essere piccolo ma più veloce. Ma il resto di tutte le cose sono di alto livello 👍

Best Westin mai! Fantastico servizio da casalingo. Reale servizio clienti mai! Senza aspettativa. L'equipaggio ha messo un mouse pad accanto al mio cavo e anche stretto perdere filo! Non avrei mai mai avuto una simile esperienza nel gruppo Marriott prima!

Very good location. Buffet selection is fantastic. Worth recommending.

The stay is very peaceful. The staff is friendly. The room is clean. Only thing is that the shower was not working. It is near to the main city centre and easily walkable to many food outlets like Wow momo, dominos and all. Would love to visit again.
