requested for early check in and twin bed room but waited for 45 mins at the reception as room was not ready even at 1 pm and at last they jusr seperated the king bed into two parts and make it twin bed with a gap of hardly 2 inches

I booked this hotel just for a short transit before my morning trip back to Delhi. I chose it because it was cheap (around idr 90k) and very close to the station. Honestly, I didn’t expect much, but the hotel turned out to be super clean, neat, and aesthetic. The lobby, room, and bathroom were all really clean. Even though it’s on the roadside, the area is calm and not noisy. Totally worth it for such a low price with comfortable facilities.

I had arranged a birthday party and the arrangement were excellent. It was well organised and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They executed the whole event very well and the food was superb in taste and quality. The fresh fruit cake was the cherry on the top. Thanks Royal Orchid for a great party.

食事つきにしていたけど、余り体調良くなくて夕食は1度しか食べてませんが、おいしかったです。
観光する方には、ピンクシティまで少し遠いと思うので不便かもしれませんが、空港からは車で10分程？と近くて便利でした。

The staff at Hoztel Jaipur truly cares about their guests. They help out booking trains/buses and prepared some home remedies for me when my stomach wasn't doing great.
Additionally, Hoztel is a great place to socialize and meet other likeminded travelers. Beds are comfortable and have a privacy curtain.

IilovetravelyeahhWe absolutely loved our stay at Leela Palace Jaipur! The staff are so amazing. The grounds and mountains right next door are pretty and it's just a first-rate place to stay for sure! Beautiful place! Great quality of everything and great standards for Westerners. The other '5 star' hotels we stayed in in Jaipur weren't up to Western standards of 5 star in hygiene and other little things but the Leela Palace certainly is, and I'd rate it even more than a typical 5 star hotel in the Western world. This is more of a palace retreat, also, not just a hotel. We have excellent memories there and I'm still wearing my Leela slippers at home in Australia now hehe, because it reminds me of the beautiful time I had there and the beautiful staff who made things more than excellent for us and really made our stay amazing. Definitely recommend. I do have a tip - go in a 'Grand Villa'. The Palace suite (what it says I stayed in), is gorgeous but the villas are even better and not that much difference in price. We stayed 2 nights at Leela Palace Jaipur and experienced both room types. The photos online on the Leela website are accurate.
We ate at the buffet restaurant, Sukh Mahal. It was nice. The food was hygienic, fancy, and we didn't get sick at all (we did at another 5 star hotel).
It's a fair drive from the city of Jaipur, but I think you'll find that you actually love that. jaipur city area is so hectic and loud with horns and just a bit unpleasant to be in, if you're in culture shock. The Leela Palace is further out and is such a nice break from Jaipur city area. It's perfectly away in the mountain areas. The air is fresher and it's pretty with the mountains. I totally recommend. I also recommend taking the hotel's car, as they actually have seatbelts in all seats and air con and just fancy. We took an Uber to the Leela Palace and that was a huge mistake. Pay the extra for the hotel car! Most of the cars we were in in Jaipur had no seatbelt in the back middle seat, and two other cars didn't have seatbelts in the back at all. Just trust us. Just make sure they take you to the right airport. The driver was great but dropped us off at domestic terminal, which is 3km or so from the international one, and you have to take an Uber to get from each, so please make sure they understand which one (I thought it would be one airport).

UUtente ospiteIn the centre of Jaipur with an excellent rooftop view. Good ambivalence at night. However, music plays at obscene times of the day/night (23:30/01:00/06:30?!) with deep bass that can be felt through the walls. My friends and I had private rooms and weren’t there for a party experience, but I’m sure it would have been a banging time if we were. The rooms were a mixed bag in terms of cleanliness. Good beds. Decent bedding. The kettle was however horrific, as were the teabags on offer. Grime and old dirt crusted within the kettle showed a lack of thorough cleaning. The bathrooms smelled of particularly rotten sewage, too. As for check-in, the procedure took too long and they wanted far too many details. It’s not ideal after a flight, and whilst I understand it’s customary for the hostel, it is the first time to happen to us in India. It felt over the top. We also arranged to do laundry there and the entire thing was a mess. The lady running the reception is smiley and lovely, but it was a complete hassle getting our clothes back. We were concerned we might not see them again, haha!
If you want somewhere safe, central and with a good view, go for it. I would next time stay a little further out of the centre but that’s just me! Here, you get what you pay for :)

The only thing which I don't understand is at the time of checking in the room they don't tell exactly how many bath towels or face towels are placed in room before or any such amenities but after checking out they will just check the room and tell you very politely that 1 or 2 face towels are missing and you have to pay for it.
My only question to the owner or management team is that how can you or your staff can accuse the guests without even letting us know how many were there before.
We also trust your hotel staff with our luggage while checking in but we don't accuse you for such things.
If the management has made this rule to check the room at the time of checking out then please make sure that guests knows exactly what all amenities are provided by you and the quantity also at the time of checking in.
And if the management has not made any such rule then please take care of these small things as these kind of bad experiences ruins all the good ones.
Hopefully nobody else has to go through this in future.
And yes everyone should do visit this amazing property at least once of they are seeking for relaxing holiday

Mi ha inviato 💯 buon inviato, sorprendente guida di viaggio, Sam (Ghanshyam) per me per tutti i miei 5 giorni di viaggio. Era la mia prima volta a Jaipur. La sua suite superiore, che si estende di 68 mqft, è molto impressionante. Amo il bagno in seguito, che ha un posto per immagazzinare i bagagli e il nostro cassetto, le matite di marmo bianco erano eccezionalmente belle, mi è stato detto che l'India 🇮🇳 è il marmo superiore.La lavanderia e la stanza erano molto invitanti a stare, mi sentivo molto come casa. La colazione e la cena in camera hanno cucinato un ottimo pasto. Eravamo così impressionati, felici e felici con l'hotel, il personale dell'hotel, la spazietà dell'hotel e il servizio di punta. Grazie tante al signor Surya e alla sua squadra. Ho catturato le foto di loro eccellenti qui, erano uniti, gentili, compassionati, rispettosi, sorprendenti. Il loro servizio è 10/10. SSohrab_KhSituazione: Perfetto, a soli 2 minuti a piedi dal Palazzo della città. Solo notare che le auto non possono raggiungere la porta dell'hotel perché si trova all'interno della strada.
Il personale: molto benvenuto, specialmente Nitesh, e cercando di aiutarci a godere il nostro viaggio a Udaipur con le loro raccomandazioni senza alcuna spinta a vendere i servizi dell'hotel. Il lavoro brillante di tutti, dal campanello e portatile alla reception e al personale del ristorante.
La stanza: molto pulita, grande doccia, vista fantastica sul lago. Ben minimalista decorazioni e anche scrivere il tuo nome su un pannello accanto alla tua stanza, che è bella.
Il pranzo era così delizioso, abbiamo mangiato Biryani. Il te' complimentare sul tetto per il tramonto era una grande idea per i manager dell'hotel. Non ci piaceva tanto il colazione, era così semplice e completamente diverso dalle foto di Google Maps, ma l'atteggiamento e il comportamento del personale rende questo problema irrispettibile.
Una cosa da notare è che non c'è ascensore, quindi è necessario salire le scale per il livello 3-4, poiché ci sono 3 livelli per le camere e il ristorante è al livello 4. Ma se siete giovani come noi, non sarebbe un problema stare in questo bel hotel, vale la pena salire le scale.

Breakfast buffet was very nice.
Christmas buffet was wonderful!
Normal dinner buffet was so so. I would suggest to have more non Indian options (we like Indian food but the spice in it can be too much when you’re travelling in India for a long time…).
Overall experience was quite nice, would recommend and repeat.
