Portogallo: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Distretto di Lisbona

Hotel bem mantido e conservado, com necessidade de pequeninos ajustes para não ter nada a apontar (como afinação de fechaduras, melhor limpeza de ralos). Atenção ao cliente a melhorar, pela equipa de limpeza, que fazem o contrário do pedido do cliente (que mexem nas camas apesar de cliente as deixar fritas e solicitar que não lhes mexam). Recepção, colaboradores, profissionais e atenciosos. Algumas 'mordomias' acima do esperado para 3 estrelas, como água diária no quarto, piscina, sauna e banho turco incluídos no valor, cofre no quarto e de acesso directo, pequeno-almoço muitissimo aceitável e com bastante variedade.

The Masa Hotel and Spa is in an excellent location and easily reached by the metro station about 10 minutes walk away. The room was exceptionally clean and the room had a mini bar, safe and was supplied with bath robes and disposable slippers. Also a litre bottle of water was a welcome addition. In regards to the breakfast. The first morning was perfect and the selection was very good. However the second morning I went earlier and it is best described as a chaotic mess. There was a large party of travellers who all descended the dining room at the same time and there was simply too many in at the same time. Maybe somone should have staggered the amount allowed in at once and allowed people to get their breakfast choice in a relaxed fashion rather than it resembling feeding time at the zoo! I stayed over the weekend the clocks went back and was reliably informed by reception staff that in Portugal the clocks went back on the Sunday night going into Monday which was proven to be completely inaccurate and could have caused problems for ongoing travel if they had been believed! It must be mentioned that the major disadvantage of this hotel is that it lies directly under the flight path of Lisbon Airport and from early morning there are plane after plane coming very frequently into land. Even with the windows closed it's still very noticeable. It's obviously not the hotels fault where it's situated, but if you want a peaceful stay then this hotel really isn't going to give you that. The spa and swimming pool I can not comment on as never used. Neither did I use the dining room for an evening meal. Despite the negative comments it is a lovely hotel simply spoiled by being under the flight path of the main airport.

In generale, il soggiorno era buono, l'hotel era pulito e la cura era gentile. Tuttavia, lascio due raccomandazioni che potrebbero migliorare notevolmente l'esperienza: l'applicazione di cortine blackout nelle camere, perché quelle attualmente esistenti lasciano passare molto luce; e l'aggiunta di più canali alla televisione, Adesso ha solo i canali normali.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Will definitely come back if visiting portugal again.

La camera era stupenda! La reception ci ha persino offerto un upgrade a una suite e ci ha regalato un buono pasto del valore di 200 e un peluche. Siamo rimasti davvero felicissimi, ahahah! La prossima volta che torneremo, sceglieremo sicuramente di nuovo questa struttura.

Mi piace tutto! E' la seconda volta che sono ospitata in questa rete di hotel e è sempre stato molto piacevole. Congratulazioni per la simpatia e il professionalismo.

Was staying at the hotel for 3 nights over the business trip. Location was super convenient and close to the office. And it gave a great opportunity to unwind after a stressful day. Was very surprised by the toilets on the top floor.. see the photo. The area is well kept. The views are spectacular. Highly recommend

Buon soggiorno anche se le strutture potrebbero essere leggermente migliorate. Il servizio e il personale erano meravigliosi, il cibo in hotel non era dei migliori, abbiamo mangiato solo un pasto lì e avevamo tutto il resto fuori. Mi è piaciuta però l'atmosfera della camera deluxe, molto in linea con l'arte ispiratrice di Lisbona.
