Questo è uno dei più fighi hotel che abbia mai visitato nella mia vita. Se ti piace l'architettura gotica e qualcosa di diverso stancato degli stessi vecchi hotel boutique, questo è un posto per visitare. La piscina sanguigna nel dungeon è sorprendente con serpenti e pietre sul tetto.Se siete in musica rock medievale gotico e ancora volete i lussi, questo è il luogo dove dovete venire a vedere.

Not up to Mariott standard. Room is quite new, clean, and spacious. However there were several problems with the room during our stays. 1) Room temp was too hot (around 24C) which is not comfortable to sleep during the night. The first night, technician came to fix but still need to wait for almost 4 hours (until midnight) then the tem was down too 22C. The next morning, we asked trip.com agent to tell the hotel to fix this by turn on the A/C in advance so that when we back around 6pm the temp will be 21-22C. But nothing was done accoridng to our request. We came back to hotel and need to wait for the temperature until midnight again. The next day we asked the hotel directly to turn on the A/C the whole day wthout turn it off. Then this was the only night that when we came back the room temp was ready at 21-22C. This A/C problem happened to 2 rooms (709 and 1105) 2) The amenity in the rooms were not well prepared. The tissue in the room was finished. The shower gel and hair shampoo also finished. We has to ask for it by ourselves. 3) At the first night, hot water in room 1105 had problem. Technician had to come fix it. So we wasted so much of our time at the hotel with fixing the room problem which was very disappointing and frustating. By the way, we asked for the “ICE”, the hotel said that we have to pay for it, which was quite strange because we could ask for the it during breakfast. Minor thing, but just thought that it would be great if it was free for hotel guest.

The overall experience is good. We were worried that it would be cold in the cave. However, the temperature was comfortable, and you can control it. Also, there was really good wi-fi. However, we had a few issues there: 1. The kettle is broken and should be changed 2. The hair dryer is old and bad quality. 3. When we checked in the owner said that tea is free and available any time, I think it.was misunderstood as on the last day host asked us to pay 400tl for the tea and coffee. 4. We booked a room with a fireplace but host said that it doesn't work. Later, we did clarify why it doesn't work and the problem was that the owner didn't have wood for it and it wasn't possible to buy it on our own anywhere (we did visit 4 different places).

Ho avuto un'esperienza incredibile al Sultan Cave Suites durante il mio recente soggiorno. Dal momento in cui siamo atterrati, l'hotel ci ha offerto un passaggio gratuito dall'aeroporto all'hotel, rendendo il nostro arrivo tranquillo e senza stress. Lo staff ha fatto di tutto, con un ringraziamento speciale a un membro del team meravigliosamente disponibile che mi ha aiutato con i miei bagagli pesanti, dimostrando che la forza si manifesta in tutte le forme. Ciò che mi ha veramente colpito è stata la conoscenza locale dello staff. Nonostante fosse una persona minuta, un membro dello staff conosceva la zona come il palmo della sua mano. Non solo ci ha consigliato fantastici mercati e ristoranti nelle vicinanze, ma ci ha anche guidato verso una gemma nascosta per una deliziosa colazione. Il check-in tardivo non è stato affatto un problema. Lo staff ci ha gentilmente aiutato a ordinare il cibo durante la notte, assicurandoci di non andare a letto affamati. La posizione strategica dell'hotel vicino all'aeroporto è stata incredibilmente comoda per il nostro soggiorno di transito. La mattina successiva, ci hanno fornito un servizio navetta a un prezzo ragionevole per assicurarci di prendere il volo in tempo, completando l'esperienza senza intoppi. Devo anche menzionare l'adorabile membro dello staff notturno che non solo era carino, ma anche cordiale e amichevole. La sua disponibilità a condividere spunti locali ha aggiunto un tocco personale al nostro soggiorno. In sintesi, Sultan Cave Suites è un gioiello per i soggiorni in transito. Sono grato per l'eccezionale servizio e senza dubbio consiglierò questo hotel ad altri viaggiatori.

Il nostro soggiorno al Simurg Cave House Hotel è stato il miglior soggiorno finora nel nostro viaggio di 12 giorni intorno a Cappadocia. Il suo inglese era brillante (il nostro turco non esiste) e ci ha detto di fare cose, luoghi di visita, ecc. Ha davvero tirato fuori tutte le fermate per assicurarci che avessimo un piacevole soggiorno. Ha anche aiutato con il nostro prossimo soggiorno a causa di un problema tecnico che abbiamo avuto. Il colazione era fenomenale e ci sentivamo pieni fino a cena. Le camere sono belle e molto tranquille, abbiamo una grande notte di sonno. Una camera tranquilla è una priorità per me! Al nostro arrivo all'hotel c'era un sacco di lavori di costruzione rumorosi in corso e Bursa ci ha occupato di questo, così potevamo riposare dopo il nostro lungo viaggio. Se non fosse stato perseguito un lavoro di costruzione, capissimo che bisogna fare qualche miglioramento!L'unica cosa che suggerisco all'hotel è che si spogliano le camere quando gli ospiti usciranno per il giorno. Ad esempio, c'è una macchina per caffè nella stanza, ma non ci sono mai stati mai più caffè o tazze pulite, e ci siamo trasferiti 3 notti. Ma, a parte questo, il soggiorno era perfetto e sicuramente ritorneremmo! E speriamo che la bella Bursa ci sia lì per salutarci. Grazie a tutti in hotel per tutto quello che hai fatto per rendere il nostro soggiorno così grande.

The Carus hotel location is great. It’s one street away from the main road in Goreme but it’s quiet and there’s great views. Their restaurant is located on the rooftop and you get 360 degree view of the town. There are cute cats living on the premises. Make sure you visit their pool, it’s a great escape from the hot sun!

La posizione è centrale e ottima. Facile da raggiungere. Le camere sono spaziose e sufficientemente pulite. La piscina è piccola, sembra più grande nelle foto. La colazione è sufficiente. È possibile cenare nel ristorante interno, con una vista meravigliosa. Un'ottima scelta in termini di rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Hotel di lusso 5 stelle con decorazioni molto fredde e bellissime lobby. Il pranzo è un tradizionale turco, il che significa che si serve a tavola con molti piatti piccoli, più un ordine di uova o omelete di vostra scelta. L'unica cosa è che dopo tre o quattro giorni il colazione può diventare un po' stanco, perché è quasi la stessa ogni mattina. Anche se non è un cosiddetto hotel caverno, ha poche camere caverne. La vista dal balcone del ristorante dell'hotel è fantastica! È possibile vedere molti balconi caldi che alzano la mattina dal balcone dell'hotel, così come le chimiche fae. Situato a pochi passi dalla famosa caverna di Kelebek, a soli 3 minuti a piedi. Non ha la vista dell'intero valle come l'hotel Kelebek, ma considerata la qualità dell'hotel e la vista, penso che questo hotel sia una grande scelta e valore per la nostra visita. Inoltre, si può andare a Kelebek Hotel per cena o bere con le viste.

Il personale era molto cordiale ed estremamente reattivo. Bella camera con un piccolo balcone. Per chi viaggia con molti dispositivi elettronici, non c'è problema a ricaricare tutto in una volta: prese accanto al letto, vicino alla scrivania, ovunque! Sebbene l'hotel sia vicino alla città, è lontano dal trambusto principale. C'è un'accogliente area con piscina, anche se non l'abbiamo usata. Sembra fantastico per le famiglie con bambini.
