I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything. Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening. Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

Il servizio dell'hotel è buono, l'apparecchiatura è nuova, ma la risposta dell'elettricità è molto lenta. Molte volte pensavo che fosse insensata alla carta di camera. Il risultato è che è andato in altri piani ～ buon punto di pasto, ma nessun bacon è l'unico restante ～

It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable. Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, or a solo getaway, this resort has something for everyone. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lonavala, especially during the festive season when the resort is at its vibrant best.

It was a great experience. The restaurants are nice albeit you need to be sure if you like the authetic flavours from South Indian cuisine. As the paneer dish tasted a bit bitter due to different spices used in South Indian cuisine. Overall, great hotel and it is a peaceful to be in the large high ceiling lobby.

Ferma per una notte prima della crociera. L'hotel è stanco ma confortevole. Le finestre sono andate al prossimo edificio, così era tranquillo. Possono dormire dopo la notte prima a causa del volo. La camera da bagno ha un set di denti, la camera ha un set di tè e acqua. La colazione è insolita, ma si può scegliere qualcosa di appropriato. Tutto ciò che era più economico al momento della prenotazione sulla foto sembrava molto più triste. Si trovava in una posizione molto conveniente, che si trovava intorno alla stazione Cherchgate, da dove si può raggiungere il lavandino di Dhobi-Gat e i mulini di Dharawi. Non volevamo solo che all'entrata abbiamo quasi tirato fuori le valigie e le mani per portare in camera, anche se ci siamo resistiti, e quando siamo stati portati in camera abbiamo dato 100 rupie, il vettore sembrava che gli avessimo dato 1 rupie. Non abbiamo bisogno del suo servizio e non abbiamo ritirato i soldi in linea di principio.

Our recent stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu was marked by contrasts, but ultimately the positives outweighed any shortcomings. Upon arrival, we encountered some hiccups with room allocations, which resulted in having to move between rooms multiple times within the first few days as we tried to get 2 rooms together. This was a bit disappointing as we had hoped for a smoother start to our stay. However, once settled into our proper rooms on day three, we found them to be comfortable, albeit starting to get a tad dated we felt. Although we had 2 Seaview rooms, due to the hotel layout and depending on where your rooms are located, you may only get a restricted partial sea view, which I must say was a bit of a let-down. The true highlight of our stay undoubtedly was the breakfast experience at Lotus Cafe. It was nothing short of exceptional, with an array of options that left us spoilt for choice. The live stations where chefs prepare customized orders were excellent, ensuring each meal was tailored to our liking. The service during breakfast was exemplary, with attentive and friendly staff catering to our every need. Although, when it gets very busy, our orders were occasionally forgotten. However, the overall quality of the food and service co****sated for these minor lapses. The hotel's location is a major plus point. It's just a short walk away from Juhu Chowpatty, which allowed us to explore the vibrant surroundings and indulge in some authentic street food. For movie fans, a visit to Amitabh Bachchan’s house (“Jalsa”) is also a short walk around the corner. Final minor thing was we weren’t offered their special welcome drink which I believe is customary. I think this was because we arrived early in the morning, but it would have been nice to be offered this for this calibre of hotel irrespective of the time. In summary, while there were initial challenges with room allocations and occasional lapses in service, the unparalleled breakfast experience and convenient location make JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu a standout choice for travellers seeking a memorable stay in Mumbai.

Non c'erano molti ristoranti vicino, quindi spesso abbiamo cenato all'hotel. Il personale dell'hotel era molto gentile. Le porte devono essere state sottili, perché le conversazioni in sala sono state molto udibili.

Abbiamo fatto un check-in alle 1:00 di notte e prima di avere una parola con qualcuno dell'hotel che possiamo controllare alle 3:00 il giorno seguente, mentre andremo a partire alle 3:00, allora il personale ha detto che va bene che tu venga qui e poi risolviamo le cose per te. Una volta arrivati qui, si rifiutarono di poter aiutare, ma abbiamo capito le loro cose che abbiamo detto loro di offrire almeno un posto per mantenere la nostra promessa, a cui ci hanno certamente fornito. Una volta siamo tornati all'hotel e chiese al ricevimento che se ci potesse offrire una stanza per un'ora come volevamo riposare e siamo pronti a pagare per lo stesso che ha completamente negato che non abbiamo una stanza quando l'intero hotel ha così ***y camere vacanze Almeno l'hotel ***agement dovrebbe avere la decenza di base hu*** per dare ai loro ospiti il soggiorno più memorabile invece di rovinare il viaggio. Anche loro non hanno una base di emina di polvere nelle stanze, la loro faucet di salute è stata rotta, non forniscono nemmeno i servizi igienici di base. Dopo pochi minuti siamo andati da lui e gli abbiamo chiesto quali saranno le tariffe per un'ora e lui ha chiesto Rs.600 e abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per un giorno in 850! Comm'on ragazzi come seriamente? Non consigliera' mai questo hotel, perché il ricevitore non è affatto utile.

The Taj is always going to be superb, of course, and this one is no exception. Two small points - 1. For some reason I had to keep re - signing in to the same WiFi network when I went from the room to various public areas of the hotel 2. There was a peculiar smell of drains in the corridors outside my room which never entirely went away Barring that of course, marvelous hotel, lovely staff, amazing breakfast buffet, super rooms, very nice pool and gym.

È stato un piacevole soggiorno in generale. Le camere sono sul lato più piccolo, ma il servizio è eccellente e la posizione è grande. Mi sorprende che, in due occasioni separate, diversi dipendenti mi si avvicinassero per confermare se ero un ospite in casa. Non sono sicuro che questa sia una pratica standard per tutti gli ospiti, ma mi ha fatto uscire dalla guardia e mi ha fatto sentire incomodo, soprattutto visto che si tratta di un ben noto istituto internazionale.
