⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ L'hotel è molto vicino all'aeroporto di Delhi, rendendolo una scelta perfetta per il transito e per i viaggiatori di business. Le camere erano pulite, spaziose e ben mantenute. Il personale era gentile, professionale e sempre pronto ad aiutare con un sorriso. Il processo di check-in era semplice, il servizio era veloce e l'ospitalità generale era eccellente. Il cibo era fresco e delizioso, e l'hotel offre un grande valore per i soldi. Ho consigliato al massimo Hotel Urban Lion di chiunque cercasse un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole vicino all'aeroporto IGI.

Benvenuti al Lalit Hotel di Nuova Delhi, dove l'ospitalità è calorosa come un naan appena fatto e il personale è composto dalle ragazze più belle dell'India! Davvero, appena entrata, ho pensato di essere capitata per caso in una prova generale del concorso di Miss India. Mi aspettavo quasi che un giudice saltasse fuori e mi chiedesse di valutare i loro sorrisi! Ora parliamo del cibo. Oh, bhai! Il cibo qui dovrebbe essere accompagnato da un'etichetta di avvertenza: ”Attenzione: può causare una salivazione incontrollabile!”. Un morso e sono rimasta agganciata. Credo di aver mangiato abbastanza biryani da sfamare un'intera festa di nozze! Voglio dire, ero così piena che ho pensato di rotolare fuori dalla sala da pranzo come un gigantesco samosa. Portatevi i pantaloni con l'elastico in vita perché vi serviranno, fidatevi! E quei letti! Mi sono sdraiata e sono entrata in un coma notturno che è durato un mese intero. Quando finalmente mi sono svegliato, mi sentivo come un orso appena uscito dal letargo: peloso, scontroso e con la testa che si chiedeva dove fosse finito tutto il cibo! Ero così riposato che pensavo di poter correre una maratona o almeno arrivare al frigorifero senza sentirmi stanco! Quindi, se cercate un posto dove la bellezza incontra la delizia e dove i letti sono più morbidi di un paratha appena sfornato, il Lalit Hotel è il posto che fa per voi! Ricordatevi solo di venire a stomaco vuoto e con un po' di senso dell'umorismo, così potrete ridere di quei chili di troppo che sicuramente prenderete. Questo hotel è molto buono, la pulizia è molto curata, il personale è molto gentile, anche il cibo è molto buono, vale il prezzo, vi consiglio di visitare questo hotel almeno una volta.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Maidens Hotel, Delhi with my wife and our 17-month-old daughter, and it has truly been the finest hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we entered, the entire team made us feel like family. Every staff member is courteous, warm, and genuinely hospitable. The front desk is always welcoming with a smile, and I’ll especially remember Aijaz, who greeted us so kindly, and the GM, Prachi, who personally extended her warmth. Housekeeping, security, restaurant staff and every single person here has a helping mentality that sets this property apart. Our room was nothing short of spectacular; spacious, beautifully maintained, full of thoughtful amenities, and carrying a fragrance that instantly makes you feel at home. We had a luggage room, a drawing room, and a wonderfully decorated washroom. The welcome fruits and cakes were such a delightful surprise, something very few hotels still practice. There was even a little cutey bed prepared just for our daughter, which melted our hearts. What touched us most, were the gestures for our little girl. Housekeeping left her personalized cushions and adorable plush toys; ‘act of kindness’ that go far beyond duty. Seeing her cuddle up with a cushion embroidered with her name, and play with the toys thoughtfully arranged on her bed, was pure magic. These are the kind of memories we’ll treasure forever, and I’ll make sure she knows how dearly she was cared for here when she grows older. The dining experience was equally outstanding. Executive Chef Jashan Arora is beyond my praising capacity, a beautiful mind whose generosity and care cannot be overstated. Jashan even stood there during our departure, a gesture that shows the depth of his character and the heart he puts into his work. He personally ensured that our baby’s meals were made exactly how we wanted, often even better, and the dinners we had were delicious. The buffet breakfast was served alongside a green lawn where I had morning walks with my daughter, a picture-perfect start to each day. This heritage property itself is breathtaking. Maidens Hotel has preserved its timeless architecture and charm so beautifully that every corner feels picturesque, walking through it is like stepping back into history, yet with every modern comfort in place. There is truly nothing I can complain about here. If anything, my only regret is that I couldn’t do anything for the people who made our stay so memorable. To Jashan, Aijaz, Prachi, Ayushi, the restaurant team, housekeeping, security, and everyone else, you have my heartfelt gratitude. This hotel has set a standard that others should learn from. It is, without doubt, the best hotel I have stayed in, and I look forward to returning again. Until then, I’ll miss you all dearly.

The decor is tasteful and modern, creating a calming and inviting atmosphere. This isn't your typical sterile airport hotel. Exceptional Service: The staff are consistently attentive, friendly, and helpful. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. Concierge services were particularly useful in navigating transportation and local attractions. Comfortable and Well-Appointed Rooms: The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep after a long journey. Thoughtful touches like high-quality toiletries and a well-stocked minibar added to the luxurious feel. Siamo stati a Roseate Aerocity anche qualche mese prima, e ogni volta il soggiorno era troppo confortevole, il che ci ha fatto scegliere di nuovo Roseate House, tuttavia un giorno abbiamo dovuto affrontare grossi inconvenienti perché la camera non era pronta e non abbiamo potuto effettuare il check-in fino a quando Erano le 22:00 e la mattina c'erano dei lavori in corso all'esterno dell'hotel che producevano forti rumori e non riuscivamo a dormire sonni tranquilli lamentandoci dello stesso con il direttore e il team, con mio grande shock il direttore e il resto del team erano estremamente generosi e cortesi nel gestire la situazione, hanno capito la situazione senza discutere e senza fornire alcuna motivazione e si sono assicurati che avessimo il soggiorno più confortevole la prossima volta quando verremo (cosa che abbiamo fatto) devo dire che ho soggiornato in così tanti hotel tutti in tutto il mondo ma quando si tratta di Delhi, Aerocity Roseate House rimane la mia preferita…. L'hotel è una buona opzione per i passeggeri che viaggiano non lontano dall'aeroporto. Inoltre, c'è un grande plus che l'hotel offre il trasporto gratuito al terminale aeroportuale. Il personale è attento e mi ha fornito, su mia richiesta, il riscaldamento portatile e ha aiutato con le copie del passaporto. Naturalmente non è un famoso hotel in catena, ma con il suo prezzo credo sia un buon posto con buon colazione.

The hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.

The hotel’s about a 10-minute walk from Aerocity Metro Station, and there are loads of taxis and tuk-tuks right outside—super easy to get around. The air conditioning worked well. I didn’t really notice any noise issues. The room and hotel were generally clean, though I did see one small cockroach in the room. Just a small one. No hot water for the shower. Refridge worked great. One thing to watch out for: everyone seemed really focused on getting tips. Your room key stops working every day at noon, so you have to go to the front desk to reset it. Then someone will escort you to your room—and ask for a tip. If you want to use the Wi-Fi, you have to ask the front desk for a password slip that only works for one device and only for one day. Each time you go back for a new slip, they expect a tip again. My review would be based on my 4-day stay and will only be fair and square. The hotel is located in a bsuy area of main bazaar, so expect noisy neighborhood with honking cars and shouting people. The place is not that secure, if that is your concern. The hotel is in a neighborhood of slums (yes, i explored the inner streets and alleys). The hotel though is decent, good value for your money. Transportation is a bit difficult (especially if you will book indrive or uber) since it is a busy and narrow street, cars and motorbikes don't go much often there (they get stuck in traffic). The hotel room is okay. I booked a double room (i am a solo traveler but i want a big bed). They put two single beds together, so i can't really sleep in the middle because i sink in. The room is small. When I arrived, i was greeted by three medium sized cockroaches -two in the bedside table and one in bed. I managed to kill them though :-). Shower water is not always available. You can order food 24/7, and it was tasty (the falafel however is salty).. i paid roughly 100 usd for my stay. Internet connection is fast and reliable but you need to log-in everytime you get disconnected. Secutiry of the hotel itself is lax. In fact, they have a notice that THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THEFT WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF THE THINGS ARE STOLEN IN YOUR ROOM :-)... Visitors are not allowed. They provide airport pick-up and drop-off but the same is too costly (10usd) but in-app booking is only half the price (and even less). Hotel staff are willing to help you anytime foof the day - for a price. They always ask for tip (as in always).... Their tours are relatively competitive and at par with other providers. Breakfast is bad (i forced myself to finish the pancake, bread and omelette). The utensils, plates and glasses were dirty (watermarked in the glasses). They provide electric kettle in the room but no coffee or tea provided, nor mugs. Pillows and bed were soft, aircon is good but television not much choices. The only english content is the news. Will i recommend this hotel to friends? Yes if on tight budget. Otherwise, find a better one.
