Per viaggiatori esigenti. Non aspettatevi nulla di straordinario a questo prezzo. Il personale ha fatto del suo meglio. Mi hanno consigliato un mezzo di trasporto comodo e condiviso la posizione. Su richiesta, è stato portato un bollitore in camera e uno spazzolino da denti è disponibile a un costo aggiuntivo. I principali inconvenienti, per me, sono stati la mancanza di acqua calda in camera e il check-out anticipato. Alle 11:00, qualcuno ha bussato alla porta e mi ha chiesto di rinunciare, mentre la maggior parte degli hotel indiani offre il check-out posticipato (e noi abbiamo fatto il check-in di notte). A proposito, c'è un avvertimento: a pochi metri di distanza vedrete l'Hotel GoodLuck, senza la parola ”House”! Sembra più presentabile, ma ho deciso di non soggiornare più in questa zona. Nel complesso, l'hotel corrisponde al prezzo pubblicizzato.

Location wise not the best but a good area to shop local things. Quite a distance to new Delhi metro station. But can take the auto about 15mins including traffic.
Room was adequate enough. Walls are thin and can hear people next door talking. No windows.Changed room as the first room had a strong smell of chemicals and was making me nauseous. Couldn't sleep the first night as the next door was talking till wee hours. Had to change room the next day again as I was scared the next door was still gonna be around.
Can't change the A/C to cold mode. So air was abit stale in the room.
Toilet was bigger than the shower.
Breakfast was so so
Great common water area and complimentary teas.
Lastly the girl at the counter can just quit her job if she finds everything to do with an attitude.
Overall, would recommend if you don't mind a super crowded and busy area.

Attention to detail drives everything here from the manager, who personally welcomed me, down to the trainee who asked if I need an evening ‘turn down’ of my room. Nothing is too much trouble. The colonial era architecture and decor is beautiful in this hotel that is 123 years old, but nothing is in any way tired. The staff are awesome and the food is excellent. My room was simply the best I’ve ever stayed in.

UUtente ospiteSiamo stati a Roseate Aerocity anche qualche mese prima, e ogni volta il soggiorno era troppo confortevole, il che ci ha fatto scegliere di nuovo Roseate House, tuttavia un giorno abbiamo dovuto affrontare grossi inconvenienti perché la camera non era pronta e non abbiamo potuto effettuare il check-in fino a quando Erano le 22:00 e la mattina c'erano dei lavori in corso all'esterno dell'hotel che producevano forti rumori e non riuscivamo a dormire sonni tranquilli lamentandoci dello stesso con il direttore e il team, con mio grande shock il direttore e il resto del team erano estremamente generosi e cortesi nel gestire la situazione, hanno capito la situazione senza discutere e senza fornire alcuna motivazione e si sono assicurati che avessimo il soggiorno più confortevole la prossima volta quando verremo (cosa che abbiamo fatto) devo dire che ho soggiornato in così tanti hotel tutti in tutto il mondo ma quando si tratta di Delhi, Aerocity Roseate House rimane la mia preferita…. Grazie per la meravigliosa ospitalità… ti sei guadagnato un cliente fedele ❤️

UUtente anonimoThe hotel’s about a 10-minute walk from Aerocity Metro Station, and there are loads of taxis and tuk-tuks right outside—super easy to get around. The air conditioning worked well. I didn’t really notice any noise issues.
The room and hotel were generally clean, though I did see one small cockroach in the room. Just a small one. No hot water for the shower. Refridge worked great.
One thing to watch out for: everyone seemed really focused on getting tips. Your room key stops working every day at noon, so you have to go to the front desk to reset it. Then someone will escort you to your room—and ask for a tip. If you want to use the Wi-Fi, you have to ask the front desk for a password slip that only works for one device and only for one day. Each time you go back for a new slip, they expect a tip again. Not sure if it’s a cultural thing or just the way this hotel operates, but it definitely felt a bit much.

一点留意：这里员工似乎都很在意小费。每天中午你的房卡会失效，需要去前台重新激活。之后会有工作人员陪你回房间——然后暗示要小费。如果你要用Wi-Fi，得去前台拿密码条，一张纸条只能一个设备用，而且只能用一天。每次你回去要新的纸条，工作人员又会要小费。不太确定这是文化习惯还是这家酒店的运营方式，但确实让人感觉有点过分了。

IilpMy review would be based on my 4-day stay and will only be fair and square. The hotel is located in a bsuy area of main bazaar, so expect noisy neighborhood with honking cars and shouting people. The place is not that secure, if that is your concern. The hotel is in a neighborhood of slums (yes, i explored the inner streets and alleys). The hotel though is decent, good value for your money. Transportation is a bit difficult (especially if you will book indrive or uber) since it is a busy and narrow street, cars and motorbikes don't go much often there (they get stuck in traffic).
The hotel room is okay. I booked a double room (i am a solo traveler but i want a big bed). They put two single beds together, so i can't really sleep in the middle because i sink in. The room is small. When I arrived, i was greeted by three medium sized cockroaches -two in the bedside table and one in bed. I managed to kill them though :-). Shower water is not always available. You can order food 24/7, and it was tasty (the falafel however is salty).. i paid roughly 100 usd for my stay.
Internet connection is fast and reliable but you need to log-in everytime you get disconnected. Secutiry of the hotel itself is lax. In fact, they have a notice that THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THEFT WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF THE THINGS ARE STOLEN IN YOUR ROOM :-)...
Visitors are not allowed. They provide airport pick-up and drop-off but the same is too costly (10usd) but in-app booking is only half the price (and even less). Hotel staff are willing to help you anytime foof the day - for a price. They always ask for tip (as in always)....
Their tours are relatively competitive and at par with other providers. Breakfast is bad (i forced myself to finish the pancake, bread and omelette). The utensils, plates and glasses were dirty (watermarked in the glasses). They provide electric kettle in the room but no coffee or tea provided, nor mugs. Pillows and bed were soft, aircon is good but television not much choices. The only english content is the news.
Will i recommend this hotel to friends? Yes if on tight budget. Otherwise, find a better one.

UUtente ospiteHo effettuato 3 prenotazioni separate in questo hotel prima del mio arrivo perché sarei rimasto in India più a lungo del previsto. Ho soggiornato in totale 9 notti. Nelle note di prenotazione, ho chiesto se potevo rimanere nella stessa camera per l'intera durata del soggiorno. Ho prenotato una camera doppia con vista sulla piscina.
Quando sono arrivato in hotel, ho fatto la stessa richiesta e il personale del check-in si è assicurato che potessi avere la stessa camera.
La camera che mi è stata assegnata aveva un solo letto e si affacciava su un cantiere. Poi ho scoperto da solo che la piscina era in fase di ristrutturazione. La camera aveva anche una grande crepa sulla finestra. Ho informato il personale del problema e ho richiesto un cambio di camera, ma mi è stato detto che qualcuno sarebbe venuto ad aiutarmi a cambiare camera a un orario prestabilito. Ciò non è accaduto. Non si sono scusati.
Durante il mio soggiorno, la chiave della mia camera è stata disattivata due volte (probabilmente a causa delle mie prenotazioni separate), la porta della camera ha funzionato male, la cassaforte non ha funzionato due volte e la TV ha perso il segnale due volte. Verso la fine, ho messo un cartello ”non disturbare”, ma ho ricevuto un'e-mail e una telefonata ininterrotta che mi chiedeva se ero sicuro di non aver bisogno delle pulizie.
Nel complesso, anche se non è stata una brutta esperienza, ho avuto la sensazione di aver avuto troppe interazioni inutili con il personale per piccoli problemi.
