India: hotel con Colazione nella provincia di Assam

La stanza era buona. Il colazione è qualcosa che possono lavorare bene. Il gusto e il servizio. La diffusione era buona. Il gusto del cibo non era fino al marchio. Tutto aveva un eccesso di sale.

I usually go to ***y different hotels due to my work but out of all my favourite will always remain vivanta. The food, hospitality, environment everything is great over here. A special thanks to Mr. Dawa for being very vigilant and making sure that we had a comfortable meal. Kudos to all the staff members, keep up the good work.

I am really happy to share this experience in dibrugarh this is the best hotel I have seen there very newly open in this place this is sarovar group of hotels company it is really awesome and their service is really really excellent and I have seen their hospitality is also very nice. New manager Avijit has joined he is very professional and helpful .. We will coming again... thank you.

La gente del ristorante deve essere formata. È un hotel di bilancio. Non si dovrebbe tenere alte aspettative. Soprattutto il personale di ricezione non è molto responsabile. La posizione non è grande. La cena è ok. Ma dobbiamo chiedere ogni volta per le spalle, l'acqua, ecc. Non serve niente senza chiedere. Oggi alle 7:00, quando siamo andati al ristorante, i camerieri dormivano nella sala da pranzo. Inoltre, il cuoco cantava molto forte. Su di esso c'era un rumore costante di spostare i mobili da un luogo all'altro, e poi si fermò come se non ci fossero denunce.

Ginger guwahati è il mio viaggio all'hotel ogni volta che visito guwahati. Il personale è molto cortese e prudente. La proprietà è pulita e ben mantenuta e spaziosa. Il menu alimentare offre anche buone scelte rispetto alla mia ultima visita.

Very good hotel and the room is clean except the bathroom. The clerks are untrained and service quality is not good. They should stop making multiple calls to guest's room when nothing is ordered for dinner. I received 3 times of such calls within one day when I was relaxing in the room I felt like I was blamed for not ordering anything from the restaurant. They do not realise how rude it is and think that it is normal practice for Indian hotel but foreigners are very much annoyed by that ”Sir do you want to order anything for dinner?”.

A colleague asked me to stay in this hotel. Generally I preferred staying in Pragati Manor or Lily while in Guwahati. This time I tried this hotel but the experience has been far from satisfactory. First one - irresponsible behaviour. After making the reservation online for the stay at this hotel, I sent an email seeking help for an airport pick up as I would be reaching late. No response came for a day. Then I called their board number and requested for an airport pick up. I was told that it would be confirmed soon and details would be shared. Till I was boarding the flight to Guwahati there was no information. After I landed, I called the hotel and they said the same thing - driver would call. The driver from an app based cab company called and said he was on his way. The cab arrived half an hour after the scheduled time! I could have simply booked an Uber had the hotel gentleman told me that they won’t have pick up facility. Second, room was given in another building saying it was a new one. Room was decent and amenities were average. Good thing was there was no plastic water bottle, instead a one litre glass bottle was there with water. There was no refill though! Breakfast was just average. Cut fruits had small flies on them. Coffee machine brewed something that was not drinkable! While I came to the reception to speak to the duty manager, the bell boy told me he had gone to the washroom who actually was having breakfast in the dining hall in one corner! One request to the management of the hotel - please be sensitive to your guests and ask your people to be responsible. You can do much better as you have a good property. Thank you.

The ambience of the hotel is quite amazing. The staff is welcoming and fully cooperative. I had buffet for the company event i was attending there. The food was super delicious. The chicken was so tender and juicy and the naan bread was the softest. Apart from the food the Tai Hall(where the event took place) is huge and has great ambience as well. The whole hotel is air conditioned. I'm just not satisfied with the quality of the washrooms, they can be a lot better given the stature of 4star hotel. Overall, it's a great hotel.

I stayed in this hotel to celebrate my marriage anniversary . The rooms are spacious and airy. Broad corridors , clean lobby, nice cosy restaurant. The staff are very helpful. The food is very tasty and served hot. I plan to come and stay again

While returning from Kaziranga, we stayed here overnight since we had to catch the morning flight on return. Considering our very good experience in Kzziranga, in the hotel of the same owner, expectations had increased. The location was nice, but I did not realise that Guwahati would be so so crowded :-). Unfortunately, the wear and tear and the lack of basic maintenance was showing. One could not sit on the chair since the seats needed to be refurbished, changed. What I saw the moment I entered the room can be seen in the picture. Other walls (e.g. under the window) had the same problem. Was very very disappointed. My request and suggestion to the management......it does not take more than one day to get one room fixed up --- paint and chair cushion etc. For the price of the room, we did not expect this, really.

I had the best experience in Shoolin Grand. It was my wedding venue and everything was so smooth. Firstly, gorgeous location, great food and great event managing team. Heads up for the extraordinary manager Mr. Aditya Nayak who assisted us and made everything a cake walk. The entire staff was very helpful and cordial and made me and my guests feel very comfortable. I am grateful as I chose the best venue for my wedding i.e. the Shoolin Grand

Ho trascorso [3] notti in questo hotel e ho avuto una splendida esperienza. La decorazione moderna dell'hotel, le camere confortevoli e le eccellenti attrezzature sono state realizzate per un soggiorno rilassante. camere spaziose e pulite con letti confortevoli La struttura è stata molto attraente, il servizio clienti dell'hotel è stato davvero eccezionale. Il personale è andato di sopra e di là per garantire un soggiorno memorabile, da aiutare con i piani di visibilità a fornire servizi aggiuntivi. Raccomando [Residenza Erica] a chiunque cerca un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole.

Good hotel with the price make my trip offered. I often visit dibrugarh for my work and stay in nataraj. Most i like their breakfast they offered. They clean room everyday which is a positive point. Love to stay here again

Good for travellors and business stay. Room service available. Hot water was an issue. AC working and parking available. Wifi need to check. Food was spicy. Buisness stays are good. The Jaganath temple is an attraction that culurally people visit. Asamese and Bengalis choose to visit the place
