I had such an amazing experience staying here! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — especially Agus, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. He always greeted us with a big smile and was super helpful with everything we needed throughout our stay. The breakfast was seriously impressive — there were so many options to choose from, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. You can really tell they put effort into making sure guests start the day right. Definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a while! The location is very strategic, close to everything — shopping, restaurants, and main attractions — which made it so convenient to get around. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, everything about this place was just perfect. Great service, great food, great location. A big thanks to Agus and the team for making our stay such a memorable one. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I chose this hotel because I saw reviews on various platforms stating that sauna facilities were available. I am looking for hotel/s with Sauna !! My real intention. Compared to other hotels with saunas, the price here was very reasonable given the luxurious facilities and surroundings, which made me choose this hotel. However, I was quite disappointed when I arrived and asked the reception, only to find out that the spa and sauna services had long been discontinued / are under renovation. I honestly don’t have any other reason to stay here. That being said, I was very satisfied with the room. It was clean, 5-star standard, had a bathtub, the TV worked perfectly, and overall I was very excited and happy. The hotel facilities and environment were also beautiful and impressive – the lobby was elegant and exclusive, the lift area leading to the rooms was spacious and luxurious, the swimming pool was large and beautiful, the café was wide with delicious food, and paid spa services were also available. To sum up, everything was beautiful and luxurious, and I was very satisfied – definitely a stay worth the money. The only downside was not being able to experience the sauna. That’s it. 4/5 stars. Tip top.

A 30 minuti dal centro di Batam a Turi Beach. La vista mare dalla mia camera è pazzesca (lato Raini Hill). Ci tornerò la prossima volta 😇 Consiglio di preparare autonomamente shampoo e asciugacapelli. Lo shampoo fornito ha una quantità limitata e l'asciugacapelli ha una potenza molto ridotta, quindi ci vuole tempo per asciugarsi i capelli.

I also witnessed a heartening moment where your Security team rushed out to assist a guest in a wheelchair and even helped us cross a busy street safely. These acts reflect not just duty, but genuine care for guests. My overall experience was truly memorable, and I left with a strong sense of appreciation for your team’s dedication and heart.

Sala 706 Vorrei condividere che nonostante questo sia un hotel davvero vecchio, potete dire che stanno cercando di apportare poche miglioramenti, per esempio, ho notato che le tende sono nuove. Credevo che tutti i dipendenti fossero ben formati - bellboy, ricetta. le cameriere e anche i dipendenti di casa continuano a sorridere a voi, vi salutano e sempre aiutano davvero le mani in alto. Ho anche osservato ogni dettaglio che hanno fatto per mantenere ogni angolo dell' hotel pulito e tempestivo . Anche il ristorante è delizioso.Nonostante la limitata scelta di cibo, il gusto del cibo non è davvero male. Mi piace che mantengano i pascoli più caldi per tenerli freschi, Ancora una volta, nonostante la camera di dimensioni più piccole, è così bello avere una tavola laterale e sedia per avere i nostri pasti, vestire tavolo e sedia, un posto per i bagagli, così tanti pendenti un paio di mutandine, anche frigo funziona. Tutto quello che abbiamo bisogno per un breve stato davvero pensativo di loro. Trovo anche le mutandine e il letto molto buono e ho dormito molto bene. L'hotel è sbloccato, quindi le emozioni sono buone. Il suono dimostra anche ok. La porta è anche molto luminosa. Solo 5 minuti a piedi al grande centro commerciale Batam e al mercato bagnato A2 e centro commerciale Batam dove abbiamo avuto somma dim così gioioso 1-2 Miglioramenti sono che l'ariacone è davvero rumoroso. Pensavo che le tovalette odore bene, ma c'è un po' di tintura 😬

Non molto adatto alle famiglie. Siamo rimasti 3 notti, 2 notti con feste fino alle 22:00. Se venite con bambini piccoli che devono dormire prima delle 22:00, potreste avere problemi. Il personale è abbastanza gentile, ma un po' troppo. Durante uno dei nostri pasti, ci hanno chiesto com'era il cibo ben 8 volte. Abbastanza fastidioso quando si mangia. La doccia del bagno non ha sportello. Quindi l'acqua finisce facilmente dappertutto. Credo che l'uso principale dell'asciugamano sia quello di asciugare l'acqua sul pavimento. Quindi consiglio di non usarlo se soggiornate qui.

Questa è la seconda volta che ho soggiornato in questo hotel con i miei figli. L’ambiente ha cambiato drasticamente è ora piuttosto rumoroso anche alla notte. A questo proposito, mi piace ancora molto l'hotel. Il suo valore è per soldi con grande servizio, personale amichevole, massaggio rilassante all'interno e cibo intrigante al ristorante. Il design dell'hotel è anche molto impressionante nonostante la sua età. Le camere sono state ristrutturate da quando ho visitato molti anni fa, e sono complessivamente confortevoli e piacevoli da soggiornare. Situazione a 5 minuti di auto a Nagoya Hill. Si prega di continuare a lavorare bene e considerare di migliorare l'isolamento acustico.

Best stay with this hotel. But bad experience booked with trip.com. As we arrived for check in there was a problem, receptionist said they dont receive our booking from trip.com. After 15mins later, they found out my booking under *******. They offered me for other room because my room curently full. A bit happy because they offer for 2single beds extra n room upgrade for free. I really love the room. Very spacious. On 2nd day we got our room as we booked before. Anyway i really happy with this hotel. Thankyou.

La stanza è enorme e la posizione è in punto. Tuttavia è molto datato e gli mobili sono scarsamente bisogno di rinfrescamento. Visto i punti più e il prezzo, è ancora una buona permanenza per il prezzo pagato. È vicino al A1 piazza alimentare con molte tazze, quindi suggerisco di passare il colazione sottostandard all'hotel e provare. Consiglio: il spa in casa è molto buono e aperto fino a tardi.Vale un tentativo

L'ho prenotato per i miei genitori e i loro amici. Tutto è puro, posizione, camera, strutture. La colazione è di base (ordine e pagamento). Raccomandato!
