UUtente ospiteLa posizione geografica è nel centro della città assoluta. È molto conveniente uscire da ogni attrazione o shopping.La decorazione dell'hotel presta attenzione ai dettagli, i letti sono molto puliti e confortevoli, e la colazione è molto ricco.La velocità di accesso a Internet è anche molto veloce. In breve, questo è un hotel ”vecchio soldi”, che non è difficile da fare, tranne il prezzo leggermente costoso (in più che ho prenotato tardi).

Ssalvalasilvia The hotel is close to the railway station and the city centre. After checking in you can receive tickets for the city transport service.
Every important monument is walking distance and the city is lovely.
The staff, especially at reception, is lovely.
There are also check-in machines that will help you register and will print your key cards.
I’m not a fan of carpet but the room was perfectly clean with a nice bathroom. The bathroom was tiny but with all that was needed.
There’s also a nice luggage rack, unfortunately only one in a room for two, but it’s spacious.
We appreciated the complimentary waters.

UUtente ospiteNot a great experience overall. Location is not directly off any public transportation line so bear in mind lugging luggage on cobblestone can be very taxing. Service was slow at check-in. Only one staff was there in the evening, and a short queue formed to check-in while waiting for the staff to get off the phone. At check-in, room was automatically assigned via iPad, which was not a courtyard view as advertised on Trip.com, but rather a view of the garbage dump (from room 101). Went back down to ask for a change of room, and 45 frustrating minutes later, the front desk said it was because of the room category and “offered to upgrade” for 20 euros additional per night. After travelling for a long time, I didn’t want to waste any more time with a back and forth as to why Trip.com advertised a courtyard view, and the hotel gave me a garbage dump view instead, so I obliged. The new room however, was much better with a view of the Thomaskirche opposite, a lot more internal space, and a mini kitchenette.

RRPSMThe hotel is very well situated and fantastic bar upstairs we didn’t use the breakfast place, but it’s looked very good. The air-conditioning is very good. It’s one of the few hotels in fact the only hotel in Germany that we stayed at that had a good air conditioning. There’s a parking at the hotel but we use the one in the central Plaza and that cost €20 a night. Everything was comfortable it’s a hotel. I would recommend.

Wonderful receptionist on Sat and Sunday morning who was so helpful!
We managed to check in early(not guaranteed)and the room was lovely and comfortable.
The parking garage for our hire car worked well and we left it when we got the tram into town.
Cannot fault the breakfast at all and just generally all the service we received.
Nothing not to like except I miss a tea/coffee tray but maybe this isn’t something that happens in bc Grr we nan hotels.
Don’t hesitate….value for money!

The soundproofing was robust, effectively filtering out the urban white noise, and the high-speed Wi-Fi was stable enough for heavy data lifting and video conferencing without any latency issues.

Whether it was the fresh pastry station or the made-to-order omelets, the quality of the ingredients was top-tier. I also utilized the fitness center and the infinity pool; both were well-maintained, clean, and never overly crowded, providing a great environment to decompress after a long day of work.
