L'hotel era decente e accogliente.Il personale era molto utile e il colazione era assolutamente delizioso. La cucina si chiude presto, quindi se ti piace cena, pianifica.

Complaint about the cleanliness of my room at B&B Hotel I would like to make a complaint regarding the cleanliness and housekeeping standards of my room at your B&B Hotel. After the room had supposedly been cleaned, I noticed that the bed linen had not been changed. There were still visible stains on the bed sheet, and I also found several hairs on the bed. This gave me the clear impression that the bedding had not been replaced before my stay, which is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene. From what I could see, the only cleaning that had been done was vacuuming the floor, cleaning the sink, and wiping the table. However, the most important part of preparing the room for a new guest – providing clean, freshly changed bed linen – was not done. I have attached photos showing the stains on the bed sheet and the hairs left on the bedding. These clearly demonstrate the poor standard of cleanliness in the room. I am very disappointed with this experience, as it does not meet the level of cleanliness and hygiene that guests should reasonably expect from a hotel. I would appreciate an explanation as to why the bed linen was not changed and would like this matter to be investigated and resolved appropriately. I look forward to your response.

Quite a wacky, quirky hotel- which we love! The main hotel is unique and fab, but the rooms are tired and outdated and could be cleaned to a higher standard. The tap water is not drinkable, so more drinking water also needs to be provided and accessible in double and twin rooms- one bottle for two people is not enough. When phoning reception to request two bottles of water, we were still only given one and the empty bottle we had was also weirdly and awkwardly requested and collected at our door first, before we were allowed more water, which was then bought separately and left outside the room? Just a little odd when they have to provide drinking water. A great location hotel though and we actually love the extravagant, crazy style of the main hotel and have been back 3 times and would stay again when in the area for work. You have to see it to believe it!

Esperienza un soggiorno affascinante @Jockey club rooms, Newmarket (vicina a Cambridge, UK) Un soggiorno davvero tradizionale e sofisticato nelle camere del Jockey Club. La nostra camera deluxe ha guardato i giardini bellissimi e gli interni soprattutto i tessuti Colefax & Fowler sentono intemporaneo ed elegante. Il bagno era enorme, quasi più grande del letto, e tutta la proprietà è piena di classico arte e charme ereditato. Abbiamo goduto di champagne nel bar dei membri privati, un raro privilegio per gli ospiti di notte, e il colazione era eccezionale dalle uova Benedict alle uova Royal, i kipper, i pancake e altro ancora, tutti serviti in una grande sala da pranzo. Facile il miglior colazione alberghiero che abbia mai avuto. L'atmosfera è vecchia ‑world tradizione inglese a prezzi sorprendentemente accessibili, con parcheggio gratuito e una posizione perfetta High Street.Ideale per visitare Cambridge o Suffolk e amavamo poter andare a cena in Thai Kitchen. Molto raccomandato per chiunque cerca comfort, storia, e sottovalutato lusso - tutto per il prezzo di una stanza nel Premier Inn!

The hotel was overall very good value and certainly worth the stay due to its excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and convenient location. However, the main drawback is the parking situation. Parking is limited, with only a small number of spaces available across the road and on the nearby one-way street. This can create unnecessary stress when trying to leave a vehicle safely and securely. While this may not be a concern for all guests, for some it can be a significant issue, particularly when staying for several days. The parking area is also used by non-residents who visit the hotel for drinks or meals, meaning spaces are often occupied by patrons rather than hotel guests. As a result, residents may find themselves repeatedly checking for available spaces when visitors leave, rather than being able to park properly and confidently upon arrival. This uncertainty can detract from an otherwise very positive hotel experience.

Una notte molto fredda dopo un giorno occupato è stato bello essere accolto da un accogliente amichevole e informativo. Una notte soggiorno con piccolo balcone vista sul campo da golf e un incredibile riscaldamento. La pressione dell'acqua nel doccia è bassa ma l'acqua calda Le camere si sentono bene per essere aggiornate un paio di ******* . *TV remoto non ha spento la TV doveva salire e pop mano dietro la seta e spendere al socket. **I capelli sul bagno non sono certamente i miei! **Nessun asciugacapelli ovvio. ***Il servizio in camera chiamato due volte extn non risposto andò via ricevimento trasferito al bar salmone crema di formaggio marrone ordinato arriva rapidamente, purtroppo, sul pane bianco.G&T rosa deliziosa.Colazione. Benvenuto caldo e spiegazione offerta dal team. La grande varietà e il cibo caldo erano caldi. **** L'affidamento del team al bar potrebbe essere stato fatto altrove.

We have been doing our motorcycle training here in Ipswich so have stayed at the Novotel for two weekends now. The staff have been so friendly and accommodating - we’ve really enjoyed the stay. Having a bath in the room has also been a treat. The rooms are well maintained, clean and very comfortable. We’ve enjoyed the pool table and the bar. We’re looking forward to coming back again. The hotel is also very conveniently located.

Arrivata tardi di notte e si è accolto con piacere. Camminò nella mia stanza e molto basso, ma questo è bene per quello che ho pagato. Tuttavia, mentre cercavo di dormire, tutto quello che potevo sentire dalla persona vicino alla porta del bagno e i rumori non erano molto piacevole. Dopo aver fallito il sonno, ho ordinato un taxi di stare con un amico locale. Quando ho restituito le chiavi, il personale mi ha chiesto perché mi stavo lasciando nelle prime ore e ho spiegato la mia esperienza e ha detto che mi avrebbero contattato un potenziale rimborso, ma non hanno ancora sentito da loro finora. Non mi sarei dovuto fare pulizia o personale di ricezione, ma la mia stanza ha bisogno di un necessario aggiornamento e consiglierei la gestione di passare la notte in una stanza, così possono sperimentarlo per loro stessi e rendersi conto che stanno perdendo affari a causa del suo stato attuale.

I really enjoyed my stay at the premiere inn. I was hesitant at first but it was only one of a few places in bury that offered twin beds. Location was great, backed on to the Abby gardens, and a short walk into town.  Checkin was fine, you could do it yourself digitally or a real Person could help!! The staff were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about products and procedures, ie dinner, there were lots of desks and choices.  We hadn’t planned to eat there but the menu looks extensive and had some great new healthy options. Do we had dinner and happy hour wines.  Breakfast was immense too.  Shower was hot, pillows were plump, room was clean.  I did wonder why we did t have a fridge or bottled water but it was no biggy.  Overall I’d stay again.
