Regno Unito: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Highlands

Hotel is located outside of the city centre. It takes 5 mins by bus and 25 mins by walk to reach the city centre. The bus stop is nearby. Not much food options near the hotel, only there are KFC and a fish and chips shop. The hotel is clean, room is cleaned every day. Breakfast is English style with same menu every day. The breakfast is served from 7 am which is late as we had to catch coach for daytrip which starts from city centre at 7:30. Though I had booked room with breakfast from Trip.com, the receptionist was asking to book the breakfast again as it seems trip.com doesn't share the breakfast booking with hotel. So receptionist asked to show the proof of breakfast booking which was awkward. Other than this minor issues, overall experience was good.

Awful. Initially I was in a double room. Women daily 0540 by loud music which I believe was the kitchen staff starting breakfast preparation. Moved to single room on my final night. The heating on full was the difference between having a cooler box or a freezer. No cable other than power cable for the TV so no reception whatsoever. This was pointed out to the reception desk who told me no maintenance staff were available due to rostering. A coaxial cable would probably resolve the problem. However that was not provided. The staff were polite but had their hands tied on what they could do to resolve the issues. Just an awful experience sadly as the hotel is in a prime position. Polite staff who had to attend to a number of embarrassing complaints from other guests.

Perfect hotel if you’re visiting the area. Lovely location and views of the river and cathedral. Easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms are of a high standard. Excellent drinks variety with the distillery and brewery on site. Service is impeccable. Great breakfast.

Veramente grande Hotel. Più economico intorno anche così non si ottiene davvero quando le persone prenotano alberghi economici e si lamentano che non è 5* 😂. Posizione è sorprendente. Il lago è bellissimo. Il personale è davvero bello. Le camere hanno tutto quello che ti serve e sono abbastanza spaziose. Il cibo è davvero buono, anche se un po' costoso ma ancora buono in porzioni.

The hotel was easy to find, located right by the main road. The rooms were quite small, and with luggage, the space felt a bit tight. However, there was a small outdoor balcony with a table and two chairs, which provided a nice spot to sit and eat. The rooms looked modern and recently renovated. The bathroom was well-designed, featuring sleek black tiles and gold fixtures, and the hot water worked perfectly. One of the best features of the room was the separate sink area, along with a microwave and fridge. This was especially convenient for heating up food or enjoying ready-to-eat meals from the nearby Aldi if you’re too tired to head out. The room also came with a kettle, coffee, tea, and even a chocolate wafer as a thoughtful welcome touch. There is no reception desk at this hotel, so it’s important to have internet access as check-in is fully digital. You’ll receive your room number via email just before your arrival. Make sure to complete the online pre-check-in to confirm your stay and receive further instructions. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient one-night stay.

Comodo e molto vicino all'aeroporto. È a pochi minuti di distanza. È così comodo prendere un volo la mattina. Mia madre non deve più preoccuparsi per me. È un po' lontano dalla stazione ferroviaria Hotel.

酒店位置很好就在火車站旁，新裝修的，衞生也不錯，有餐吧和咖啡店，價格也挺實惠。房間內沒有空調，冬天有一個暖氣片，夏天衹有電扇。沒有免費wifi，註冊會員可以享受30分鐘wifi

L'hotel è stato la base perfetta per viaggiare l'isola di Skye! Check-in è stato facile, ci sono stati molti parcheggi (alcune vicine, alcune lontane), caffè e colazione aveva alcune selezioni, abbiamo anche cena all'hotel e era fantastico. Dice che non c'è acqua calda in ogni momento, ma abbiamo avuto acqua calda ogni volta che ci siamo docciati con grande pressione acqua!

La stanza era molto buona e pulita, ma si è rivelato che si poteva sentire ogni movimento della gente nella stanza sopra. alle 6:00 questa persona ha deciso di fare i suoi 10.000 passi al giorno nella sua stanza e sembrava che un elefante stava camminando. Non c'è modo di continuare il vostro sonno, quindi abbiamo finito di dover salire e abbiamo lasciato l'hotel a 7.15am. Ho lamentato la notte prima, ma dal momento che l'hotel è stato completamente prenotato non c'erano altre opzioni. Mi è stato detto che, per la struttura in legno, era così ovvio che era una questione nota e non dovrebbero prenotare entrambe le camere allo stesso tempo. Hanno anche due cani dietro la ricezione senza equipaggio e uno di loro ha continuato a fare per un'ora mentre abbiamo cenato. Quando abbiamo finito la cena, hanno iniziato a portare fuori le fiocchi di grano, eccetera, per colazione per la mattina successiva, e hanno lasciato questo incoperto, pensando che fosse molto igienico. I prezzi dell'alcol sono troppo elevati (bottile di vino £35.50).In generale non è una buona esperienza e non consigliere.
