Portogallo: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Distretto di Évora

Had a wonderful stay at the Convento de Arraiolos, even if a slightly eventful. Arriving late at night, we found the reception empty and had to wander though the hotel grounds - which are not small - searching for someone to talk to. Eventually we found the restaurant and a member of staff sent word to the receptionist. I couldn't help but wonder if we weren't interrupting the young lady's dinnertime... She was very apologetic for the absence, and even told us to use the internal pool and sauna, even though it was already well beyond operating hours. Both pools are excellent, and the sauna soothing after a very long day. The bed was super comfortable and breakfast quite good - don't miss the local cheeses and bread! Even though the hotel seemed to be running quite short staffed - which may account for the fact we found uncollected trash in the bathroom bin - the staff were impeccable and highly professional. Moreover, the tennis court is in a state of disarray, the pavement sure looks in need of a makeover. All in all definitely recommended for a wonderful stay and relaxation, just some management decisions seem baffling, at a place run by a brand of such reputation as the Pestana group.

Ottima struttura, personale estremamente attento, le camere sono di buona qualità, dormire se molto bene, molto bene insonorizzato, non si ascolta nessun altro ospite. Colazione impeccabile e adattato per i celiac. Raccomando vivamente

O hotel é perfeito do começo ao fim! Desde a chegada, fomos recebidos com muita simpatia, educação e acolhimento pela equipe da recepção, que merece um destaque especial. É aquele tipo de atendimento que faz você se sentir verdadeiramente bem-vindo. O quarto é lindo, confortável e muito bem cuidado, com uma atmosfera acolhedora e aquele cheirinho delicioso de tudo impecavelmente preparado. A piscina é maravilhosa e o café da manhã, impecável, com muita qualidade e atenção aos detalhes. Ficamos apenas duas noites e, depois de vivenciar um pouco do que a propriedade oferece, minha impressão é de que o ideal seria ficar pelo menos três noites. Há muito para aproveitar, apreciar e simplesmente desfrutar com calma.

The approach to the hotel is uninspiring which makes your arrival in a modern manicured property all the more surprising. The hotel is well thought out, set up for a very chilled out time and service and facilities are excellent. We did not give a full 5 for one reason which for some could be a blocker. This hotel is very popular with young families, for very good reasons but if you want a quiet retreat keep this in mind If on the other hand you have young children it is a great place.

It took us a while to navigate in the town to find the hotel as google map wasnt very accurate. Im so glad for free parking at the hotel's basement garage as the town's parking was mainly for locals. Room was big and comfortable, making me wish that i have a longer stay here. I love the room layout! I am very appreciative of the body gel, shampoo, hand wash and body lotion provided as the scent is amazing. I do wish there is conditioner and toothbrush though.

Amazing experience, the hotel and facilities are excellent and with a perfect location. The breakfast was great and the service from arrival to departure all the team members were excellent and professional. Well done to the management and team we will be back

Abbiamo avuto una bella permanenza in Evora e abbiamo prenotato l'hotel MouraSuits. L'ingresso era molto amichevole e abbiamo potuto anche prendere la nostra stanza più di quanto indicato. L'hotel offre un parcheggio extra, quindi non abbiamo avuto problemi di fermare la nostra auto. Abbiamo avuto una camera superiore per 2 persone con vista sulla piscina. Il bagno è bellissimo dotato di una doccia pioggia. La piscina è stata anche piacevole fredda, ma non troppo fredda. Il colazione era un sogno. Possiamo ordinare il nostro pasto d'uovo senza un premio, ci sono stati diversi succhi freschi, formaggio e taglio di salsa, bagagli, ecc. - Torniamo comunque.

Per ciò che promette (specialmente progettato per il sonno e il riposo) non è soddisfatto. L'aria condizionata è troppo rumorosa e il fatto che il ventilatore della bagno sia programmato dall'hotel e non possiamo spensare, rende inconfortabile essere nella stanza per le ore di funzionamento del ventilatore a causa del rumore.

L'hotel è molto vicino al centro della città, viene con sauna, piccolo giardino e una piscina/bar superiore. L'hotel offre anche parcheggio gratuito. La stanza è molto comoda. Solo l'ossetto che posso scegliere è il cubico del doccia essere troppo piccolo per il comfort come è in forma rettangolare.

Installazioni che hanno bisogno di rinnovamento, si nota che è un buon hotel, ma ha bisogno di scambiare il pavimento (alcatifa) e mobili (antichi). Un altro aspetto meno buono è il fatto che si paga per utilizzare il palestra (5€) e il snoker (8€ prezzo eccessivo ...) e non dare per regolare la temperatura dell'aria condizionata. Oltre a questo, letto confortevole, buona TV e grande parcheggio
