Regno Unito: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Hampshire

Servizi: vecchio, ma fortunatamente pulito, molto buono, ma lo scarico del lavandino si blocca facilmente Salute: Nessun problema riscontrato per quanto riguarda la salute Ambiente: L'ambiente è molto buono, tranquillo e confortevole Servizio: l'atteggiamento del servizio alla reception era molto scarso durante il ritiro dei bagagli.

This facility was a surprise in many ways. Across from the front of the hotel is a lovely little park. The check-in was easy (I could have even done an online check-in). The staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was a studio apartment, nicely furnighed. There was a sink, hotplate, micro, and even a dishwasher which was unexpected.  I explored the surrounding neighborhood in several directions and found many places of interest. Some were historical, some were interesting ting eating & drinking venues It was not a long walk to the West Quay Mall for shopping or to the SeaCity museum. 

Service at on reception was polite and helpful. Room was OK. The lighting was terrible in the room, so much so it was difficult to read in parts of the room. The room was also noisy from the traffic on the busy road outside and the window which looked double glazed did not stop the constant hum of traffic. The service at breakfast buffet was not good. The hot breakfast was supposed to consist of sausage, bacon,scrambled eggs, hash brown and baked beans. However when getting to the service area. all that was left was scrambled eggs and baked beans. Empty servers with no bacon, no sausages, no hash browns. No cups for the coffee or tea and no orange juice as it had run out. No clean knives. Customers kept telling the one person on service everything had run out. Lots of customers standing about waiting for clean cups/knives/food to fill empty servers. The person was unable to cope and brought out some paper cups for the coffee or tea. This was a good hotel and we have stayed many times but this time., I cannot say we were so happy with the room or service.

Questo hotel è molto buono. In primo luogo, l'atteggiamento del proprietario di servizio è molto gentile, e poi la stanza è davvero costosa, soprattutto con un bagno separato. Come si dice, una spugna è piccola e piena di organi, ha tutto.

Il buon hotel e una spaziosa camera, l'unica cosa è che è lontano dal centro di Portsmouth così doveva prendere un Uber ovunque. Pagato 10 sterline per parcheggio per 2 giorni non male, ma potrebbe essere incluso nel prezzo.

Non posso fare nulla, un posto davvero bello per stare con i piccoli. Ci hanno guardato con i loro contatti speciali, tra cui un'ampia zona di gioco e latte e biscotti in letto

Il vecchio John è un gentile manager che è attento a pulire la stanza e fare colazione, il colazione è buono e delizioso!

The staff at this premier inn were really friendly and greeted us warmly every morning for breakfast! The place itself was very standard for a premier inn, the room was clean yet basic but had everything we needed for our stay. We chose this hotel as the location was near to family members that we were visiting, but it wasn’t really near anything else of note apart from some shops across the road and a pub next door so may not be a good choice if you were visiting for a holiday. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and clean rooms. Good location near Basingstoke town centre and ample parking (some paid parking if the hotels parking is full) Would recommend.
