Le strutture erano eccellenti e le strutture fornite erano soddisfacenti. Considerato il punto di prezzo, il valore superava le nostre aspettative. In generale, l'esperienza è stata molto positiva.
Da check-in a check-out, il nostro soggiorno era perfetto. Tutto il personale che ci siamo incontrati era amichevole e utile e la nostra camera era comoda e pulita. La vista dalla nostra camera era bella. Il ristorante era davvero bello con una eccellente selezione di colazione. Il menu del bar aveva molta scelta e il nostro cibo era di buona qualità.
La mia unica denuncia era che la ricezione e la sala erano freddi e sdraiati, ma quando l'ho chiesto, mi è stato detto che il condizionamento era inadeguato e il giorno in cui abbiamo controllato, era stato risolto.
Resterò qui, certamente.

Toilet facilities fully equipped with essentials you might be missing, like toiletries for women, dry shampoo and deodorant. I’ve never seen this at any other hotel I’ve stayed in, so it’s a nice touch!
Close to the station which is a bonus, a little walk to the city centre with plenty of places to eat.
Excellent location right next to the train station, 5 min walk to West Quay shopping mall and IKEA. On-site parking available which is very convenient. Parking lot is shared with Ibis and Novotel. There was a wedding event in Novotel in the second evening, the parking was full when we came back. Even though we paid for 3 days parking already there’s nothing the hotel staff could do. Luckily we managed to get the last parking spot later.
The shower is nice and hot but the design of the shower cubicle does not give you proper privacy, maybe a concern depending on who you share the room with.
Stayed here for a friend's wedding this weekend! Had an apartment for the night. Was very nice and well equipped even had tea, coffee and milk in the fridge which wasn't expected as self catering. Unfortunately didn't sleep very well as bedrooms where so hot. Couldn't get any aircon to work and not sure the rooms even had it in them. Then realised in the morning the towel radiator in the ensuites left on full heat presumably by housekeeping so that didn't help along with the hot weather. Alot of noise of people walking past the apartments in the early hours too and cars reving waking us up! Used the spa facilities in the morning and they were pretty unimpressive too...not very clean and could do with a refurb. Run down and didn't feel very clean and spa like which is a shame as was looking forward to a relaxing spa.
This was our second visit to this hotel. The room we had, 224, had everything we needed but was very small.
Staff were very welcoming, and the lady at reception recognised us from our previous visit. Service in the restaurant was good, as was the food.
It's a busy hotel and was a little noisy on Saturday night as there was a birthday party, so it was fair enough but the noise from the patio area went on till very late.
Overall, it is a nice hotel for a short stay, we are regular visitors to the area and it mainly depends on the price where we book.

Lo stile è semplice come un motel, circondato da McDonald's, caffè e un piccolo supermercato, e le strutture di vita sono complete.Anche se non c'è un senso di lusso, è pulito e confortevole, abbastanza da soddisfare le esigenze di una notte di riposo. UUtente ospiteBeh, il servizio dell'hotel è anche molto buono.I dipendenti dell'hotel sono sempre molto amichevoli e felici di aiutare le persone.Sono sempre disposti a rispondere alle mie domande e a fornire consigli utili.Inoltre, il colazione fornita dall'hotel è molto delizioso, molti tipi di e hanno diverse opzioni ogni giorno. Il servizio del ristorante è anche molto buono, i dipendenti sono sempre molto attenti e entusiasti.
L'unica difetto è che il prezzo dell'hotel è leggermente alto, ma considerando la posizione dell'hotel e la qualità del servizio, penso che sia ancora ragionevole.In breve, mi piace molto l'hotel. Se vado di nuovo in questa città, scelgo di rimanere di nuovo.

Despite not using the on site facilities as much, the staff were lovely, friendly & helpful at any hour.
The room was spotlessly clean, and had decent basic amenities, but the room I stayed in was starting to look a little tired.
Decent value for money however, especially for the time of the year & a weekend.

UUtente ospiteBreakfast at the weekend doesn't start until 8.00am. We were playing a Pickleball Tournament on their Acrylic tennis courts and needed to digest our food before running around! The hot items weren't all out which was irritating. Bacon, sausages and eggs were missing. As soon as the eggs arrived they were gone because everyone was queuing. If it says breakfast starts at 8.00, then it should all be available on time! Pools are great, (one specifically for children and one for adults. Sporting facility was excellent. Free parking for hotel guests.
Bedroom was very clean and had everything one needed. No air con, but fan in cupboard. Magnifying mirror, iron & board, hairdryer.
I had to stay at the hotel to continue playing my tournament, but wanted to have a last swim to ease my muscles before driving home in a terrible heatwave. They said check out had been at 11.00am and I would have to pay £10! I thought that was rather steep so declined. There was hardly anyone in the pool and a small kind gesture after paying for 2 nights would have lifted my spirits and given a better impression. The pool was also only open from 8.00am. Far too late if people want a swim before breakfast.
Dogs seem to be allowed at the hotel in the bedrooms. 4 yapping dogs in one room is a bit much. Awful for the cleaners and I put the TV on to mask the noise!
Drinks and food quite expensive. Great Indian in the village!
It was great though being able to stay at the actual venue for the tournament. Cheaper through Trip com than the Tournament offer rate!

JJoodsI had booked the hotel as I was attending and office Christmas party and didn’t want to drive home after. The location was important as I wanted easy walking distance from the venues we were visiting and a central location as I would be walking back alone to the hotel late at night.
It felt as though the visit got off to a bad start as although I arrived close to check in time, there was no room to park at the hotel car park. To be fair , the hotel website does mention it’s not big and is on a ‘first come…’ basis, however the site does not explain alternative parking options. I parked at a multi storey carpark about 5 mins walk away. I parked at 3:15 pm with parking expiry at 9:15 am- not ideal- either leave early or make sure you make a note to top up!
The reception area is bright and spacious and looked very pleasant; check in was efficient.
However, the room was very dated, ( dark furniture which had seen better days, the easy chair was in need of recovering). Hmmm
The room looked clean however there was hair (head an ‘body’ hair on the bathroom floor (not one or two strands), and for the first time in over 30 years of hotel stays I had to request housekeeping to clean my room. I requested this upon leaving the hotel for the evening. The receptionist was shocked when I mentioned it and on my return I could she issue had been remedied.
Breakfast was ‘ok’.
MMisisGIt was a great experience for us as a family, I have to booked 2 rooms to accommodate the family of four, everything was absolutely fantastic. Kids enjoyed the food. It was 9/10 stars for all, except that it took us so long to wait for the room that was interconnected with the other room. I was told at first that it was interconnected but then when we went in there it wasn’t. huge thanks to Ms. Nadia from the front desk who was there to help us and got everything sorted for 10 minutes.
The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly 😊 we will definitely be back again.
