Estonia: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Tartumaa

Hotels in Estonia are always of high standard, so I am more critical towards this hotel. Most of the things are expected: plenty of food options for the breakfast, good quality service at the reception (plus the convenient online check in in advance so the actual process is easy and fast), well decorated hotel. The only improvement is the quality of the cleaning in the room: when I arrived at the room, I could notice some dirt in the toilet bowl and a bunch of hair on the surface in the bathroom. They can get my five star if they could pay more attention to when cleaning the room.

Die Lage des Hotels gegenüber des Busbahnhofs ist für Individualreisende sehr gut und praktisch. Auch der Bahnhof und das Zentrum ist vom Hotel schnell zu erreichen. Außerdem sind in der Nähe viele Einkaufszentren und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und reichhaltig. Die weiteren Hoteleinrichtungen, wie Fitnessraum und Sauna- und Wellnessbereich sind sehr modern, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Allerdings liegen keine Handtücher aus, sodass man sich aus dem Hotelzimmern Handtücher mitbringen muss. Es handelt sich um einen gemischten Sauna- und Wellnessbereich und das tragen von Badekleidung und Badelatschen ist deshalb vorgeschrieben. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Stand 1960 oder 1970, und hat einen gewissen nostalgischen Sowiet-Charme. Trotzdem sind die Zimmer sehr sauber.

Sono alcuni appartamenti in un complesso più grande, che ha reso un po' difficile da trovare. Tutto è completamente automatizzato, non vedrai nessun personale. La parte superiore dell'appartamento con il letto ha un massimale estremamente basso. Ma tutto ciò si lamenta ad un livello elevato - è molto ben attrezzato, la posizione è fantastica e la pulizia è senza spot. Quindi, se sapete cosa prenotate, è assolutamente ok.

L'hotel è un po' vintage ma la pulizia e il servizio sono assolutamente soddisfacenti, buon colazione fornita, anche se con una scelta alimentare limitata.

La mia esperienza è stata piacevole per tutta la mia permanenza. La posizione dell'hotel è grande, proprio sulla Piazza della Town Hall. La stanza era relativamente pulita con nuove attrezzature, anche se non c'era un letto di dimensioni reali e dovevamo mettere insieme due letti. La colazione è di buon grado, con pancake, che mi piaceva davvero, e iogurt, che sarebbe stata una praticamente perfetta esperienza, ma qualcosa di incredibile è successo quando mi sono messo fuori. Ho perso una borsa nella stanza a causa della grande quantità di bagagli. Sono tornato all'hotel due ore dopo per chiedermi e mi è stato detto che ”non c'era altro che RUBBISH che fosse lasciato in camera”, che mi ha sorpreso di sentire, perché la borsa conteneva almeno una sigaretta intera (che il mio amico mi aveva ordinato di acquistare da un negozio di dazi doganali cinesi), una scatola intera di tè cinese, una borsa di base di caldo cinese costoso, alcuni cioccolatini e altri oggetti! Non ho chiamato la polizia per motivi di tempo, ma ho scelto di rendere pubblici questo fatto qui, che penso sia una vergogna per qualsiasi hotel.

Arriviamo a mezzanotte. Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono, vicino al centro della città, molto conveniente.

Un hotel molto buono. Bello, pulito. Sauna in camera ha dato molto più. La colazione è sempre stabile e buona e non ha fame. Il cibo era anche abbastanza diverso per farsi bene a tutti.

後面有車站，前面車站因修路過往需留意車輛。距離中心區一站半路。塔爾圖和塔爾丟夫對面就是中心汽車站。酒店環境漢莎同盟traven挺有氛圍的，適合自駕。
