Repubblica Ceca: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Moravia meridionale

The hotel was small, which meant it was nice and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious with high ceilings. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the free mini- bar- a lovely touch. The bathroom was nice and clean and it had a powerful shower. The only negative is that it was too hot and stuffy in the room. There was no air con although fans were provided but didn't cool it down sufficiently. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful with fresh fruit, fresh meats and cheeses, hot options, a good selection of pastries and cereals. The coffee machine was confusing- sometimes it was free and sometimes I was told that it wasn't (although I never actually paid). I would recommend staying at this lovely hotel. It is a 10 minute walk from the centre but there are trams available. It would be helpful to have details of the trams/buses into the centre in the hotel room. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

L'hotel era pieno, quindi era impazzito per sedili, soprattutto per essere un solo viaggiatore, non c'era alcuna scelta di una tavola più piccola che mi rendeva un po' incomoda. Inoltre, anche se ho avuto un grande soggiorno grazie.

We booked a Deluxe Room, which was actually the lowest category of rooms in this hotel. As a result, we got a room facing the inner courtyard, which was not nice at all. I checked and found that on each floor, only two rooms do not face the beautiful square — which was the main reason I chose this hotel in the first place. That said, the location of the hotel, the cleanliness, and the room’s equipment were good. However, the TV was old and couldn’t read my USB drive. :-( Finally, room service showed up around 3 PM, which was no longer convenient for us. I only asked for two clean towels, but the maid didn’t understand English. All in all, I’ll think twice before booking a room here again when I’m next in Brno.

Trattandosi semplicemente di un'occasione per dormire, non ha grande importanza nel valutare il servizio o le altre strutture. Tuttavia, il motivo per cui ho dato 1 punto è che sono arrivato a tarda notte e, poiché ero stanco, ho fatto una doccia veloce e stavo per andare a dormire, quando mi sono reso conto che non erano stati forniti gli asciugamani. Si informa pertanto che gli asciugamani non utilizzati in precedenza verranno riutilizzati. Anche così, il custode avrebbe dovuto verificare se esistessero gli asciugamani, ma è un minimo. Gli ho dato un punteggio basso perché non è nemmeno controllato.

Chose this hotel for the iconic design. Loved the room. When you book you get a choice of near or far from the elevator. I chose far and it was at the back of the hotel on the 9th floor with a nice view. Breakfast buffet was good (but not great)

Questo è un hotel nuovo e pulito. Tuttavia, era molto fondamentale. Il personale era molto buono e preoccupato per qualsiasi problema che potevamo avere. Questo è essenzialmente un hotel di strada a un fermo di camion che usano camionisti. Un buon hotel se si è in viaggio per molto tempo e solo bisogno di un posto per riposare. La nostra esperienza è stata un controllo in 45 minuti a causa di un vero maltempo... era in linea dietro una dozzina di camion e c'era solo un passeggero.

Uno dei migliori hotel in Europa. Le attrezzature sono fondamentalmente simili a quelle asiatiche. Ci sono dormitori, caffè, molte altre cose che non mi aspettavo un hotel in Europa da fornire. Il colazione è molto ricco, sicuramente con buone scelte. È anche possibile scambiare valuta all'interno dell'hotel che è molto conveniente. Le camere sono anche molto pulite. Raccomanderò a chiunque di rimanere lì.

I cechi sono familiari con i giapponesi?Alcuni funzionari della reception mi hanno salutato e curato in giapponese, usando una parola allo stesso tempo. La stanza è molto grande e pulita, il prezzo è ragionevole, c'è un bagno. Pensavo che la colazione fosse normale, ma il cioccolato caldo era molto delizioso, e era così delizioso che spero di avere un piatto grande piuttosto che una palla. Purtroppo, un po'di distanza dalla stazione.Il treno numero 1 è molto breve, ma può variare a seconda del tempo e della dimensione.
