Pulizia: Impeccabile, la biancheria e gli asciugamani vengono cambiati regolarmente.
Ambiente e Posizione: Aprendo le tende si gode di un panorama meraviglioso. Al piano terra/Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti ristoranti ed è molto comodo per raggiungere West Street e la Ten-Mile Gallery.
Servizio: Il personale è estremamente cortese e disponibile, e offrono anche il noleggio auto per andare alla Ten-Mile Gallery.

Raramente scrivo recensioni, a meno che non sia estremamente soddisfatto. Ho viaggiato con la mia famiglia e l'Hotel Port si è rivelato davvero soddisfacente sotto ogni aspetto. La posizione è proprio di fronte a East-West Alley; sebbene la strada sia trafficata, l'isolamento acustico in camera è abbastanza buono. L'abbiamo prenotato per il design delle camere e la splendida vista dal ristorante all'ultimo piano, e consiglio di chiedere un piano un po' più alto: non ci ha deluso affatto. Il tè di benvenuto era delizioso e la colazione abbondante. È stato molto piacevole chiacchierare e bere il tè sul tatami in camera, e anche il servizio è stato eccezionale. La ragazza della reception è uscita a cambiarmi i soldi in tarda serata solo perché potessi pagare per scattare una foto ricordo da 20 yuan. Un hotel fantastico, lo consiglio a tutti coloro che intendono visitare Guilin!

Il servizio era eccezionale. Offrivano la colazione ogni mattina, offrivano il noleggio di scooter e ci portavano della frutta quando passavamo dalla hall. Il proprietario dell'hotel era sempre disponibile a chiacchierare. Erano molto disponibili.
L'hotel era in un'ottima posizione, leggermente distante dal centro abitato. Era molto tranquillo, vicino al fiume Yulong. La camera in sé era incredibile, se potete, vi consiglio di prenotare la suite con il soffitto a lucernario.

Struttura in ottima posizione, camera molto confortevole, rapporto qualità prezzo altissimo. Arredamento curato anche se basico. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Ristorante interno con porzioni abbondanti e prezzi onesti, cucina casalinga. Noleggio scooter elettrico a 30 yuan al giorno (settembre 2025), con autonomia di 50 km in 2, completo di 2 caschi e batteria di ricarica in dotazione. La stazione dei bus per Guilin dista circa 2 km. Molto consigliato.

超級強烈推薦，非常棒的居住體驗。前面已經換過兩家酒店了，到這一推門就知道就這了，房間寬敞明亮，裝修、衞生都非常nice，位置超方便，就在動車站附近，到僑港夜市也是非常方便，20分鐘電動車。真的非常棒，前台陳吳非常熱心，非常輕鬆愉快，下次還來。

Un altro fantastico servizio che offrono gratuitamente é il noleggio di un motorino elettrico, che può guidare chiunque ed é utilissimo per visitare bene la città, soprattutto quando si ha poco tempo.
Camera Smart, bellissima, spaziosa, dotata di ogni comfort tra cui anche una magnifica vasca da bagno.
La struttura é esattamente come appare in foto!
I ragazzi alla reception sono super disponibili e gentili. L’unica pecca é che non parlano inglese; ma purtroppo é difficilissimo trovare qualcuno che lo parli, in Cina. Per fortuna esistono i traduttori!
Ho avuto un problema con la visita guidata alle risaie che mi ero fatta prenotare dall’hotel: mi hanno fatto pagare 100 yuan in più rispetto al prezzo pattuito.
Ed anche per la crociera fino a Yangshuo ho pagato più rispetto ad altre persone che erano sulla crociera con me. Quindi non consiglio di prenotare i tour tramite l’hotel.
Peró consiglio assolutamente di soggiornarci!

因工作需要在南寧短住 3 天，選蒂蓮雅精品酒店完全是衝著 “高效” 來的，結果體驗遠超預期。酒店辦理入住和退房都特別快，不用排隊等，對於趕會議的商務人士來説太重要了。房間隔音效果很好，即使臨街也基本聽不到噪音，晚上處理工作或者休息都很安靜，網絡也穩定，視頻會議不卡頓。
房間整潔度沒話説，桌面一塵不染，床品平整乾淨，衞生間沒有水垢和異味，洗漱台的收納空間足夠放電腦和文件，辦公很方便。周邊的餐飲和配套也適配商務需求，西大萬達裏有幾家連鎖簡餐店，中午吃工作餐快捷不踩雷；沃爾瑪能買到咖啡、紙巾這些辦公用品，不用特意跑超市。
離廣西大學很近，去學校對接工作步行 10 分鐘就到，省去了打車的麻煩。工作人員服務專業，有次臨時需要打印文件，前台很快幫忙解決了，還主動提供了紙筆。整體來説，交通便利、辦公方便、環境安靜，商務短住選這裏，高效又省心，性價比很高。

Hotel molto bello e pulito. Posizione comoda per mangiare e fare shopping (adiacente all'hotel). A pochi passi da Mixc.
La colazione in hotel è ottima. Se desiderate fare colazione vicino all'hotel, la scelta è limitata e raggiungibile a piedi.
È anche vicino al Parco del Monte QingXiu e al mercato notturno di LangXi (entrambi a circa 10 minuti di auto).

UUtente ospiteIl Bo Hotel si trova in una posizione davvero centrale, sulla strada principale della città. Offre una buona colazione tipica cinese e anche alcune cose dolci e frutta. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, nonostante nessuno parli inglese; si mettono in contatto con te tramite WeChat e questo è un buon canale di comunicazione per chiedere qualsiasi cosa in qualsiasi momento. La reception è attiva H24.
C'è un bar in cui è possibile recuperare bevande analcoliche gratuitamente.
Unica pecca della nostra stanza è che il condizionatore non funzionava benissimo, per cui non riusciva a raggiungere la temperatura impostata (24°), rimaneva massimo sui 27,5°, ma si stava bene comunque.

UUtente ospiteGet this hotel!!! We were supposed to stay for a night and then decide what to do - we ended up staying 3 nights and were very sad to leave.
Every so often when you travel your hotel experience significantly improved your holiday - this was one of those cases! First of all the basics, we were looking for a nice family friendly hotel walking distance from the beach - and this certainly fit that category. The rooms are fine, you could see the sea from the windows, comfortable beds, pretty clean, slippers, plenty of towels, wifi everywhere etc. There was also a small playground for small kids and hammocks (picture) etc which was cool, we also saw mahjong tables, but didn't have the time to play.
The hotel is located near a fairly large field, filled with exotic birds, butterflies and crickets etc. There were also geckos everywhere (love them), but we didn't see any inside the room. There were some mosquitos outside on the terrace (don't love them), but the repellent took care of those and we didn't have any in our rooms. Felt like you were near nature, in a good way.
The kids loved to play on the beach, it's great for sand castles (the hotel had buckets and shovels free of charge) and searching for crabs, fish, shells, sea snails etc... The moms loved it too, especially to walk around and explore during low tide. (the hotel also provided equipment to catch crabs and other sea creatures etc if you wanted to - they also had a service to cook them for you) We especially enjoyed playing under a nearby pier during low tide to avoid getting badly sunburned.
The supermarket across the street sell dozens of single malt whiskys and beer from all over the world (they also have ice cream and other stuff) - and the dads recommend the roof terrace for that after the kids are asleep. (picture)
If you know how to ride a scooter/ebike they rent them across the road too, and it's the best way to explore the island. The small roads (almost devoid of cars) were awesome to drive on, just remember to stay safe.
I don't usually care much about breakfast, but the included breakfast was great! (picture) The kitchen staff was also super laid-back about the whole thing - this whole hotel radiated a very laid back tropical island feel that made you forget you were in China.
However the reason I write this review is because of the owner. (last picture) (I'm not sure if he speaks English though, but I'm sure you'll manage) Super chill guy! Immediately after booking he contacted us to arrange the transport from the boat. He helped us buy tickets for the trip back. He was willing to come and pick us up at any time if we got lost on the island. He had great recommendations about basically everything, and whenever we made plans we were sure to ask for his advice. He was basically always reachable over wechat too.
These are just some of the things that he didn't have to provide, but did (or offered): unlimited cold drinking water, ice, proper glasses, a coffee grinder, buckets, shovels, hats, umbrellas, sunscreen, aloe vera plants, flashlights, mosquito repellent etc etc and it feels like we only scratched the surface. It feels like whenever I asked him for something he always had a solution that exceeded my expectations. Great host!
I've traveled to almost 100 countries and while this wasn't the fanciest hotel I've stayed in by any means, this was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I've ever had. If anyone I know plans to visit this island I will for sure recommend this place.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel advertises as having an all-year-round open pool and it's not true. During our stay at the end of April with maximum temperatures above 30°C there was no pool to cool off, and the staff told us it was because it was still too early in the year. This was very disappointing as having a pool was the main reason for our choice of hotel, so I'd say this hotel didn't meet our expectations and they should state this clearly on Trip to avoid future confusion of guests. Other things to improve are the storage space in the rooms (there's barely any room to place suitcases etc) and the soundproofing (we were woken up several days by loud guests at 7am or earlier). On the positive side, the beds were comfortable (average hardness of mattress for westerners standards) and the shower was the best we've had in our whole trip through China: very modern, with good water pressure and no fluctuating temperature. The room thermostat worked really well and the hotel has some nice amenities for guests to use such as tea, massage chairs (a bit worn out but still working) and a vintage game console. The staff helped us with luggage, gave us information and even a small present at the end of our stay, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel is in a quieter part of town, ideal for sleeping but still close enough to streets with lots of restaurants, cafes etc (try Heytea in west street if you can!).
Overall it's been good value for money, although the hotel could do some clean up/refurbishment work and the pool availability should be advertised accurately.

XXiyouQuesta volta ho fatto un viaggio d'affari e di piacere con la famiglia di un cliente straniero. È la mia prima volta nella bellissima Guilin e l'hotel non solo ha un nome poetico, 'Poesia e Lontananza', ma anche un leggero tocco francese. Il personale di servizio è cortese e caloroso, e la signorina Xiaobai alla reception è dolce e adorabile. La sera, dopo essere tornati dalle attrazioni turistiche, bere una ciotola di latte di cocco e taro di Lipu è stato caldo e fragrante. Anche la famiglia del cliente straniero ha apprezzato molto lo stile e il servizio dell'hotel.

2205019****Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi fin dal nostro arrivo: l'hotel è bellissimo e la vista è mozzafiato. Abbiamo viaggiato in auto e l'hotel dispone di un comodo parcheggio sotterraneo, un enorme vantaggio a Yangshuo, perché non solo c'è sempre posto ma l'auto è anche al riparo da sole e pioggia. La receptionist è scesa personalmente nel parcheggio per accoglierci, dimostrandosi estremamente cordiale e disponibile. La camera familiare in cui abbiamo alloggiato era spaziosissima, la biancheria da letto comodissima e la pulizia impeccabile. C'erano addirittura due condizionatori molto potenti, un vero punto a favore! Ogni giorno ci venivano consegnati frutta fresca e piccoli snack direttamente in camera. Inoltre, alla reception è possibile noleggiare gli scooter elettrici dell'hotel: con soli 30 yuan si possono usare per un'intera giornata e, con una ricarica completa, si percorrono circa 50 km, permettendo di evitare il traffico cittadino. Ogni mattina a colazione abbiamo potuto gustare i noodles di riso dell'hotel, anch'essi deliziosi. Al momento della partenza ci è stato anche regalato un souvenir tipico di Yangshuo. Nel complesso, l'esperienza di soggiorno è stata eccellente.

SsweetAbbiamo soggiornato per due notti in una camera familiare. L'hotel è piuttosto nuovo e il personale si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile. La posizione è comoda, con molti ristoranti facilmente raggiungibili nelle vicinanze. La piscina, sebbene non grande, era abbastanza pulita e non affollata, quindi i bambini si sono divertiti molto. Nel complesso, sia gli adulti che i bambini sono rimasti piuttosto soddisfatti. L'unico aspetto negativo è stato il comportamento dei bagnini, sia nella zona piscina principale che nell'area giochi acquatica: erano scortesi e si rivolgevano ai bambini in modo sgarbato e brusco.

TtankharrisThis is obviously a very nice hotel and I would recommend and would stay here again. Luxury is very obvious all over this hotel, and it is frankly very cheap for what it is.
The moment we came in, bellhops insisted to carry our bags up to the 80th floor lobby. They were always opening doors for us and very helpful with our bags, 24/7. Once we arrived, we were welcomed in and sat down at an individual desk for check in. There, we were served some excellent tea.
The hotel purser came over and welcomed us in. My girlfriend is Chinese and spoke to the staff in Chinese, but the purser switched up to English to welcome me to the hotel, which is a nice detail. Most Chinese hotel staff consistently avoid putting in the effort to speak English to me.
The hard product is amazing and is matched well with great service. Staff were always attentive and welcoming in both Chinese and English, always saying hello and checking in.
The cons:
This hotel, just like most Marriott hotels, is trying to nickel and dime you, which doesn’t make a lot of sense at this price point. In some ways it isn’t, such as an included mini-bar (all non-alcoholic), but for example it doesn’t have a laundry service, while basically any 3-5 star hotel in China would have included laundry. Also, there is a car transfer service, but it’s so absurdly priced for no particular reason. 400 rmb+ for basic transfers where as a Didi would be 10 rmb. Similar luxury properties such as the Ritz-Carlton has these amenities included.
The restaurants were nice. We only tried Na Lian, which despite being an in-house guest and being told that they could get reservations for us, we basically were treated like walk-in’s despite being told we had reservations (and we were unable to get a window seat). The bar was also nice and we enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar manager waited for us to arrive, but the bar consistently had spend limits for any table or reservation, which additionally just seemed silly, considering we were already staying in a booked deluxe room. The drinks and lamb were very good. The menu was a little outdated, and illustrated wine by the glass, but we were then told that the menu is wrong and they don’t do that.
Also, there was strangely a lack of extra towels and bins in the room. I found myself walking into the bathroom many times to throw away trash.
This is a good hotel and I plan to be back again, but it can definitely improve. Too much nickel and diming. Good service and good products inspire people to come back, which is worth much more than selling one bottle of shampoo and pushing a customer to never return again.
Comfy robes and slippers.

Nonostante qualche piccolo inconveniente iniziale che mi ha lasciato insoddisfatto, il servizio è migliorato notevolmente nel corso del soggiorno. Tutti sono stati molto attenti al servizio e il mio soggiorno è stato generalmente piacevole.
Pulizia: La camera era pulita e ordinata, la biancheria da letto era morbida e confortevole e i cuscini erano della giusta rigidità.
Servizi: C'è una lavanderia al 10° piano, ma sono un po' germofobo.
Ambiente: Le aree comuni sono piccole ma eleganti. Due ristoranti rinomati (Chun Ji e A Gan) si trovano nelle vicinanze, e le Pagode Gemelle del Sole e della Luna e la Collina della Proboscide dell'Elefante sono raggiungibili a piedi.
Nel complesso, è un buon hotel con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Altamente consigliato!

UUtente anonimoUn posto davvero fantastico dove soggiornare a Guilin. La posizione è molto comoda. L'ingresso di Elephant Hill è proprio dietro l'angolo. È anche vicino a molti ristoranti e negozi. A 8 minuti a piedi si trova anche il padiglione gemello. L'hotel non aveva ascensore, ma il personale della sicurezza ci ha aiutato con i bagagli. I numeri 5 e 6 dello staff sono stati molto accoglienti. L'hotel offre numerosi servizi e strutture come una sala da tè, una biblioteca, un parco giochi, un bar, ecc. La camera era pulita. Anche la colazione a buffet era molto varia.
