Canada: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Saskatchewan

We ordered room service and it never came to the room, after an hour or so we had to go to the lobby and ask, just an accident. But we confirmed the room number 3 times on the phone, and ate cold food which was a little disappointing for room service prices.

My friend and I were quite disappointed as we booked with two different agencies, both claimed breakfast was included! I spoke to two different staff who were quite rude and short! Neither cared that this was a form of false advertising on behalf of the hotel! Personally I feel the hotel should credit me for 30.00 x 2 days. As well as for my friend. I shall be contacting the better businesses bureau to discuss this in detail. My friend upgraded her room to a pool side view … what a joke, the window view was the back of the water slide staircase. That view costs her an extra $40.00 per day what a joke! Pool signs claimed to be open all day however at 12:30 on a busy Saturday they added chemicals to all the areas and shut down just after several of us got small children ready for a before supper. The hot tub was only hot at 9 am and lukewarn by noon. I left a towel on a chair which was still there the next morning, as was others, which shows me no night cleaning of the pool area after an extremely busy day. Our room was comfortable and clean! Beds very cozy and comfortable. Sadly my room window was very dirty with dirty fingerprints. Cafe was pricey however service and food good!

Room was clean and bigger than I expected - especially for the price. Don’t expect much from the free breakfast as the room where they serve it didn’t look clean, as well as the coffee and bread or whatever - which is mostly muffin/bread that aren’t stored properly - they have.

La posizione è buona. C'è un parco acquatico, che è rumoroso perché ci sono molte famiglie. L'insonorizzazione non è molto buona. A causa della struttura complessa dell'hotel, è difficile trovare una camera.

Very. I’ve facility, very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful as well as prompt services. I’d stay here again and tell my friends and family it is a great hotel.

Buona posizione. Il personale era gentile ma non troppo utile. La zona di lobby è bella, ma il resto dell'hotel è medio. Ho avuto un cane, quindi forse è solo il piano che mettono animali sul secondo piano, ma la strada ha profumato molto forte di urina di gatto e il tappeto era estremamente ondulato. La stanza era pulita, tranne il tappeto, che aveva un po' di colore. La piscina non era aperta, il 90% della ragione per cui ho prenotato questo hotel che era annoiante. La colazione era circa la media per un hotel in questa gamma di prezzi. Se avessi saputo che la piscina non era aperta avrei prenotato al Super 8 che è comparabile in qualità ma molto più conveniente per notte.

Siamo stati con i bambini per una notte, la posizione è molto buona, nel centro della città, e l'igiene è buona. In una camera a due letti, non c'è problema a dormire con un bambino. Il check-in alla reception è molto veloce e anche il check-out è molto veloce. La colazione ha pane al burro, muffin, yogurt, succhi di frutta e coppe di frutta, grandi quantità!

Il servizio era eccellente. Il personale della sala colazione era fantastico. Non abbiamo mai avuto una cosi' piacevole esperienza dove è stato offerto un colazione complementare. Il cibo era delizioso. Le camere erano pulite e spaziose, e il personale era molto piacevole. Sarebbe sicuramente rimasto.
