Canada: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Ontario

Upon check-in, the 2 bedroom suite turned out to be a family suite with 2 Queen beds in the same room and a sofa bed in the other and with only 1 bathroom! Not suitable for us, 2 adult couples, to stay in. Upon our request, the hotel staff changed us to another “2 bedrooms” suite with a king size bed in each room and with 2 bathrooms. This turned out far better than the earlier room. But this room was on a higher floor and a better view of the Niagara Falls. So we had a wonderful memorable 1 night stay!w

Sid, was extremely accomodating and understanding of our needs. We were two couples that were spending the night in Gananoque and we were both very surprised at our accomodations. The rooms were very spacious and clean even right down to the shampoo and creams as they weren't the cheap stuff that you usually get in a hotel and what they had was Dove. We had adjoing rooms which was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend to anybody that this place is one of the best places I have stayed at. The food was very good and they had a great selection for a continental breakfast.

Viaggiavo per lavoro e mi serviva qualcosa vicino alla mia conferenza. Questo hotel era metà del prezzo dell'hotel conferenza. La stanza era molto piccola ma aveva tutto quello che mi serviva. Ho persino passato un po' di tempo sul desktop lavorando sul mio portatile. Molti belli tocchi, mi sentivo come se stessero pensando a cosa mettere nelle stanze con spazio limitato.

PROS: New, clean, secluded, decent enough gym, quiet, boring, no chemical cleaner scents other than the towels and sheets that will stay on your skin 100%... I always bring my own due to this. Free floride water lol...🙄 Don't drink it. CONS: The heavy room doors slam insanely hard, fast and would chop fingers off, blow out eardrums and shake the walls. I woke up every door slam, hard to not. Mind blowing to spend money building a Hotel and not consider to have quality safe quiet doors. SOLUTION! I had to use some ”white noise” to drown out the crazy door slams. ****** is a lifeless end of the line in purgatory vibe, but I'm not into that activity and wasn't there for that. If you want a clean, new, mostly quiet nice hotel, this is a good choice if you find a good deal. Service I never ordered food but the complementary tea and coffee are ok if stocked, NO Milk Alternatives and boring list of food to over pay for.

The staff is great but the hotel is run down. I paid $220 for a night and the carpet was all lifting in the room. They tried to hide it with a chair. The hallway carpets are disgusting and leave the halls smelling musty. The best part though, kids staying with us and they put us in a room where the window was so cracked that one wrong tumble into that window you’d be gone. They thought packers clear tape would fix it.

Ho scelto questo hotel per una vacanza in famiglia ed è stata un'esperienza fantastica alloggiare al 35° piano. . . La stanza offre una vista sulle cascate Kamei, con arcobaleni durante il giorno e luci colorate di notte. La sorpresa più inaspettata è il cielo terso e l'alba perduta da tempo. . . Puoi alzarti presto e guardarlo comodamente in hotel. È una vita così bella! ! Anche i servizi della camera sono molto buoni. La suite ha 2 letti extra-large da 1,83 metri, molto comodi per dormire... Anche la piscina e la palestra dell'hotel sono buone!

This was by far the most amazing stay we had throughout all of North America. Absolutely everything was perfect. We were welcomed by Audrey, who was the sweetest hotel employee we encountered in Canada. She made us feel so comfortable and pampered. I had an amazing birthday thanks to you, the upgrade was already such a beautiful touch, but the piece of chocolate cake you left in the room while we were out was so thoughtful and very delicious. Thank you ❤️ The room is spacious, beautiful and with the most gorgeous view on the falls. The beds are big and comfy, the bathroom products are good as I already knew that brand. The breakfast was great, diverse and generous. There is a restaurant in the hotel open til 23:00, as well as a souvenir shop. The lounge area is so relaxing and also allows you to enjoy the view . We were given vouchers to try light therapy at the spa, it was great and everyone was so lovely! The gym is really good, there’s everything you’d find in a regular gym and even headphone, apples, towels and water + you can train while looking at the Niagara Falls! The jacuzzi and sauna outside are right next to the swimming pool and spa. Most importantly, the waterfalls are a 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the hotel. I will tell everyone who visits the Niagara Falls to stay at this hotel, it’s worth the price and the surrounding hotels are really not as nice, (and this is coming from someone who stayed in Marriotts and budget hotels in 100+ countries.) Quando ho detto al dipartimento di fronte le questioni di mattina in check-out, hanno detto che potevano rimuovere la tassa di parcheggio, ma non c'era altro perché ho prenotato una terza festa. Lo stress di essere messo in tre camere separate e poi il calore che si scioglie quando è ancora freddo all’esterno ha creato ancora più stress. Il personale era amichevole, la manutenzione era utile e amichevole, ma facciamolo, sono andato lì per rilassarmi e distress. Non è successo.
