Excellent location right in the middle of the action. Very nice pool. Staff always helpful with any issue you may have. The only negative I can talk about is the water pressure in the shower…Cold water it’s fine …Hot water it’s a dribble. If that was changed I would score orchid inn 11/10.

Hotel with good location, newly build with spacious rooms. Great gym as well as the infinity pool at the roof deck. The staff were implacable and service minded from all over, not a negative words on the service as such. The poor part and that was really a disaster, was the breakfast, supper to be Filipino style, but this wasn’t even close. The offer was not worthy this midscale newly build hotel.

We stayed overnight for a fun run event and it was conveniently located near Clark Parade Grounds. Apart from its accessibility to other establishments, we loved how accommodating their staffs were as well as the good quality of food that they served during the breakfast buffet.

I have never regretted booking at Clarkton Hotel. The entire front desk staff and the whole hotel team are truly amazing—always helpful, professional, and attentive to every guest’s needs. I want to give a special mention to Ann at the front desk, who goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and cared for. To the owner and management: your team deserves a special appreciation award for their outstanding service and dedication. Their hard work and positive attitude make Clarkton Hotel a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended!

I booked a deluxe room for two nights. I was charged for early check-in for two hours, which I found fair. However, my room had a terrible smell—bad toilet odour that gave me a headache. When I complained, I was told to move to another room, which was not of deluxe standard. I accepted it as I could not bear the smell any longer. The second room's refrigerator was not working, the kettle couldn't be plugged in, and the toilet wasn't flushing. I was told they were fully booked and no other rooms were available. I ended up leaving after one night, even though I had booked for two. I was not offered any discount as compensation.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso Prime Asia Hotel dal 15 aprile –16, e in generale abbiamo avuto una piacevole esperienza. Una cosa che apprezziamo davvero è la flessibilità con l'iscrizione: benché il tempo di iscrizione standard sia 4 PM, siamo arrivati presto a circa 2 PM, perché siamo già in zona e viaggiamo con un toddler. Grazie a loro ci hanno accolti, il che ha fatto una grande differenza per il nostro viaggio. Il personale era sempre caldo e accogliente, e, sia nella hall che nell'ascensore, ci salutarono sempre con un sorriso, che ci faceva sentire confortevole per tutta la nostra permanenza. Le strutture dell'hotel sono state anche impressionanti. There's a 24/7 café in the lobby and a rooftop restaurant that's also open 24/7, which is very convenient. La piscina è aperta tutto il giorno, e poiché non era piena durante la nostra visita, mia madre e la mia toddler potevano goderla completamente. La nostra stanza era spaziosa e ben preparata. Abbiamo provato anche il buffet per colazione, e non è stato deluso.La tapa e il bacon erano particolarmente deliziosi. L'unico svantaggio che abbiamo notato è stato il parcheggio limitato. In generale, è stato un grande soggiorno e ci riferiamo a tornare.

Vicino al centro città, c'è un'ampia varietà di negozi nelle vicinanze, tra cui diversi uffici di cambio valuta e ristoranti locali. È comodo per acquistare frutta e cenare, e vanta un menù variegato di cucina internazionale. È popolare tra i turisti europei e americani. C'è un ristorante coreano a circa 20 metri dall'ingresso principale, che personalmente ho trovato molto buono. Il servizio taxi dell'hotel per l'aeroporto di Clark costa 600 pesos, il che è piuttosto costoso. Consiglio di chiamare un taxi da soli, ma fate attenzione. C'è una piscina gratuita, quindi non fa troppo freddo di notte. Dopo, basta dare il numero della vostra camera al personale alla reception. Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto gentile.

Uno dei miglioramenti è il processo di check-in: dal momento che il nostro soggiorno ha coinciso con un periodo di picco dovuto alle conferenze, il desk front sembrava un po' sovraccarico. Sarebbe utile se l'hotel potesse razionalizzare in anticipo le assegnazioni di camere durante le stagioni occupate per garantire un check-in più semplice e più veloce per tutti gli ospiti. Nonostante ciò, ci siamo davvero goditi del nostro soggiorno e sicuramente scegliere Park Inn Clark di nuovo. Molto consigliato!
