Уборка каждый день Кровати очень мягкие, большие, удобные В номере есть все, чтобы было комфортно там жить Кондиционер, сейф, чайник, чашки, кофе, чай, сахар, 2 бутылочки воды. Каждый день все обновляется во время уборки! Ходит на море и обратно мини-автобус, но к сожалению, только два раза в день, хотелось бы чаще и автобус побольше, так как весь народ не влезает за один раз. Персонал доброжелательный, но было бы неплохо, если на ресепшене появились бы еще и русскоговорящие сотрудники) Отдых понравился, отель хороший! Спасибо большое 🙏

What an amazing experience! In this review I’m only talking about things we did. There is plenty more we couldn’t do as we only stayed 2 nights. First let’s cover the resort: The resort itself is very luxurious and massive. The villas are huge (we stayed in the Al Rimal Villa)! Having your own pool (very private, no one can see you) is so nice, especially if you have kids who are in there constantly. We were two adults with 2 kids, 12 and 2. There are several restaurants but only 1 is open for breakfast and lunch (can be increased in my opinion, especially the farmhouse should be added). Unfortunately several things are only happening on weekends so try to include the weekend to be able to experience all the offerings. To get around the resort, you can either use the bicycles or the buggy. As we stayed in June, we used the buggy mainly as it’s super hot throughout the day. However, we did cycle in the evenings and during the day a couple of times. There are wild animals all over the resort. They just come and go as they please. Everything feels very authentic and true to its surroundings. Nothing is staged. If you like to see Camels and Onyx close up on your way to lunch or in the evening when cycling back to your room, you will love this place! Let’s look at the Restaurants. Farmhouse - this is a great restaurant right at a waterhole which is beautiful in the evening and a place where a lot of animals gather. The food, drinks and staff were great. This was our favourite restaurant. However, only open for dinner. Shame! Kheela - this is the only restaurant for breakfast and lunch. It’s nice with an Arabic vibe. The food is good (not amazing). The one thing that makes this place very special is the staff. They are sooo friendly and helpful. They loved playing with our little toddler Max. They truly made the experience special for us. I’d like to call some of them out by Name: Wandy, Hemal, Sujala and Susmila. I only put those down as they written their name on my partner’s birthday card but all of them were amazing. In terms of activities: We did the nature drive and camel sunset ride. Both are amazing! During the nature drive you get a real feel for the desert, it’s animals and plants. If you are lucky, you get to hand feed the gazelles. The ride itself is very intense with lots of up and down and many many bumps, so not suitable for small children in our opinion. The Guide, Martin, was great! I can highly recommend him. We also did the rainforest experience which is very lovely. We recommend at least 2 hours. Overall, this place is absolutely amazing and we enjoyed every bit of it! It’s also super kid friendly so highly recommended for families. The staff make this place truly special and add to the the overall experience. We can’t thank all of the staff enough for taking such good care of us.

Stayed in the family villa which was lovely but had a leaking pipe in the bathroom. After learning that management was already aware of this before checkin, we raised a complaint. Many apologies later and we were upgraded to the 2 bed beach villa with private pool. That room was Devine and would actually consider booking that next time. Breakfast was very decent with a big choice. All halal except one clearly marked section. Plenty of pools to chose from. Only downside might be that the villa itself is quite far from the main building so hold carts are always required but they’re not that long a wait. Overall great stay

The resort is amazing. No doubt it is one of the best resort in RAK. We spent the new years and our anniversary in The Cove Rotana and we had a great time.We were taken care off really well with all special treatments. The food in cinnamon is amazing and the staff in the resort are so friendly. As we checked in our room, we saw the room given to us did not have a balcony nor a bathtub. We requested for an upgrade as we had paid a huge amount for the NYE. A staff named Tara helped us to get the upgrade really quick. The housekeeping guy was the sweetest. He decorated our bed well and also put a board with the anniversary wishes!! Also there was a staff in Breakers Beach Bar named Min. He is an amazing guy. I had ordered for a mojito and informed him it needs to look good as it was for social media. He made sure he gave me the best one and also suggested I should opt for strawberry mojito. He then said it was not possible for him to give the mojito in the glass as we were not having at the bar instead we were at the beach resting on the sun beds. When he saw I was a little upset he let us have the glass taken to the beach. Such an amazing guy!!! Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend this resort to all who would love to have a great time with family and friends.

La cosa più grande è l'odore di residui nella stanza. Era insopportabile. L'ultima notte ho dovuto usare letteralmente olio che dovevo provare e non sentirlo. Il livello sonoro la notte prima di una festa non era divertente. La stanza stessa è spaziosa e super base. Era molto pulito e che apprezzo. L'odore, però, era ancora insopportabile. L'odore sembrava permeare gran parte dell'hotel. Il colazione era super mediocre. L'odore di cibo fritto era piuttosto grosso e si è afferrato con te. Mi sono evitato il colazione le ultime due mattine a.c. non era proprio di valore. Mi dispiace! La spiaggia e la piscina erano comunque belli e si trovava in una grande posizione vicino a molte cose.

Hotel tenuto bene, stanza standard con bagno piccolo. Spiaggia privata buona peccato che accanto sono in corso grossi lavori di costruzione che non ci hanno permesso di vivere in relax la vacanza: rumore dalla mattina presto, ruspe e camion che vanno e vengono sollevando polvere e smog. Cibo ripetitivo e molto speziato. L'hotel si trova nel nulla, andate in questa zona se volete solo riposare. Non ci tornerei.

Questo hotel e’ sicuramente uno dei migliori di Ras al Khaikma, questo piccolo errato meno noto dei vicini Dubai e Abu Dhabi ma più’ rilassante e tranquillo. La zona e’ in espansione e i l’ente del turismo promuove molte iniziative . Siamo arrivate a tarda notte ma nonostante l’orario ci hanno accolto con Mohito sulla terrazza ; la nostra stanza aveva una enorme terrazza sul mare , comunque tutte le stanze hanno vista mare . L’hotel offre tre ristoranti di vario genere , e il Saffar a buffet presenta Corner di ogni parte del mondo ; tutto molto buono e curato ; la colazione da 5 stelle offre angoli dolci salati e show cooking ; la struttura e’ nuova e molto pulita, con tre piscine , spiaggia molto grande e spazio per tutti , niente scene di corsa mattutina per lettini in prim a fila .Lìelemento di maggior valore qui sono le persone, tutti gentilissimi , disponibili e sempre sorridenti ; un particolare ricordo a Hamza dal Pakistan, Henane dal Marocco, Hyash dall’India, Jenny, Yliozbek dall’uzbekistan, ai manager Roul e Dhirat che hanno reso la vacanza poi’ bella .

Unglaublich schönes hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service und absolut leckerem Essen.

On January 27th, 2024, my daughter Hannah Gabriele Buan Espino celebrated her 18th birthday at Ras Al Khaimah Hotel, where the venue was Saqr Hall. After the event, we received extremely good feedback from our guests about the food served. They said it was really amazing, cooked fresh and clean. Also, the venue and room was stunning and all the staff were very friendly, with good manners, and very helpful. My husband and I are extremely happy about the feedback and would like to give a BIG thanks to all the team and staff of the hotel, especially Mrs. Thess, who patiently assisted us with all our inquiries and Mrs. Juliet also helped us with room bookings. Amazing Team! Keep up the good works, and may God Bless you all.

La struttura è molto accogliente e utile, la colazione è diffusa, letti confortevoli, lavanderia è un enorme plus. Vorrei fare una menzione speciale di Winthu, dal custode di casa, che ha fatto un ottimo lavoro per assicurarsi che la mia stanza fosse spezia e spazzatura in ogni momento. Uno dei lavoratori più duri che ho incontrato e chiederebbe alla direzione di trasmettere il mio apprezzamento a lui.

L'hotel è confezionato con turisti... il desk front initialmente dammi un letto matrimoniale anche la mia prenotazione dice il letto re con divano. Quando ci rilassiamo già nella nostra stanza dopo un lungo viaggio, qualcuno dalla manutenzione è venuto a fissare il design in cima al tavolo. Dovrebbero farlo prima che l'ospite accetterà. Questo è un inconveniente! Quando ho fatto notizia al divano, hanno detto che controllerebbero, ma non sono mai tornati a me. Il giorno dopo, chiedevo l'aiuto del guardiano di vita per aprire la ombra, ma lui rifiutò di chiedere l'aiuto di altri agenti, anche se la ombra era dietro di lui! Abbiamo soggiornato in molti hotel e questa è la prima volta che ho sperimentato questo povero servizio! L'unica cosa buona in questo hotel è il colazione e la casa. Sono ben addestrato e più bello rispetto ad altri dipartimenti.

We stayed at the BM Beach hotel from the 9th to the 16th of January 2025. We were realists and didn’t expect anything extraordinary from the three star hotel. But it was clean, all staff were polite and friendly. They were ready to help with any questions. We came to spend a good time on the beach: everything was cool: sand, water and especially the bartender from the beach bar Pranav. We met him for the first time, but his communication skills made feel us as we’ve been the best friends at least for 10 years. He never stayed just hanging around, all the time did something - washed the cups, put beer to the freezer and kept in touch with the guests. Very polite and kind guy! If you have a chance - try to play 50/50 with him. Usually he loses, but promised to train harder! The emotions that he gave us probably will be the reason why I come back to the hotel again!

Struttura migliorata rispetto agli anni precedenti; in particolare i giardini ampliati molto belli. Molto gradita la presenza del falco pellegrino tutte le mattine a colazione outdoor. Un po' debole la ristorazione serale, poco attraente per noi obiettivamente; un ristorante mediorientale sarebbe gradito. Personale molto cortese, ma in particolare ci ha colpito l'organizzazione di Mrs Trang al breakfast; la perenne disponibilità del bellman Hassan; ottimo il team Consierge che ha rapidamente accontentato tutte le nostre esigenze con un particolare ringraziamento a Naomi, ma al TOP Mr Rehman: instancabile, sempre presente, cortese e con una gestione della spiaggia efficientissima e decisamente unica! Grazie a tutti per averci coccolato durante il nostro soggiorno.

hotel praticamente nuovo(marzo 2024) che rasenta la perfezione in tutto, dalla reception al bagnino della spiaggia. Camere grandi e confortevoli con un grande bagno, colazione abbondante e variegata. Ristorante alla carte ottimo .un piccolo consiglio alla direzione: non lo fate diventare villaggio vacanze, visto il notevole flusso di turisti .........un cartello di silenzio nei corridoi d'accesso alle stanze non guasterebbe

Vedendo la raccomandazione del piccolo blog di viaggio rosso, scegliere di viaggiare il fine settimana. Molto bellissimo hotel di stile, molta attività dell'hotel, buon colazione, molto gentile ～ Se non il tempo non è consentito, rimanere per 2 notti è il più adatto!

During my stay at one of their beautiful, clean villas, I had a wonderful experience. The staff, management, and the villa are very well maintained. You will feel as if you are staying at home. The location is highly recommended! For sure I will make reservation at this place when I am back to RAK :)

Installazioni vecchie e non manutenute, insetti in camera, pulizie quando si ricordano, colazione impossibile, non sono nemmeno capaci di effettuare il servizio di lavanderia. Se avessero almeno un direttore che si possa chiamare tale, i cambiamenti di installazioni e, soprattutto, di personale sarebbero semplici da individuare, però così non sembra essere. Con lo sviluppo di hoteles nelle vicinanze incredibilmente meglio di questo lo destinano chiaramente alla chiusura come successe col suo predecessore ACACIA, fino ad adesso si salva solo perché è molto economico…e si vede. Ciliegina sulla torta: il ristorante interno viene viene dichiarato ITALIANO, nemmeno commento perché sarebbe da provare.

Il posto è molto nuovo, le camere sono grandi, il letto è molto comodo e la piscina è molto bello. Il ristorante è buono e le scelte alimentari sono molte.

Struttura molto grande non molto recente con poca cura per i dettagli ed un po’ trascurata. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. Cibo di buona qualità, soprattutto nei ristoranti alla carta. Un plauso particolare alla brava Nadia, massaggiatrice della SPA Avitane, molto preparata e professionale. Molto gentile anche Ibrahim del ristorante Fish Bone. Purtroppo il turismo russo e kazako è di un profilo medio basso, poco inclini alla cortesia e poco rispettosi delle code. Anche la spiaggia è deludente con lettini e persone ammassati in un lembo di sabbia. La zona balneabile è chiusa da reti…a discapito del Diving center, che occupa una zona molto grande come corsia di uscita entrata di motoscafi e moto d’acqua.

Food was very nice and tasty. Especially the Ckn Kadai and . Akshay was very kind & helpful. I really enjoyed the stay at the hotel for two days. Very calm atmosphere. The rooms are very big, neet and tidy. It is close to the hypermarket so we can get anything we need.
