Vietnam: hotel con bar nella provincia di Provincia di Thua Thien-Hue

The hotel is in a good area, the decor was pleasant, however in the common areas ”no ar conditioner”. They have a great sky bar at the last floor, with great view, however we couldn't stand to be there because of the heat. When asked why they didn't turned on the air the answer was because they accept smokers, so windows need to be opened!!! Too bad... we would love to have stayed there... Additionally, the people are really nice and friendly, but their English are really hard to understand,

Il nostro soggiorno all'albero di Banyan è stato un'esperienza eccezionale, che dura per un totale di 7 notti. Esso è il più bel lusso che abbia mai visitato, superando altri hotel e ristoranti di alta qualità che ho mai vissuto in passato. La posizione, anche se a un'ora dalla città, offre un tranquillo e segreto ubicato in mezzo alla lussuosa verdura, con splendide viste sulle montagne e sulla spiaggia. Il personale attento e ospitante ha fornito un servizio di top-notch durante il nostro soggiorno, anche fornendo piccole souvenir locali ogni sera che riflettevano la cultura vietnamita. Dal caldo benvenuto del direttore del resort all'arrivo al bagno romantico preparato per noi la notte scorsa, tutti i dettagli sono stati attentamente riflettuti.

It's perfect for us ! From the day we check in, stay, and check out. The service was very humble and pleasant. Onsen was a big big surprise ! And their spa treatment , really good that we wanted more. Restaurant breakfast, dinner all we tried and it was very high standard. Locals shop really can't even make me feel wow at all compared to this. We don't even need to go explore the city once we stayed because there are just so many thing to do and not enough time. We will definitely come back again and our memories of Hue was made perfect because of Melia ! Thanks. Billy Looi Room 327

Se stai cercando un hotel spa rilassante circondato da belle natura e tranquillità, Alba è il tuo posto. Architettura moderna, molte cose verdi, grande piscina, molte attività rilassanti come yoga e meditazione, le onze, i massaggi, ecc. Il personale è estremamente carino, professionale e utile.Non volevo andarmene, ma non posso fare vacanze infinite per sempre

Khách sạn mới, sạch, khá đẹp. Trang bị nội thất theo kiểu tiết kiệm nhưng cũng tương xứng với giá thành. Nhận phòng hơn trễ giờ nhưng đội ngũ nhân viên phục vụ tốt. Nước chào mừng ngon, nhân viên quên không mang nước chào mừng đến cho khách mặc dù khi bê nước cho người khác họ đã nhìn thấy chúng tôi. Bể bơi ấm áp và sạch sẽ. Bãi tắm riêng của khách sạn có sóng khá to khó bơi. Tôi gọi nước suối đến phòng lúc 22:00. Villa không có chuông cửa, khi nhân viên gõ cửa không ai nghe thấy họ đã tự mở cửa bước vào Villa và gõ cửa phòng ngủ của tôi lúc 22:00 đêm. Tôi cảm thấy việc này không riêng tư và thiếu an toàn.

Очень классный отель в плане расположения и природы. Много всяких бабочек, жучков, гекконов, и почти не было комаров и совсем не было таракашичей. Есть большой бассейн, очень понравился. Номер интересный, сквозной, с огромными дверями в сад, прикольным душем. Но кровати с пружинными матрасами, неудобные и скрипучие, надо менять на беспружинные. Над кроватями сетка от комаров (не пользовался). Поменять матрасы на нормальные и будет 5 из 5.

This is my second time stayed in this resort. All staff very helpful and friendly. Ms. Thanh Gro and Mr. An from spa very nice and make me feel so special. Highly recommend to all travelers. They provide free shuttle bus so easy to go city center for shopping or experience the city. We will come back again soon

It was the most relaxing holiday for me. Everything from airport pick up until the day I checked out went smoothly. Thanh was the best driver and made sure we arrived at the hotel and airport safely. Ms. Cristy was amazing! If you come to this resort, you can message her anytime and she will reply to you quickly. She is very caring and attentive to all your needs. Breakfast had a lot of options and it was really yummy. Ms. Cristy even had take away breakfast prepared for us because we went to the airport early. Everyone at Vedana were so nice and friendly. Everyone made me feel comfortable. The room I had was so relaxing. You can watch the sunrise and the sunset and go swimming while looking over the lake. You can even choose what colour you like your pool to be! If you come to Vedana, don't miss out on the free massages and try their room service menu. I also tried the floating breakfast and it was perfect. You can order as much food as you want. The lady who gave me the massage was very good. I didn't get her name but she was amazing! There are also restaurants just outside the gate if you're looking for seafood. They also offer free transportation to go to Hue City. My second day at Vedana was birthday. They really made me feel special. Everyone knew it was my birthday. Ms. Cristy prepared a birthday cake for me during breakfast and even invited me out for dinner. She works really hard to make sure all the guests are happy. Thank you Ms. Cristy, Thanh and all the staff at Vedana. My experience there makes me want to come back again!

Pros, good a/c that ran all day, and fans that kept mossys at bay Cons, hard bed almost like sleeping on concrete, cold shower

Breakfast spread wasn't great for me as I have specific diet needs, but overall enough variety for the average traveller. The yoghurt was absolutely the best I'd ever had tho. Perfectly smooth, not tart, and they had an unsweetened version. The room was neat, clean, housekeeping was efficient - one of the days they ran the bell and we were just on the way out so we said they could go ahead and make up the room anyway. In and out in no time flat! The concierge service was impeccable. We were treated like royalty. It wasn't just the usual 'standard' politeness, but a friendliness that was so heartwarming I really felt special. We'll definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Hue.
