Vietnam: hotel con bar nella provincia di Provincia di Lao Cai

This place is amazing. They stay true to their words - to be eco-friendly and reduce wastage. Nam and his team were very helpful and Nam is exceptionally attentive to our needs. The room is exactly the same as the photos on Trip.com and we received a pleasant surprise with a beautifully decorated bed when they know that it’s our wedding anniversary. The common area has a fireplace where guests can gather around and have small conversations. The food and drinks (including cocktails) were so good that almost every day we would rather stay at the resort to have our meals. Nam makes great cocktails! Lastly, there is a resident dog, as well as a cat. Both are adorable and love to be around people. Our stay with Eco Palm House is amazing. Great place, great view, and great people! We will certainly recommend to our family and friends. Hope we are also able to visit and stay here again!

Beautiful hotel, all corners are perfectly decorated, superb breakfast and nice drinks at the bar . All the Staff is very polite specially Mr. Ta the bellman . The lobby is so great with a good fresh smell. We will definitely come back here and bring our friends as well.

The hotel is amazing. It had great views and the staffs were very helpful. It had a pool big enough to fit a lot of people but I couldn’t use it. The location is very close to the alpine coaster which was nice since I loved that place. The bed was very comfy and the room was very spacious. The bathroom was really nice because it had glass wall that looks into the bedroom and the balcony which makes me see the view while getting ready.

We booked the Presidential Suite for 5 nights, zero regrets. We had a beautiful mountain view from the bathroom, there was a bath tub and toilet with bidet. We were welcomed by complimentary juice and fruits. Breakfast was halal friendly - toast with butter and strawberry spread, fruits and vegetarian omelette (the lady chef delivers all the time 😋). Halal restaurants were within walking distance from our hotel. And the hotel was so comfortable to the extent that we didn’t want to leave the room on most days! Iron and ironing board is provided upon request, complimentary for 30 minutes, chargeable at 20,000 VND per hour thereafter, which no issues! There’s also laundry service for 50,000 VND per kg if you are keen! Pro tip: if you are booking Grab, kindly drag the pin to “Eden Boutique Hotel” instead as we were dropped off below the hill on some occasions. The hotel is located on top of a hill, but all’s good - a little exercise wouldn’t kill hehe Overall, from the receptionists, to the housekeeping team to the food and beverage team, amazing amazing service! Will definitely consider booking Hotel Azalea Sapa again when we visit Sapa again. Thank you so much to the hotel staff for the warmth, professionalism and greetings!

Hotel era bellissimo. grande vista, spazioso. aveva un posto in fiamme, una bottiglia di vino complimentare, bagni. non difficile arrivare al centro della città e c'è un servizio buggy per il trasporto all'interno del resort. abbiamo avuto un grande tempo!

Ho soggiornato due notti al Sapa Bamboo Hotel. La posizione era fantastica, con molti ristoranti e negozi nelle vicinanze. Alcune attrazioni come la Chiesa di Pietra, Sapa Square, il Museo di Sapa, Sun Plaza e Moana sono raggiungibili a piedi (5-15 minuti). La colazione era deliziosa. Il personale era disponibile e cortese. Le strutture sono generalmente pulite e ben tenute, ad eccezione dei bagni della piscina che necessitano di miglioramenti. Ho apprezzato molto il mio soggiorno in hotel.

In pratica tutto va bene. Ma sembra che, dato che è nuovo, lavorare per gli ospiti è ancora abbastanza stanco, mi sembra che il personale non sia venuto, le aree non sono state ottimizzate per l'uso, quindi anche se appartiene a banyan e 5 stelle, Credo che sia solo 4 stelle al livello attuale. domestico. Anche quando accedi, non c'è sale da bagno, quindi la pulizia della stanza deve essere rivista. Il processo di check-out è anche molto lungo. Spero che il resort migliorerà e si svilupperà meglio in futuro.

Ho prenotato il Signature Bungalow. Mi aspettavo una vista dalla vasca da bagno, ma nella prima stanza che ho ricevuto la vasca era direttamente visibile dal giardino antistante. La camera appena assegnata non aveva vista dalla vasca ed era completamente diversa dalla foto fornita da Trip.com. È un bel posto in cui vale la pena tornarci, ma non credo che ci sia motivo di pagare un extra per un bungalow esclusivo.

Soggiorno fantastico. La caffetteria dell'hotel ha una splendida vista sulle montagne. Il personale è cordiale e molto disponibile. La receptionist, in particolare Lam, ci ha sempre accolto con un sorriso ogni giorno durante i nostri 3 giorni di soggiorno. Si è persino offerto di aiutarci ad accompagnarci alla stazione degli autobus dopo il suo orario di lavoro, dato che la navetta non era venuta a prenderci dall'hotel 👍🏻👍🏻

The location is central and very convenient. Bus company provides pick up and drop off service in this hotel’s area. The panorama view from the balcony is excellent but available only from rooms at floors 5 and above. Good mattress, good linen. Hot water. Saw the staff eating breakfast together and allowed to partake of the buffet after breakfast service. This is a good point for me. We had some concerns with the first room we had. We raised this with trip.com and the hotel management addressed the issues promptly.
