酒店位置靠近古城的新門（new gate），遊覽聖地老城非常方便，我都是步行遊覽的。附近的公交和輕軌可以很快帶到耶路撒冷的遠近地方。吃飯購物有一條街比較近，還有一個供應日常所需的超市，節假日和安息日營業，超市邊上有一家麪食店，老闆是香港過來好多年。總體來講，酒店的環境和服務都不錯，推薦聖地遊客選擇。耶路撒冷的物價還是有點偏高，特別是農產品因為最近的局勢價格有所增加。PS：建議攜程更正下酒店名稱為聖母酒店，酒店名稱的前2個詞和著名的巴黎聖母院的詞完全相同，notre是法語“我的”，dame是法語“夫人” ，連起來notre dame就是英文的My Lady. 和“北部”沒有絲毫關係，請修改，以免誤導。謝謝！

When I first arrived, I intended to leave a positive review. Unfortunately, I completely changed my mind due to the behavior of one specific member of your breakfast service staff — a young, tall, slim man. I honestly do not remember ever being treated in such a rude and disrespectful manner in a hotel. His behavior was not just unfriendly; it was openly hostile and completely inappropriate for someone working in customer service. Each morning, instead of a greeting, guests were met with short, sharp commands. In my case, I was abruptly ordered to state my room number — “Room!” — without any “good morning” or basic courtesy. When I answered “room” without immediately giving the bed number, he snapped back “Bed!” in a raised, aggressive tone, as if I had done something wrong. The way this was communicated felt more like military commands than a conversation with a paying guest. This kind of interaction instantly destroyed the atmosphere of the morning. Such behavior is unacceptable in hospitality and seriously undermines the entire experience of staying at a hotel. People like this ruin the magic of a holiday. I had already reported minor issues such as squeaky doors and the lack of a shower floor towel, which caused water to flood the bathroom. These are inconveniences one can tolerate. However, being treated with open rudeness and constant bad mood by staff is not something I am willing to accept. In my opinion, a person who is permanently grumpy, hostile, and transfers their frustration onto guests should not work in a customer-facing role. Because of this experience, I will actively discourage others from staying at your hotel, and I am certain that I will never return myself. I am writing this so that you are fully aware of the reason behind my decision and the review I will leave.

La posizione era vicino alla vecchia città di Gerusalemme, a piedi dalla porta Jaffa. La struttura stessa è bella all'interno e all'esterno. La piscina è eccezionale e il colazione non lascia nulla da desiderare.

We had a wonderful stay at the Inbal Hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and professional, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is fantastic and made it easy to explore Jerusalem. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend the Inbal Hotel to anyone visiting Jerusalem. We would be happy to stay here again!

It’s a modern and very sleek beautiful hotel. The employees are nice and helpful. However, the spa and gym are out of the hotel. You need to cross a bridge over the Mamilla Mall to get there but entering back, you need to ring the intercoms. The spa is very good, they give 10% off to hotel guest and the prices are very good once you convert it to dollars. The breakfast is a big buffet and is included in the stay. Overall, I would give the hotel a 4.8 star rating. We had a beautiful view of the old city. The hotel is located in the center of Jerusalem so you can get to places easily.

La stanza sembra un po' di cammino, ma era spaziosa e il bagno in seguito fatto per un modo grande per rilassarsi dopo un giorno intero di passeggiata in città. Si trova a pochi passi dalla fermata del tram, quindi se non si conosce il taglio, potrebbe volerci un po' per vedere e camminare all'hotel. La colazione è stata scelta e varietà, ha goduto di un pranzo molto completo. La posizione era vicino al centro civile e alla Biblioteca Nazionale, quindi è stato un bel bonus.

La stanza è molto soddisfatta, il bagno è caldo, il giardino è caldo e il vapore!Le bevande al frigo sono anche gratis.Ti aiuteranno a sistemare due volte al giorno.Il guidatore organizzato è un professore di storia.
