Abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno molto hotel è in buona posizione per ciò che abbiamo bisogno l'intero centro della città è a piedi. Una cosa da sapere di fare il parcheggio mostra parcheggio, ma hanno solo 13 parchi, quindi pagherebbe per chiamare in anticipo per ottenere uno assegnato alla vostra stanza.

Great stay! Love the service provided by the concierge staff upon our arrival, did not manage to catch his name but he was fantastic! He was detail oriented and sincere with his service. Especially after a long drive up to Dunedin, he made sure we were well taken care of :)
Room booked was quite tiny, so not recommended to book this room type if you are travelling with big luggage. Room was also quite perfumed - which would've been better if it was much more subtle.

I recently stayed at Scenic Hotel Southern Cross and had a very pleasant experience. One of the biggest highlights of this hotel is its excellent location – it's within walking distance to many of Dunedin's main attractions, including the Railway Station, Baldwin Street (the world’s steepest street), and Queen’s Gardens. Whether you're in town for sightseeing or just want convenient access to key places, this hotel is ideally situated.
The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were warm and welcoming, making the entire stay hassle-free. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring the city.
Another plus is the on-site hotel parking, which is a great convenience, especially in a central location like this.
Overall, I’d recommend Scenic Hotel Southern Cross for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel in Dunedin with friendly service and all the essentials covered.

My mistake in not verifying the lodge location. It was listed as being in Milford Sound when it is not. Management need to adjust the door closers for kitchen n dining room. Was kept awake til 11pm with the banging. When I gave feedback to the staff, was told I had booked the basic standard room.

My recent stay at Oakridge Resort Lake Wanaka was overall a very positive experience, thanks to its fantastic amenities. After long days spent exploring the stunning surrounding landscapes, the hot pools were an absolute highlight. Soaking in the warm water under the stars was incredibly relaxing and a perfect way to unwind tired muscles. This was definitely a standout feature of the resort and something I greatly appreciated.
If I were to be particularly picky, the only minor annoyance during my stay was a faint but persistent hissing sound coming from the telephone line in my room. While it wasn't overly loud, it did become a little distracting when trying to get to sleep.
Despite this small issue, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Oakridge Resort.

The motel nearby 2 supermarket. And location nearby seesighting, so convenient.
The room very clean and comfortable, and kitchen facility lovely.

Bel posto con posizione centrale della città di Oamaru, vicino al supermercato di Woolworth, alcuni bellissimi vecchi luoghi e spiaggia. Bella visita e foto.
L'hotel mantiene la decorazione originale che si può sentire caldo con il fuoco e gli mobili in legno, ma la stanza è pulita con stile moderno.

Doubletree è stata un'ultima decisione all'arrivo di Queenstown dal Monte Cook. Anche se è prezioso, non mi dispiace di avere una stanza qui per due notti. È stato fornito con una cucina completamente attrezzata dove potresti cucinare, ma non l'hai usata da quando abbiamo mangiato fuori. Ci sono ampie parcheggi e per gli ospiti che entrano, questo dovrebbe essere complimentare per la durata del soggiorno.
La struttura è situata al di fuori di Queenstown ma è disponibile un taxi acqua dal doc dell'hotel.
La posizione sul lago permette di incontrare la pace e la tranquillità, nonché la fauna selvatica.

This hotel enjoys a prime central location, just a 1-2 minute walk from the tourist bus stop and information center. Lakeview rooms on the 2nd floors feature private enclosed balconies. Even non-lake view rooms offer great value, with the lakeshore directly accessible from the property. The exceptionally friendly front desk staff often accommodates early check-in and room upgrades—during our three-day stay (due to booking constraints requiring three different room types), we were consistently upgraded to the most premium option: a second-floor lakeview room. They even assisted with pre-dawn arrangements for our Roy’s Peak hike. Highly recommended!

Queenstown Lakefront the room is clean and basic the bed comfortable l had a good sleep the room to big even had a good seating area coffee tea in the room TV had variety of choices however the bathroom that not that great they need to get rid of that bath basin I am not sure what is purpose? The shower curtain so cheap common if you charge your guests a top dollars you can afford a decent shower curtain it New Zealand not a 3rd world country. All the Wi-fi so terrible even basic email take time to download also what is deposit for if you don't have any minibar in the room? I think all those can improve a good management I had pizz one night taste good anyway this Queenstown accommodation always in short that way they don't care still a good place to crush a big hot two.

DDan WuangI stayed in room w 8 pods shared bathroom. The bathroom was in a mess during this stay with no shower gel in all cubicles for the male and toilet bowls were very stained as compared to my first stay.
Very convenient location with staff manning round the clock which is a plus compared to other hostels n backpackers.

Very helpful and nice people always at the reception. Free washing machine and dryer at the same building. Deck has a bit of view of the lake.
Nothing to complain, except was not too sure the slippers were for re-use or not coz looked a bit dirty or not as white, so did not use them.

LLandersMercure Queenstown Resort has offered very good services with great hospitality. The room given has a great view overseeing a big lake right from the middle. Livin (A name for New Zealander, I suppose) offered great hospitality for us and even treated us a VIP favour by giving an in room slipper.. thank you.. if you are lucky you can even spot a double rainbow…
Superb.. love Queenstown and Mercure Resort..
Also Accor membership is usable here.. bravo..

YYA FANGI won’t recommend it,they couldn’t find my booking under my name so they charged me again. when I told them that I didn’t get the refund, they said they’ll send an email to manager,but they did nothing until I called them and asked. They only took it seriously when I asked their manager’s contact.It took so long to get my refund and I had to pay transaction fees!!
We booked the sauna when we checked in,then the next day we went to the reception,they said they couldn’t find my booking again,and they didn’t even apologise for that,it’s all just ridiculous!

CCoola CL'hotel si trova in una zona chiamata ”Kevin Heights”, che è vicino all'aeroporto ma al contrario della città di Queenstown. Tuttavia, l'hotel è costruito come proprio resort, è molto piacevole stare lontano da quel luogo turistico pieno di hotel e alloggi. Se si cerca una vacanza come un ritardo e un tempo tranquillo, questo hotel è la vostra scelta.
L'hotel è pieno di strutture come piscina all'interno, ristorante e bar con vista sul lago, molti posti di parcheggio autoservizi (devi pagare $4 NZD per ora o $16NZD per un parcheggio giornaliero). Il colazione al ristorante con vista sul lago che ti dà davvero un nuovo inizio di un giorno prima di andare a fare le tue avventure.
Al lago si può andare a piedi quando si desidera è una attività molto piacevole o si può ordinare il taxi acqua dal desk front che vi porterà al centro di Queenstown. Si tratta anche di un viaggio di crociera sul lago Wakatipu.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel was almost walkable from the airport. We arrived early Saturday morning and enjoyed the market right over the road. As we were early to the hotel we got our instructions and returned later, lovely receptionist.
We did not eat at the hotel but there is a cafe on the ground level which closes around 2.30 but the smell from fresh bakery and coffee was pretty good.
Self catering was good with basics. We had a faulty fridge and had just bought supplies but the hotel, although almost time for staff to leave, found us another room with an upgrade. If you are a fussy camper, you could say fittings in bathroom were ”cheap” and scuff marks on walls (all white so they show more) but it was perfect for us. Overlooking building sites and other buildings but just look up and there are the mountains in their splendour.l Cost was reasonable and as parking is pricy in Queenstown it was good to get free parking at the hotel.
