Ottima ospitalità, personale molto responsivo, gentile e meraviglioso.Si è sentito molto benvenuto.Nessun problema. Avrei preferito un appartamento/ cucina con forno a microonde in qualche posto sulla proprietà per riscaldare fuori dai giorni freddi di cibo

Amazing hotel. Good service and friendly staff members. Nice king bed and we had an extra sofa bed which is a bonus, it was set-up for free for us as my partner sleep snoring very loudly. The location is great and easy to find. The downgrade was the parking, there was no free parking as we had to pay $20 per 24hr. So we had to spent $60 just for parking, its ridiculous expensive. The hotel should've provide it free parking. But other than that the stayed was amazing. Had a great restaurant by the wharf and the food is amazing and bonus with an amazing views.

We were thrilled to be the very first guests to leave a review for this stunning new resort! The location is fantastic, just a quick 10-minute drive to town, and our room offered breathtaking views of the Shot River, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. We arrived around 10 PM, and the hotel reception was impeccably prepared, warmly welcoming us and even upgrading our room! It looked exactly like the photos, with a design and interior that perfectly captured the vibe we were seeking. They had welcome drinks waiting for us, and we appreciated that milk was available on request at any time. The breakfast was a delightful a la carte experience, featuring an array of delicious options. The serving staff was not only attentive and kind but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants! We also indulged in room service, which exceeded our expectations in both taste and punctuality. Although the fitness room and movie room were still under construction, the small maintenance issue we encountered in the bathroom was addressed swiftly by the staff. Our stay has left us eager to return and see the final results of this new gem. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

Molto bella vista dalla stanza e dal ristorante dell'hotel (vedi sotto le foto)!!! Vicino alla città di Queenstown. La stanza è molto tesa e grande con alcuni attrezzi per cocktail. E' la mia prima volta che viaggi da solo. Ero stressato, nervoso e ho avuto alcune domande alla maggior parte delle cose. Il servizio è buono.Specialmente vorrei apprezzare Kim e il personale di ricezione per avermi aiutato durante il mio soggiorno. Grazie per avermi dato un meraviglioso viaggio con QT Queenstown 🥰 Tornerò certamente a QT Queenstown con i miei genitori e amici brevemente ♥️♥️♥️

Located close to Skyline Gondola and restaurants shops Great views for balcony room We enjoyed our Queenstown stay Bar and lounge upstairs and a kitchen Really helpful staff room was to small for us and there is no free parking ( when I searched trip.com I entered in filters free parking and Lylo came up so we booked not Lylo’s fault)

The room was very spacious and offered a nice view, which was a highlight of the stay. Free parking was also convenient for guests travelling by car. However, the property feels quite dated and could benefit from refurbishment. The cleanliness of the room was below expectations, with some areas not as well maintained as they should be. Another downside was the shower pressure, which was very weak and made showering less enjoyable. The hotel is within walking distance of Queenstown City Centre, but the walk is a bit longer than expected, especially when returning uphill.

È un hotel vintage, sono sorpreso dall'ascensore che è molto vecchio tipo di ascensore, il design molto bello e retro. La stanza è abbastanza spaziosa per 4 adulti. Il riscaldamento è molto potente e forte. L'hotel è situato vicino al centro della città e alla strada precinct, a pochi minuti a piedi.

This hotel is perfect for families. It’s close to the lake and within walking distance of everything, including Fergburger, Lululemon, and the Patagonia cafe. A special thanks to Mr. Toon and the check-in staff for their excellent service!

Looks like we got a recently renovated apartment. It was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Housekeeping was prompt whenever we needed it.Basement parking was available for our stay, and the unit was conveniently located next to a staircase leading directly to Stanley Street, where our ski bus pick-up point was. It was also less than a 10-minute walk to the town centre. Overall, no regrets—it was an excellent choice and great value for the price. Or, if you’re aiming for a more natural Google Reviews style: We were pleasantly surprised to find what looked like a recently renovated apartment. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Had 2 stuffed toys of great sentimental value removed from my room. One was my dog’s toy which we slept with and he had died only recently. Informed & explained to Duty Manager at night and front desk the next morning. They could not address my distress & anxiety as I was leaving to catch flight out. Just told me how improbable rhe incident is, doubted me and left me to simply wait for their news while they took time to check with the relevant departments. After waiting hours and receiving no response via phone call, WhatsApp and email, an understanding friend who is a NZer helped me call them to follow up. Only then, she found someone responsive enough to actively search. Disappointed with hotel’s general lack of understanding & poor response. Other than above crucial point, hotel & room were nothing great despite their high rate. Other hotels charge as high like a more well known one across the road and friends thought it was better. Other staff encountered were friendly and performed well. Strongest point is its proximity to bus stop for key services to outer parts of Queenstown.
