Nuova Zelanda: hotel con bar nella provincia di Otago

View was more than spectacular..recommend booking a lake view room, was able to sleep with the window open and the view of the lake all day and night was breathtaking.. food in restaurant so/so, easy walk into town to find everything you need

Due to the flight cancellation, we have to stay one more night in Queentown, a very good recommendation. The staff were so nice, and very good breakfast. We had a wonderful night. Near to the airport, only 25mins walking or 8 mins driving. For bus, you have to transfer twice.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché ci aspettava di godere della sua vignetta/alimenti. Altrimenti avremmo dovuto stare a Queenstown con molti ristoranti e pub. Come arrivare la sera, abbiamo messo una nota per la speranza di vivere la loro vignetta e cibo (o almeno cibo da dita) quando abbiamo prenotato l'hotel, e ricevere un'e-mail che non possono garantire, ma faranno il possibile per servire le nostre esigenze. Da allora non ci è stato inviato alcuna e-mail. Quando siamo arrivati all'hotel circa le 6:00, nessuno era nel desk, quindi abbiamo dovuto andare al bistro per scoprire che hanno lasciato la chiave in una scatola sicura senza alcuna notifica o inviandoci alcuna e-mail con la sua password. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare un po' che la signora bistro facesse una telefonata a chi le interessa, che era tutto a posto, e, peggio, abbiamo sentito che il bistro era riservato ad un evento di gruppo, in modo che non potevamo usare la struttura. Abbiamo dovuto guidare 15 minuti in una città vicina e comprare cibo da un supermercato. Credo che l'hotel ci avrebbe dovuto informare che l'evento di gruppo non ci ha fatto uscire dal servizio bistro/alimento e dobbiamo prepararci per il nostro cibo. Quando ho controllato, ho lasciato una nota sulle questioni e mi hanno aspettato che mi inviassero un'e-mail per esprimere le loro sincere scuse. Anche se mi piaceva tanto la stanza quanto l'intero posto, penso che il cottage Kinross abbia bisogno di professionalità per gestire il loro programma di soggiorno. Potrebbe essere stata molto più piacevole, l'esperienza di soggiorno memorabile.

Abbiamo prenotato un totale di 4 notti 3 notti in un itinerario e una notte in più in un altro. Alla nostra arrivo il primo giorno (circa le 7:00), abbiamo ricevuto una stanza di vista sul lago (tipo di camera che abbiamo prenotato) situato vicino alla reception. Purtroppo, il livello sonoro è stato piuttosto disturbante, con frequenti traffici a piedi, persone che correvano lungo il corridoio e suoni provenienti dalla zona di accoglienza per tutta la nostra permanenza. Per la notte finale, abbiamo cambiato il tipo di camera (come prenotato) una vista alpina. Nonostante abbia specificamente osservato che non ci era preferito una stanza all'angolo, e ricevendo conferma dall'hotel che non saremmo stati collocati in una stanza, ci è stata assegnata l'ultima stanza all'angolo. Ciò è stato deludente, soprattutto alla luce della comunicazione precedente, e ci auguriamo di un soggiorno più tranquillo e accogliente.

Very near the city centre and the I-site centre. The free shuttle bus from i-site centre to Nevis Ground is just located opposite the accommodation. There is a shared kitchen to cook and common area to chill. Highly recommended if you don’t have a car in the city.

We were thrilled to be the very first guests to leave a review for this stunning new resort! The location is fantastic, just a quick 10-minute drive to town, and our room offered breathtaking views of the Shot River, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. We arrived around 10 PM, and the hotel reception was impeccably prepared, warmly welcoming us and even upgrading our room! It looked exactly like the photos, with a design and interior that perfectly captured the vibe we were seeking. They had welcome drinks waiting for us, and we appreciated that milk was available on request at any time. The breakfast was a delightful a la carte experience, featuring an array of delicious options. The serving staff was not only attentive and kind but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants! We also indulged in room service, which exceeded our expectations in both taste and punctuality. Although the fitness room and movie room were still under construction, the small maintenance issue we encountered in the bathroom was addressed swiftly by the staff. Our stay has left us eager to return and see the final results of this new gem. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

È un hotel vintage, sono sorpreso dall'ascensore che è molto vecchio tipo di ascensore, il design molto bello e retro. La stanza è abbastanza spaziosa per 4 adulti. Il riscaldamento è molto potente e forte. L'hotel è situato vicino al centro della città e alla strada precinct, a pochi minuti a piedi.

“Fantastic stay – highly recommend!” I had an excellent stay at the Cambridge Hotel. The location is perfect, within easy walking distance to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a great city view from the balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always going above and beyond to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The facilities were also impressive, especially the indoor pool and overall cleanliness of the hotel. Everything felt well-maintained and welcoming. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Looks like we got a recently renovated apartment. It was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Housekeeping was prompt whenever we needed it.Basement parking was available for our stay, and the unit was conveniently located next to a staircase leading directly to Stanley Street, where our ski bus pick-up point was. It was also less than a 10-minute walk to the town centre. Overall, no regrets—it was an excellent choice and great value for the price. Or, if you’re aiming for a more natural Google Reviews style: We were pleasantly surprised to find what looked like a recently renovated apartment. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Basement parking was available, and the unit was conveniently located beside a staircase leading directly to Stanley Street, where our ski bus departed. The town centre was also less than a 10-minute walk away. Great location, excellent value for money, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Bella stanza. Vicino alla città. La stanza è un po'piccola, ma è comoda. E'preziosa, ma è ovunque a Queenstown. Questa è la migliore posizione in Nuova Zelanda, quindi consiglio di rimanere almeno 4 notti.  La colline Queenstown è una bella passeggiata vicino all'hotel. Finz è il mio ristorante preferito per il pesce e Bespoke Kitchen è il miglior colazione/ pranzo che abbiamo trovato.
