Vietnam: hotel con bar nella provincia di Lam Dong

Le camere sono pulite, la vista è aria, adatto al prezzo. Il personale è entusiasta e amichevole, quando si verifica, si può anche ottenere un regalo per riportarlo, il piccolo punto meno è che l'impianto è situato a un po 'di profondità e nella stagione delle piogge, La camera di casa in legno può avere molte specie di bug profondi nella stanza. Se la porta della stanza si apre. Un posto dove stare a vivere!

Service was very bad, slow check-in process. Breakfast was poor and overloaded, too crowded and staff couldn't handle the fill-in of food, in-house app to communicate with guest was lagged. Very disappointed with Centara services. It couldn't be 5 star. Except the room is very nice, but door holder in bathroom was broken.

Our stay at APEC Mandala in Mũi Né was an amazing experience! The hotel offered everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. One of the highlights was the three fantastic swimming pools, all of which were kid-friendly. One pool had a special area for children to play and warm water like a hot tub—ideal for little ones. It’s worth noting that pool access is not included in the hotel stay and costs 150,000 VND per day for the whole family, which we found reasonable. The location is perfect if you’re planning to visit the nearby White Sand Dunes, as it’s conveniently situated for that excursion. However, it is a bit farther from the city center, where most attractions are located. That said, transportation is easy and affordable—a taxi will cost around 160,000-200,000 VND, or you can rent a scooter directly from the hotel for just 200,000 VND. The hotel amenities were excellent, and the service was top-notch. The staff was attentive and friendly, with the person assisting us going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They also spoke English well, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Although we didn’t try the food at the hotel, there were plenty of shops and restaurants within the building offering fresh, affordable, and delicious meals. Additionally, the supermarkets on-site stocked everything we needed, from swimming gear to everyday essentials. APEC Mandala is a fantastic choice for families or anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay in Mũi Né, especially if visiting the White Sand Dunes is on your agenda. A bad experience; the hotel staff watched while I struggled up a flight of stairs with two suitcases. I requested two keys and was told not available but one did appear later when we went out in the evening. Room small, bed very uncomfortable, hard and thin mattress. Nowhere for a suitcase. Safe not working, rectified later in the evening, too late as I had to take valuables out with me. The breakfast was diabolical, coffee undrinkable, green tea was an option. Both Western and Vietnamese food was limited and what was available was poor. The shower control is the best I have seen, pity the open shower was too small which allowed the small bathroom floor to get flooded. Guests, (workmen) from an associated and much cheaper hotel were allowed to use the breakfast area. I highly suggest that no one ever uses this establishment at any price.

We really enjoyed our stay although the location not that near from city centre (15-20min of car ride; easy booking of grab). Is a peaceful and beautiful location just beside lake Tuyen Lam. Hotel receptionist is kind and helpful. The room is ready when we arrived earlier around 11am. Buffet breakfast was good too!! Highly recommended.

Didn't have an enjoyable stay as expected. The check in progress is kind of ordinary without any introduction to the resort and history, the breakfast is very so so, and more importantly, there are some loud birds which ruined my sleep at midnight. I don't recommend it.

The hotel has a great atmosphere, and the rooms are spacious. However, staying on the ground floor was far from relaxing. The noise from the room above was unbearable because the ceilings are very thin and not soundproof. I could hear every movement they made. I couldn’t sleep until almost 1 a.m., and then at 6 a.m., they woke up and started making noise again. If you’re assigned a ground-floor room and there are guests staying above you, I highly recommend requesting a room change immediately. I couldn’t rest at all during my stay.

This isn’t my first time at the resort, but every visit feels special, thanks to the warm welcome from the caring manager, Thuy, and the ever-friendly receptionist, Phu. Their hospitality truly sets the tone for a relaxing stay. The resort itself is always spot-on clean and maintains its rooms like new. The attention to detail is impressive, from the refreshing drinks provided at the pool area to the delightful chocolates and good night notes left every evening. It's a peaceful, serene spot to unwind and take a break, just a couple of hours from Sai Gon. The food and service are consistently excellent, making every visit enjoyable. Whether you're looking for a place to relax or simply chill, this resort is highly recommended!

The room matched the photos, but it had a mouldy smell. I arrived at 3am, exhausted, and didn't have time to inform the resort as I had to leave early in the morning. Despite setting the air conditioning to 18 degrees, the room remained hot and humid, making it uncomfortable. When I spoke to the staff the next day, they attributed the smell to the room lacking windows. However, the room does have windows, and regardless, it shouldn't smell mouldy. Security was satisfactory, but I believe they should be paid more. When the security personnel helped with my luggage, they lingered, seemingly expecting a tip. This made me feel uncomfortable and harassed, which detracted from my overall experience.
