Utente ospiteBello servizio, ci sono molte strutture ma vado a Blackpool per la gara, quindi non ho tempo per godermi. E' abbastanza adatto per un viaggio di famiglia. E il tram ferma solo la passeggiata dall'hotel è conveniente.

The hotel and entrance are great, no complaints there. I’ve been a regular at another hotel within 5 miles of here, where the facilities are immaculate and the rooms are always meticulously clean. So I had high expectations.
On walking into my room (250), it was freezing. I immediately turned on the electric radiator, but was woken up at 2am by the thermostat flicking on and off repeatedly. The digital screen kept lighting up and going off it felt like there was a rave in my room. Highly annoying and not conducive to a good night’s sleep.
Before bed, I went for a shower and splashed foamy suds around as you do. After finishing, I was washing down the inside of the shower cubicle and noticed what I thought were leftover soap suds near the door handle. I went to wipe them off and I can tell you now, they were not soap suds.
Absolutely disgusting. The previous occupant clearly lacked basic hygiene, and although it shouldn’t be expected, the cleaners really need to have a keener eye for detail. This sort of thing should never be missed.

Utente ospiteWe had two rooms booked. 1 room was with elederly parents! The room given was a fair walk and was quite far from the reception area with no assistance only verbal directions. It would've been nice to have had some assistance from staff.
When we got to the room the sink plughole was blocked so I rang reception to get it fixed, didn't happen! Questioned reception duty staff and he lied and he said he had it fixed by maintenance when no one even came to look at it! This isn't the service we expected from ‘Mercure’ standard.
Leaning over the bath to brush our teeth and everytime we needed to wash our hands after using the toilet we had to use the bathtub.
Not sure I read anywhere but to use the swimming facilities the adults have to pay £10 fee. Other than that the hotel is near local shops/motorway as well.

Utente ospiteWe had a fantastic experience. The place was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the shared areas, which made our stay super comfortable. The decor was warm and cozy, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation.
What really stood out was the variety of activities available. The staff were friendly and helpful, always happy to recommend things to do in the area.

Utente ospiteIl weekend è stato assolutamente fantastico, in un ambiente bellissimo, tranquillo e noi amavamo la fauna selvatica. Il personale era amichevole e molto informativo e disponibile per tutto ciò che avevamo bisogno. Il cibo era bellissimo e tutto il prezzo molto ragionevole. Certamente prenoteremo un altro soggiorno.

TinatwinkleRimai all'hotel Barton Manor e al spa con mia figlia....Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo....da arrivare a lasciare il personale non può fare abbastanza per voi...il colazione è davvero bello...non abbiamo prenotato nel ristorante per cena, ma mi hanno detto altri ospiti ...che il ristorante era delizioso.
Siamo sicuramente tornati indietro.

Reception staff were pleasant. Driver was the friendliest.
Was a good stay but I wouldn’t say it wowed me and felt staff could’ve been more attentive. Also lack of room service, evening snacks, fridge, tv channels, alternative pillows etc.
also hotel said they didn’t receive my special requests I’ve added to the trip booking which meant the birthday we were celebrating was overlooked.

Un hotel molto buono, con un bel personale. Durante i miei 8 giorni di soggiorno in questo hotel, ho trovato che le strutture all'interno della stanza non sono abbastanza. Fortunatamente, offrono un centro fitness per l'ospite di usarlo, spero di restare lì la prossima volta!
