LLoreeann32Everyone was so nice. The employees treated you very nicely. I checked in and went to my room. I found out my door did not close all the way. I would close it, but it would not latch. I went downstairs, and the mantainence man was right there, and he went up with me to fix it. Everything was clean, even the bedding. The bathroom was clean, but when I was getting ready for bed, I saw an ant on the counter in the bathroom. I did not think anything of it and killed it and went to sleep. The next morning, I was getting ready in the bathroom, and I found 2-3 ants on the counter. I killed them, but I was gone all day. I stayed a total of 2 nights. When I came back for the night, I went to bed. The next morning, I took a shower. The water pressure was not good. The hot water and the shower were awesome but could use more pressure. Once again, getting ready for the day and this time, there were ants all over. They were going up the walls on the ceiling. I am not sure if something was spilled on the walls, but it looked like they all were going towards one spot. That's what led me to believe that. So I moved all my things and got ready in the foyer where there was a mirror. I was leaving that morning anyway, so I figured I would tell the staff. So I checked out and told the front desk, she just said ok.” I thought she would take it seriously, but she did not. I stayed in room 411. Very nice room. Just check for ants. The breakfast was free for both days. I was told the owner was giving free vouchers for breakfast. I thought that was awesome. Overall, good stay.

RReedPAbbiamo soggiornato qui molte volte negli ultimi anni 5-10, quindi abbiamo pensato * sapevamo cosa avremmo dovuto ottenere.
È estate a Nashville, quindi sto bene guardando l'altra strada, con l'edificio e la stanza che si sente umida. La stanza in generale era buona; comoda letto, frigo, microonde, sedia piuttosto comoda e osmana. Le cose minori sono solo confuse e preoccupanti che questo hotel una volta fantastico si sta tendendo in basso.
🚪La carta chiave sulla porta è stata bustata! Sliding nella carta è stato il FINICY DI TUTO, ci dando problemi. Una volta la carta chiave slitta tutto il cammino, mangiando la carta. È venuto a recuperare la carta. Non è stato fatto alcuna correzione, ci è stato detto di essere attenti.
🪟 Le ombre del sole dietro la finestra erano giacca AF, la sinistra era giù ma non si spostava (il cordone era stato rimosso e bloccato in cima). Tutti i tempi di destra erano in alto senza un modo per farlo giù, tranne per tirarlo. Ma quando l'ho fatto, ho capito perché l'avevano in alto e il motore elettrico si è spenta ... Non è andato tutto il cammino verso il basso e è stato sdraiato. 💧Il bacino è in retromarcia, acqua calda a destra e fredda a sinistra. 🌡️ Il termostat è stato rotto. Mentre la stanza era rimasta fredda, era molto fredda, era umida, e era abbastanza umida che i mobili avevano un senso di grazia.
La stanza ci ha fatto funzionare, si', ma se le piccole cose fossero state aggiunte, ci avrebbe fatto pensare che il nostro prossimo viaggio sarebbe stato prenotato altrove, anche si'.

RReedPDopo avermi lasciato qui, ho avuto un po' di idea di cosa aspettarmi, ma era stato un po', quindi c'erano alcune cose che mi hanno tolto la guardia. C'è solo un negativo che posso pensare, e non è un grande, ma penso sia necessario sottolineare .... 📱📱 Ci sono stati zero plug-ins USB nella stanza. Ci sono stati diversi plug-ins standard che se avessi la testa a caricare i cavi, saresti a posto, ma tra due persone abbiamo una testa a caricare, quindi ci ha preso un po' fuori di guardia. Non ci vorrebbe molto per swap un'uscita nella zona di vita.
🛏️ Il letto era comodo. Le mutandine erano comode e usavano l'alternativa a valle che era bello. Poiché qualcuno che deve costantemente controllare se gli hotel offrono mutandine e letti, è bello quando trovo che non c'è.
🚗 Se stai progettando di parcheggiare da solo, non guidare fino al fronte dell'hotel. Questa zona è utilizzata esclusivamente per parcheggio valet. Andate avanti e andate al garage sotterraneo vicino all'angolo del 4° e Demonbreun. È possibile accedere all'hotel dal garage di parcheggio.
🚽 ☎ Volevo avere una foto ma il livello di lusso negli anni '80 esiste ancora con un telefono accanto al bagno. Ahhh, più semplici tempi. 😂️

I needed it for my trip. Issue I had was the toilet kept running even after me jiggling the push button. I did talk to the front desk representative. Her name is Jamie and she did send an engineer upstairs. When I return back to my room, it appears to have been corrected however, as soon as you flushed the toilet Continue to run. So I talk to her again and she did tell me that the engineer told her that the mechanism inside I am assuming the ball and chain needed to be changed. Therefore, she suggested or asked if I wanted my room to be switched. Since I did not because I was leaving the next morning, she offered to comp half my stay. When she realized that I booked through a third-party, she told me that she could give me the equivalent in points from Hilton. She also comp the parking fee for my car. All in all, it was a nice visit. I just want to make sure that room 301 issue is rectified because it is extremely annoying when the toilet will not fill and stays in a continuous run mode for hours.

WWestCoast360They said they come to do house-keeping after every 2 days and they make the bed for you as well. When they came in on the 2nd day, they never had my bed made. It was as it was since last 2 nights for which I checked out early before my scheduled check out date which was the next day.
I had the room for 3 nights but only stayed there for 2 nights because of it.

UUtente ospiteRead Hotel is a beautiful historic hotel. The lobby is classic and our Manor room was well appointed. We encountered two problems though. The front desk clerk was very short with us at checkin and seemed annoyed to answer our questions about valet parking. But, most importantly, our room was so very noisy at night. The walls are paper thin and we heard every conversation in the neighboring room. Also, the doors in our hallway closed with a loud bang every time a guest closed their door. It was one of the worst nights of sleep we have ever encountered in a hotel. At checkout the clerk did not greet us except to ask if we wanted our receipt printed or emailed. No “How was your stay?” was asked. We chose not to complain to her at checkout as she didn’t seemed concerned about us as guests.
