This hotel has seen better days in its multi-decade existence. It has gone through some renovations and name changes, but still seems to be in transition as we walked through the third floor paint fumes (half of the floor was being painted while still having guests on the floor) to our room at the end of an extremely long corridor. It seems understaffed and whatever staff they do have are wearing multiple hats and running around or in training. We encountered a spectrum of personalities from sweet to terse to neutral in their customer service/reception area. Their booking system is also a bit unclear. I got emails for ”pre check-in” and ”set checkout” which seemed fine, but I had selected a cocktail pack at the pre check-in and input my credit card information but was not charged for it. If my CC isn't going to be charged at that point, why should I have to enter my CC information at all? It should be noted that these are ”requests” the front desk can choose to fulfill for the guest or not. They still asked for a CC to be put on file for incidentals too, during in-person check-in, so online ”pre check-in” just seems pointless. We had booked our multi night stay on the Trip app and it did have us prepay but also said there would be a $89 charge at the hotel for four nights. We later learned it was a ~22 bucks ”resort fee” for our stay per night. I guess the resort fee includes the amenities of free water and free shuttle service? Breakfast wasn't included for our booking. The person checking us in even charged a $$$$ deposit amount larger than the cost of our 4 nights there, so I hope they are more careful on other security deposit charges, in the future. On another note, the 24/7 airport shuttle was great and the downtown shuttle service was excellent. Their free shuttle service is definitely a highlight. Kind drivers also -- lovely service from all the drivers we met and always helped us with our bags and directions. Big appreciation for the shuttle vans and drivers! Free water (2 bottles per guest per day) included at the front desk, which you have to make sure to grab yourself, as there was no ”deliver to room” option during our stay. The outdated facilities are somewhat maintained, as we had slow drainage in our shower tub and slow drainage in our toilet that nearly led to a clog. Luckily, the maintenance team was able to remedy that after our first night. We stayed 4 nights in total, but that first night was rough. Going forward, I would recommend this place for someone seeking adventure in a property that is next to a beautiful lake with cool seaplanes and a nice lobby full of taxidermy and doesn't mind the potentially tumultuous reception or dated bathroom.

I was pretty disgusted to see the N word written in dust on the window in our suite. The food was overpriced and was definitely nothing special. Didn't matter after dinner though; there's no microwave to reheat left overs, and with how cold our room was, our food got cold and hard pretty fast. The wallpaper is coming off the wall, the hooks are coming out of the wall, we had the heat on friday-sunday but could never get it up past 68 degrees despite it being on for days. The water got shut off while we were there, parking was crowded/limited. We booked a room for 5, only to be put in a room with only 2 beds and told they couldn't provide us with a cot because of fire hazards; after complaining that I'm not putting my child on the very used/old carpet, they upgraded our room to include a couch for my 3rd child. The pool required a reservation but they didn't check reservations and the pool was over crowded. I was REALLY uncomfortable with how secluded I was from everyone when going to the locker room... it felt like the perfect spot for someone to catch a woman or child off guard. Everything is very old or outdated or broken in one way or another, and everything was VERY overpriced. If they want to claim they're a resort and charge resort prices, they need to start looking like a resort. Next time we need a weekend getaway, we'll be going to Denali instead!

La posizione geografica dell'hotel è molto buona. L'hotel è il porto della società di crociera che viaggia sei ore e otto ore al giorno.Ci sono ristoranti e negozi di regali intorno.Il punto di partenza del bus circolare gratuito in città di 5-9 è anche l'altro lato della strada dell'hotel.Ci sono microonde in ogni piano dell'hotel. L'osservazione speciale è che l'hotel ha dato un soggiorno speciale 12 punti in anticipo (i clienti che arrivano con il bus sono fondamentalmente 9-12 punti).Il rapporto prezzo dell'hotel è il più prezioso.

La vista dalla mia stanza fa fronte all'oceano, ma la posizione alla fine di Homer Spit non è esattamente il posto migliore per essere perché ci vuole 15 minuti a piedi per arrivare al centro dove ci si mangia, Gli affari e le ferries sono localizzati soprattutto se mi piace dover portare attrezzature per la telecamera. I servizi di taxi tendono a essere lenti a picco, la manutenzione non è efficace e va ricordata nonostante la pendenza della carta. Le tazze non sono lavate e il letto non è fatto a meno che la carta nella stanza (non è stata posta in camera mia) non sia completata, che è stata la scusa che hanno dato. Questo è successo per 5 volte delle mie 9 notti dove gli altri 4, ho scelto di non disturbare . La colazione è stile buffet ma la selezione è limitata. Il mio soggiorno è stato di oltre 9 notti. Devo tornare per altre 3 notti sul gruppo di tour organizzato. Ho informato il ricevitore al check-out per mettermi nella stessa stanza. La risposta è NO. Il livello di servizio all'ingresso e di custodia domestica richiede un miglioramento, tranne per una signora speciale, Lena, che è eccezionalmente amichevole e utile. In generale, non c'è alcun valore per i soldi.

The location is good, very close to the National Park and visitor centre. It has a restaurant and coffee shop and a shuttle buses. The hotel is very aged, needs a full upgrade. The fan is very old and noisy. When the next door room using shower/toliet you can hear clearly. All the towels/sheets should be for many years without change, small,hard and in dirty colour. The back door has no lock, using a wooden stick instead. The cleaners and front desk are untrained, they gave us a wrong instruction to our tour and ended up we missed it. When we asked for a room service to a cleaner, 2 managers came in and asked why we needed a room service(we only need to have a new towels and get rubbish removed). We were charged $44 for a luggage transfer fees when we check out( we’re not told when we checked in).Compared with other hotels at this area, the price is much higher. Princess lodge cross road is a much better choice but it was full when we booked it

Bella posizione hotel grande per essere nel centro di Anchorage e è vicino alla autostrada, solo essere attento parcheggio non è attaccato, il personale presto Feb 14 è stato così utile bella e gentile 3 ragazze(i loro nomi sono stati pubblicati sulla recensione Yelp)

Stay at ramada was a 4/5 with early check in and nice and supportive staff. Location was near and walkable from downtown. Every excursion pickup point is literally 5-10min walkable from hotel. Only reasons for not giving 5/5 are 1. Room Phone was not working 2. Temperature control of Shower if our room was not working though they did provide alternate room just for shower purpose I would recommend this hotel for nearness to downtown and especially friendly staff

Letto e cuscini. Bella pressione idrica nel doccia e lo shampoo, sapone, ecc. erano molto buoni. Servizio di navetta e guida erano fantastici. La navetta ci ha davvero aiutato a trovare dove dovevamo essere e in tempo, dal momento che la posizione è a pochi chilometri dal centro. Il nostro conducente, Columbia, era sorprendente! Ok ristoranti sul sito. Molto decente luogo per rimanere. Rimanere ancora quando nella zona.

空港からのアクセスも良く、ダウンタウンも歩いていける距離なのでロケーション良し。フロントの対応もスムーズにできました。部屋は少し暗く感じたのと、もう少し荷物を置けるスペースがあればいいなと思いました。ただ隣の部屋からの話し声が丸聞こえだったので、きっと私達の声もそうだっただろうと思います。宿泊期間、お土産屋さんが開いてなかったのは残念でした。

L'hotel è situato a metà città, ci sono molti ristoranti intorno a lui. L'angolo opposto è il Museo di Anclays. Ci sono dieci minuti a piedi per il sentiero marittimo.La colazione è deliziosa, la stanza è grande e molto comoda.
