The grounds and exterior of the White House hotel is wonderful. However, other features of this hotel leave something to be desired. Firstly, if you're looking for a place to unwind by the pool with a great ocean view, you're in luck, but unfortunately the pool is not heated. The dining room was unavailable due to ”construction” or ”remodeling,” so any food ordered (which was good) either had to be room-service or eaten at the bar. I stayed in a standard room with a king bed, which was not very comfortable. The vanity light in the bathroom was only half lit, making shaving difficult. The TV in the room was old and the back light seemed to be going out. There was a small 3 drawer dresser for clothing, but other than that, really nothing other than the nightstands to set things on (but there was a very small bistro table for the coffee maker. And the most frustrating part, the AC unit either made the room VERY cold or VERY warm. The uncomfortable bed, with thin covers and a bipolar HVAC made getting good rest impossible. For the same price or less, I could have stayed at one of the casinos with better amenities and more comfortable rooms.

Ho sempre soggiornato a Holiday Inn e non ho mai dovuto pagare il colazione. La stanza era bella, ma la persona che era nella stanza, davanti o dietro di me, fumava tutta la notte. Ho tosse e scivolato a causa del fumo di sigaretta. Ho cercato di coprire la testa, ho letto sull'altra parte del letto, ma non ha aiutato. Quando ho lasciato la ragazza al di fuori del desk non era così amichevole, lavorava su qualcosa sul computer e si teneva la testa a terra per molto tempo prima di chiedermi finalmente, poteva aiutarmi. Non mi ha mai chiesto di stare in giro. Ho avuto domande sulle mie fatture che non erano state spiegate prima di prenotare l'hotel, mi ha spiegato le varie tasse, anche se, non sono del tutto d'accordo con loro.

Un po'di delusione.Abbiamo capito che il check-in era alle 4:00. Tuttavia, al momento dell'arrivo, la nostra stanza non era pronta e dovevamo aspettare più di un'ora. In qualche modo non avevano abbastanza personale per pulire le camere che erano ovviamente vacanti alle 11:00, come ho capito, era il momento di verificare. Quando finalmente abbiamo avuto la nostra stanza al quinto piano, abbiamo trovato molteplici camere disponibili che avevano bisogno di pulire. Presumiamo che avessero bisogno di pulire perché le porte erano state lasciate aperte. In realtà abbiamo preso un picco all'interno. Devo dire, devo dar loro credito. Ci hanno dato cena o colazione gratuita. Non potevamo davvero sfruttare l'offerta da quando siamo entrati nella nostra stanza, abbiamo preso a giocare a Beau Rivage. Il nostro colazione è venuto con la nostra prenotazione.

While the staff was very friendly and helpful, This location did not meet our expectations , The rooms were not the same as the photos which was disappointing not the end of the world . The first room we received was covered in lady bugs , and smelled like dead bugs , there was a nest of them in the corner of the room as well as many dead ones all over the room. The kind lady at the front desk got us another room , but the new room was not very clean , there was lots of hair all in the shower and all over the bathroom, After being on the road for 12 hours we cut our losses and went to sleep . I have stayed at many Hiltons and this was honestly the dirtiest one I have seen so far . Very disappointed .

Overall location was supreme I didn’t need to drive around once I got there. The only draw back is the room felt humid. It might be a good idea to grab a dehumidifier for this place. Also the water drained very slow. In a positive note the room was clean and the staff there were welcoming.

L'hotel era pulito e il cibo era buono. Tuttavia, abbiamo guidato 3 1/2 ore per arrivare lì in tempo per un matrimonio di famiglia. La stanza doveva essere pronta per le 4:00 e non era pronta fino alle 5:35. Questo non ci ha consentito abbastanza tempo per essere pronti per il matrimonio. E' stato molto imbarazzante arrivare così tardi per il matrimonio, e il personale ha detto che avrebbero inondato le tasse incidentali, che non ci hanno fatto differenza. E' stato molto deluso, perché pensavamo che fosse un hotel Hilton sarebbe stato tutto bene e non era.

We felt like the room was our personal condo and the staff was property management taking care of us like we were a permanent tenants. And the price of a 1,300 sq ft 2-bed 2-bath with balcony and floor to ceiling windows with ocean view was about the same as economy-size rooms I had gotten the same month on Bourbon Street in New Orleans and in Panama City Beach. If you want a quiet and very comfortable stay in Biloxi, you’ll want to be at the South beach Biloxi Hotel & Suites.

La piscina interna era super bello. La barbecue aveva un ottimo cibo, la sala da pranzo era fantastica! I lavoratori erano amici e l'alcol gratuito è grande! Letti super comodi e tonnellate di cuscinetti il posto è divertente

Ottimo soggiorno, bella e amichevole personale, facile check-in. Suite regalo molto bello e accogliente. Il letto era duro per il mio gusto, ma il marito lo ama. Pizze dure, la prossima volta portero' la mia! 2 bevande gratuite al bar dell'hotel è stato un trattamento aggiunti inaspettato. Rimarrà certamente di nuovo.
