Our 2nd time at Katiliya. Location is both a pro and a con. It is very out of the way, but in return, you get absolute peace the entire stay. The cleanliness is tip top for the property, although u get some visible fatigue in the bedlinen (with holes) and yellowed pillows. Can see the balcony has been freshened up a little. Service is top notch with great hospitability and swift responses to our requests for buggies. There is only 1 restaurant and 1 bar. Fitness centre is an eerie walk down to basement - not for the faint hearted. But overall we would come back again as its the best mountain view accommodation without sacrificing on comfort, almost at a luxury level. Breakfast spread was wonderful. Wished there were lifts though, as my mum has difficulties in walking and had to always climb up and down 1 floor to the restaurant. For such views, you might usually have to consider rundown homestays.

Riva Vista Riverfront Resort in Chiang Rai was a good experience overall. The room was nice and clean, and the breakfast, which was included, was really good with a nice variety of options. The location is a bit outside the main area, but it’s peaceful. The swimming pool is on the smaller side, and it felt a bit different from the pictures, but it was still a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Despite some minor points, I had a good experience and would recommend it if you’re looking for a quiet getaway.

Ho soggiornato al Riverie by Katathani per una notte e sono rimasto molto colpito dall'hotel. La posizione è ottima, proprio accanto al fiume Kok e con una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne. L'hotel è splendidamente decorato in stile Lanna e motivi dorati. La camera era spaziosa, confortevole e ben attrezzata. Ho particolarmente apprezzato il balcone da cui potevo godermi la vista sul fiume e l'aria fresca. La colazione era fantastica, con una varietà di piatti e un diverso cibo della Thailandia settentrionale ogni giorno. Il personale era molto cordiale e disponibile e mi salutavano sempre con un sorriso. L'hotel dispone anche di una grande piscina, di un centro fitness e di tre ristoranti tra cui scegliere. Consiglio vivamente The Peak, un romantico ristorante panoramico con vista a 180 gradi su Chiang Rai. Il cibo e il vino erano deliziosi e il servizio era eccellente. The Riverie by Katathani è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi la bellezza di Chiang Rai. Ritornerei sicuramente.

La posizione vicino al centro della città rende conveniente per la sua esplorazione, ma rimane tranquilla e tranquilla, perfetta per un soggiorno rilassante. If you have a car and prefer a quiet atmosphere, consider staying at the Chiang Rai Riverside Hotel. The hotel rooms are located in separate buildings away from the main reception area, offering a unique setup reminiscent of a government guest house. We booked the deluxe room to enjoy the river view, but unfortunately, it was obstructed by trees, making it difficult to fully appreciate the view. The breakfast was quite basic. The hotel location is close to the Blue Temple .

La hall dell'hotel sembra grandiosa e ok. Anche la posizione non era male. Solo che l'aria condizionata della camera non era per niente fredda, feedback ma non è stato fatto nulla. L'hotel è considerato piuttosto vecchio

Abbiamo adorato il nostro soggiorno in questo posto. Personale molto cordiale, sempre pronto ad aiutare. I pranzi erano vari e molto buoni. La camera è spaziosa e pulita. Il servizio piscina, bar e ristorante è un vantaggio. Splendida accoglienza al nostro arrivo. Acqua e frutta sempre a nostra disposizione. Puoi fare molte cose a piedi senza dover prendere un mezzo di trasporto. Consiglio vivamente.
