Portogallo: hotel con bar nella provincia di Distretto di Évora

Staff muito atencioso, quarto aconchegante com tv e ar condicionado. Unico ponto negativo seria as janelas não terem persianas, apenas cortinas, e para mim isso faz diferença pela entrada de luz. Mas de resto tudo impecável. Otimo pequeno-almoço.

Ottima struttura, personale estremamente attento, le camere sono di buona qualità, dormire se molto bene, molto bene insonorizzato, non si ascolta nessun altro ospite. Colazione impeccabile e adattato per i celiac. Raccomando vivamente

È stato necessario un po' di tempo per navigare nella città per trovare l'hotel perché la mappa di Google non era molto accurata. Sono così felice di parcheggio gratuito al garage dell'hotel, come il parcheggio della città era principalmente per i locali. La stanza era grande e confortevole, mi fa desiderare di avere un soggiorno più lungo. Mi piace la disposizione della stanza! Sono molto apprezzato del gel corporeo, dello shampoo, lavatrice di mano e lozione corporeo fornita come il profumo è sorprendente. Vorrei che ci fosse un condizionatore e un torso dentale.

Uno dei migliori ostelli che abbia mai soggiornato! Il personale era incredibilmente gentile, le camere e le bagni erano super pulite e la terrazza e le aree di vita erano davvero belle!

Très bonne expérience, on recommande ! Personnel serviable et agréable, serviettes à disposition moyennant caution pour la piscine. L’hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu (ça vaut pour les chambres comme la piscine!). Petit déjeuner copieux et bon. La literie était excellente !!! On avait pas aussi bien dormi depuis longtemps, c’était comme être sur un nuage. Cet hôtel mérite amplement ces 4 étoiles.

Only one thing wasn't as expected...the pool is very short. Everything else, was excellent.

Had a wonderful stay at the Convento de Arraiolos, even if a slightly eventful. Arriving late at night, we found the reception empty and had to wander though the hotel grounds - which are not small - searching for someone to talk to. Eventually we found the restaurant and a member of staff sent word to the receptionist. I couldn't help but wonder if we weren't interrupting the young lady's dinnertime... She was very apologetic for the absence, and even told us to use the internal pool and sauna, even though it was already well beyond operating hours. Both pools are excellent, and the sauna soothing after a very long day. The bed was super comfortable and breakfast quite good - don't miss the local cheeses and bread! Even though the hotel seemed to be running quite short staffed - which may account for the fact we found uncollected trash in the bathroom bin - the staff were impeccable and highly professional. Moreover, the tennis court is in a state of disarray, the pavement sure looks in need of a makeover. All in all definitely recommended for a wonderful stay and relaxation, just some management decisions seem baffling, at a place run by a brand of such reputation as the Pestana group.

Amazing experience. Room was clean and well designed. The hotel itself is really beautiful if you want to explore the space. All staff were helpful. Highly recommended!

Il parcheggio è pulito, grande, vicino alle strade di Lisbona-Madrid ma tranquillo, bella piscina, colazione è abbondante e caldo come in Polonia, il servizio conosce l'inglese e è bello, le camere sono grandi e pulite . Gli stessi plus !!!
