★★★★★ Had a wonderful stay at Mercure Palanga and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Before arrival, I had contacted the hotel regarding a birthday celebration, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. The arrangement was beautifully prepared, and it was clear that genuine care had gone into fulfilling the request. Small gestures like these create lasting memories and made the stay feel truly personal. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms were well maintained, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the location was excellent for exploring Palanga while still enjoying some peace and quiet. A special mention to the staff, who were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the stay. The breakfast selection was great, and the spa facilities provided the perfect way to unwind after a day out. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and willingness to make guests feel valued. The birthday arrangement exceeded expectations and added a special touch to an already excellent stay. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Mercure Palanga to anyone visiting the area.

Abbiamo trascorso due notti in un appartamento familiare. Per un gruppo di cinque le nostre due camere da letto e soggiorno erano ideali. Il costo del parcheggio è di cinque euro per notte. Bello appartamento, una cucina, un balcone non arredato, una piscina con saune - tutto un po 'e un po 'fredda. Ci è una piscina 12-meter con un jacuzzi che è amico dei bambini. Ci sono state molte opzioni per il colazione, ma di scarsa qualità del caffè. Il costo, tuttavia, parla per se stesso. La posizione è eccellente, ma anche tranquillo.

Vengo sulla ferrata da Kiel e l' hotel mi è stato perfetto perché è conveniente solo a pochi passi dal Terminal Ferry , amichevole personale che parlava inglese e una bella camera pulita con una grande vista sulla zona portuaria , bastanza non era sorprendente ma era libero e ha fatto il lavoro, l'hotel sembra avere una rinnovazione come è così pulita e nuova, sarebbe sicuramente raccomandato se la visita klapeda 🇱🇹

La vista dalla stanza è completamente diversa da quella che c'era nelle foto. Il punto sbagliato è difficile trovare e capire dove c'è un numero dalla ricezione. Il parcheggio è costoso e non ci sono segni chiari di direzione del traffico e segni di uscita, quando si salgono e scendono si può incontrare un'altra auto che si salgono davanti alla vostra auto.

Чистый отель недалеко от вокзала. Вокруг много магазинов. На ресепшн девушки говорят по-английски. Из минусов: дверь в душе плохо работала, открывалась и закрывалась с ужасным звуком. Не положили второе полотенце для рук, хотя два гостя были указаны. Тапочек не было. Холодильник заставлен минибаром, так ещё и отключен от сети. При въезде попросили оплатить депозит 50 евро, о чем мы осведомлены не были, и, с остатками налички после путешествия и отсутствием зарубежной карты, выполнить просьбу не могли. Дали 20 евро, которые при выезде нам вернули. Зато кровать отличная!

Es war alles sehr zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist in paar min am Strand oder beim Restaurants. Der Frühstück was auch gut, vor allem waa dabei. Dir Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wor dürfen sogar früher in unsere Zimmer.

Hotel eccellente per i vostri soldi. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose. Ci sono aria condizionata nella stanza. Colazione buona. Ci è un piccolo SPA e un bel ristorante all'hotel. Ci sono diversi svantaggi: il bagno è degno di un odore sgradevole e le mutandine sono molto sottili.
