The staff had limited English proficiency, making communication quite challenging.
Upon our early arrival at around 11am, we found the reception area to be deserted. Along with other guests, we were left waiting at the counter, unsure of what to do. Finally, around 1pm, a receptionist appeared. However, rather than simply informing us that check-in was only possible after two, they made each guest wait in queue to deliver the same message. Upon returning to the reception at 2, we were informed that we had to wait an additional hour. This experience was quite unprofessional and made it challenging to enjoy other activities

PPponyIt was very lovely designed room. The pink room was looking almost same in picture and the room temperature was very warm from the enterance. The room was clean overall but there was a cockroach appeared during our stay. The amenities was reasonable and not a bad quality. The breakfast was better than our expectation and reasonable price too.

AAmor LPThe amenities isn’t free and not included. They ask you to pay that much money just for the small jacuzzi. The pool doesn’t have any water and wanted to pay in pool it’s crazy! Location is ok but not really recommended. There’s a lot of cheap ones that includes everything. We booked there because of the sauna but apparently it’s also not FREE🙄

SSamantha Chi WingExcellent stay. Better than expected. I was worried that it would be crowded at the lobby/ common areas due to proximity to ****** which was not a preference. The lobby of convention hotel is grand, peaceful and modern.
I was also worried that it would be inconvenient to reach the ski slopes however the shuttle buses were frequent and you can get to the slopes quickly. The bus stop drop off point is right outside the ticket office for ski passes
Hotel service was welcoming and superb from check in/out to housekeeping. As foreigners we received discount coupons for ski rental and pass. View from room was nice and loved the cream and shower gel etc. Room service was quick and portions are huge. Also how it was delivered was really good too with the robot.
Overall very good and comfortable stay.

UUtente ospiteGreat location and very comfortable! The hotel staff have created a warm and welcoming environment with lots of cozy zones inside. Beautiful walking track around the lake out back. The only minor gripe I had was that the breakfast was mediocre and it got boring having the same spread every day, down to the types of fruit and drinks served. Staying at the hotel also ensures you get 30% off the ski lift and gear rental which was an added plus!

TTommyGunnIt was a last minute reservation we have made to enjoy our national holiday and it surely was a great decision!
The location of this resort is in prime spot right next to the Dae-po dock where for the seafood lovers you are in for a delight of fresh and cost efficient sashimi and steamed crabs.
Not only that, the resort itself was very resourceful for the families who bring their youngs
- massive indoor playground
- arcade for the little gamers
- quiet family friendly walk way into the shorelines
- indoor water park
(Stopping here because my fingers hurt trying to write everything down!)
Lastly, the rooms were cleaned at exceptional quality with the ocean view.
Definitely coming back here next year!

UUtente ospite아들 군 면회를 가면 1박2일 외출이 가능해서 패밀리룸을 잡았는데 4인 잠자기 위한 더블 침대 말고는 움직일 공간도 제대로 없습니다. 공간은 2인실 모텔에다 더블침대 2개 넣어놓은 가라고 보시면 됩니다. 부대시설로 있는 헬스장은 유료로 사용 가능한데 청소를 카운터 뿐 아니라 기구들에 먼지가 장난 아닙니다. 운동하다 죽을 수도 있겠다는 생각이 들었습니다. 관리하는 사람도 없구, 호텔에 크레임거니 외부업체 외주라고 자기들이 관리 안합니다. 헬스장은 가지 마세요.

UUtente anonimosono andati a Sokcho per la migliore vista sul risalto del sole e questo hotel è 100% la migliore posizione per vedere il risalto del sole. meno di 3 minuti a piedi dal Parco del risalto del sole di Searak. c'è un pulitore d'acqua al tavolo 1 con acqua fredda e calda. c'è un personale seduto Al contore di ricezione 24/7, è necessario chiamare il cabin per arrivare al terminale di autobus espresso di Sokcho e il personale è stato molto utile, parlano solo coreano così per nessun oratore coreano, assicurarsi di avere Google Translator pronto. solo sapone e piccolo asciugacapelli forniti. riscaldatore sul letto. devono fermamente prendere cabina dall'hotel al porto di pesca di Sokcho o al mercato centrale o dal terminale di autobus espresso all'hotel.
