Germania: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Brandeburgo

Inizialmente avevamo programmato di rimanere solo tre notti, ma a nostro figlio è piaciuto così tanto il parco acquatico che abbiamo prolungato il soggiorno di una notte. Il bambino ha giocato fino allo sfinimento ogni giorno, nuotando fino all'orario di chiusura prima di voler finalmente tornare in camera. L'hotel è un punto di riferimento unico; un braccialetto consente l'accesso a tutti i servizi di ristorazione, bevande e intrattenimento, il che è molto comodo. Tuttavia, gli asciugamani dell'hotel non vengono cambiati ogni giorno. Gli asciugamani puliti vengono forniti solo il giorno del check-in; per i giorni successivi, è necessario noleggiarli presso la sauna, con un deposito cauzionale. Nel complesso, abbiamo trascorso cinque giorni fantastici, il personale è stato incredibilmente accogliente ed eravamo un po' restii ad andarcene, non vedevamo l'ora di tornare.

L'uso di palestra/sauna costa 5 euro al giorno. Nessun peso superiore a 3 kg; solo 4 macchine cardio (vedi foto). Buona colazione a buffet. Camera pulita e funzionale, anche se la cassaforte si è bloccata da sola e il tecnico ha impiegato 20 minuti per sbloccarla. Ottima pressione della doccia, acqua non troppo calda. Aria condizionata funzionante, nessun rumore fastidioso. L'isolamento delle finestre ha ridotto il traffico stradale quando chiuse. Letto e cuscino comodi. Silenzioso di notte. La scrivania è profonda 50 cm, quasi abbastanza per lavorare comodamente con un laptop su un supporto con una tastiera esterna, e decisamente sufficiente senza le periferiche. Ho ricevuto un pacco Amazon e il mio bagaglio in ritardo senza problemi. Anche il check-in/out tramite chiosco.

L'hotel è arrivato in molti anni. Il corridoio aveva rotto il materiale interpretativo e quindi una fonte di incidenti. Nella lettiera di polstere si abbassava la tensione dal sottosuolo. È richiesto un parcheggio per l'hotel. Non prenoteremo questo hotel di nuovo. Non è consigliabile continuare.

L'ambiente della camera è buono. Dopo aver lasciato l'aeroporto è possibile raggiungere l'hotel direttamente dal passaggio sotterraneo. È molto comodo. Inoltre la metropolitana e l'aeroporto sono molto vicini, proprio al piano seminterrato sotto l'aeroporto.

It was nice to stay here. Good and pleasant hotel. The only thing I was charged twice, one time by trip.com and hotel. So multiply your amount *2 and enjoy your stay)))

Apartment was very nice and tidy. It had so many nice amenities in the room and I loved the TV was able to face the bed! Check in and check out services was really easy and smooth, all digital. The hotel's location is a 5 to 20-minute walk from the bus stop (depending on which bus you took), with buses running every 30 minutes to berlin airport. It's approximately one hour from Berlin Central Station from the Berlin Airport. A key point to note is that the main entrance door locks after ~10 PM, and there is no night staff. We discovered this the hard way one evening and panicked. We later found out that you must use the hotel's website app (the same one used for check-in) to unlock the door. There is a ”front door” button in the app that triggers the lock. This was not immediately obvious, as we saw another traveler struggling with the same issue. I highly recommend setting up the app beforehand, as checking in late at night without it would be very difficult.

Questo è un hotel nuovo, situato in una posizione comodissima, vicinissimo alla stazione centrale di Potsdam. Prendete l'uscita per Friedrich-Engels-Straße, girate a destra e vedrete subito il nuovo e grazioso edificio a circa 300 metri di distanza, dall'altra parte della strada, sul ”Lange Brücke” (ponte lungo). La reception e la sala colazioni si trovano al primo piano (Erdgeschoss), ben illuminate da ampie finestre. Tutto sembra nuovo, bello e ordinato. (Nessun problema, nessun odore di materiali edili o di mobili nuovi, nemmeno nei corridoi o nella mia camera). La camera standard che ho prenotato è piccola con arredi minimalisti, ma a me piace la semplicità. Le piastrelle del bagno sono davvero belle e di grande effetto, così come la moquette e la combinazione di colori del pavimento. Il personale è stato gentile, ma bisogna avere un po' di pazienza, dato che molti di loro sono nuovi e ancora in fase di formazione sul software per il check-in. 😊 Senza dubbio, al mio prossimo viaggio a Potsdam sceglierò di nuovo questo hotel.

Ottimo ubicazione. Servizio amichevole. Buon colazione. Ma: Internet super lento se funziona a tutti. Nessuna flessibilità in noleggio biciclette. Il personale ha cercato di essere utile ma non era molto consapevole in alcune aree. Le mele di benvenuto gratuite erano un bel toccamento. La stanza stessa avrebbe potuto essere più pulita. Fratturata fuori finestra. TV non funziona bene a causa di problemi di Internet. L'acqua non è stata riempita. Il personale era molto amichevole, ma preferirei un servizio che non mi aspettasse di chiedere le cose.

This resort and spa complex is much larger than it first appears. It features a network of tunnels that seamlessly connect the different buildings. It is an excellent choice for anyone looking to walk in nature and unwind in a relaxing spa. Accommodations are spread across several distinct buildings; while I can't speak for the other rooms, mine was perfectly fine. They also serve a truly excellent breakfast. The location is incredibly secure, quiet, and completely free from city noise and pollution. I will definitely stay here again the next time I pass through the area.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig, die Lage am See ist schön, direkt Infrastruktur in Form von Geschäften, anderen Restaurants,… ist fußläufig nicht vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist schön. Der Service ist jedoch mangelhaft bzw. unorganisiert. Folgende Punkte sind uns negativ aufgefallen: Wir kamen als Gruppe mit 2 Hunden. Trotz vorheriger Anmeldung und Zusage / Absprache waren keinerlei Hundenäpfe oder vergleichbare Dinge auf den Zimmern vorhanden. Im Restaurant dürfen die Hunde nicht sein, das ist absolut nachvollziehbar. Die Rezeption sagte uns, wir sollten im Restaurant Bescheid sagen, um für unsere größere Gruppe plus 2 Hunde dann eine Reservierung auf der Terrasse oder in der Lobby vorzunehmen. Das Restaurant nahm am Vorabend den Zettel entgegen mit konkreter Zeit. Am nächsten Morgen war nichts reserviert und wir erhielten die Info morgens im Restaurant, dass generell keine Reservierung vorgenommen wird. Bei einer 8-köpfigen Truppe ist das unbefriedigend, grade dann, wenn aufgrund der Gruppengröße und Hunde nicht alle Bereiche genutzt werden dürfen. Das Publikum im Hotel ist sehr gemischt. Das Schwimmbad haben wir nicht genutzt. Außer der kostenpflichtigen Tiefgarage (16 Euro pro Nacht) gibt es keine befestigten Parkplätze in der Nähe. Man kann an dem Waldweg auf dem Grünstreifen parken, die Parkplätze sind aber im Sommer aufgrund des nahen Sees meist belegt. Der Wunsch, nahe beieinander liegende Zimmer zu erhalten, konnte vom Hotel nicht erfüllt werden, wir waren in unterschiedlichen Häusern untergebracht. Kühlschrank, Bügeleisen oder eine Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung sucht man vergeblich auf dem Zimmer. Klimaanlage ist ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Der Service im Restaurant ist ok, Trinken für die Hunde gab es nicht, die GetränkeKarten am Nachmittag haben wir uns selbst organisiert und dann an der Kasse im Restaurant Bescheid gesagt. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Frisches Obst, Rührei und Pancakes findet man auch. Insgesamt für eine Nacht in Ordnung, aber kein Highlight. Für einen Urlaub würden wir nicht buchen, für eine Nacht zur Erkundung, Termine oder Durchreise eventuell wieder.
