Great convenient location! Spacious room and smart tv was provided. Breakfast was included from our package but limited options. Overall, great overnight experience. Feeling regretful as we only stayed for one night and we were out majority of the time. Hope to explore the hotel facilities on our next visit! Luggage service was available FYI.

Staff was kind to give me a corner room. Great view. Location convenient yet quiet. Price includes breakfast and the right to use the gym, swimming pool, hot bath and steam room. Money well spent.

JA호텔 난바 사우스는 가성비 좋은 호텔이다. 일단 체크인시에는 자신의 핸펀으로 QR찍고 셀프로 한다. 그리고 키통에서 키를 찾아 가는 방식이다 체크인 카운터 직원은 계속 상주하지 않는다 체크인도 오후 4시부터이다 체크아웃은 키통에 키를 반납한다, 아침조식서비스도 없이 가성비 좋게 운영하는 호텔이다. 위치가 주택가지만 역에서 가깝다. 그리고 룸도 깨끗하고 내부시설도 새것으로 보인다. TV도 좋고, 에어컨도 새것으로 소음이 없다. 냉장고도 있다. 욕실도 새것인데 다만 보통보다 좁아 다소 불편하나 크게 문제되진 않는다, 가격이 아주 훌륭하다. 마지막날 아침비행기 타려 이곳에 정했다, 잠만 자는 호텔로 정했다. 침대도 편안하다. 다만 와이파이가 작동되지 않았다. 유심으로 이용해 문제는 없는데 다른 기기들을 이용못했다 그리고 덴가차야는 중국계 식당도 많고 이곳도 중국여행객들이 많은듯하다. 한국어 안내는 없다. 전체적으로는 만족했던 스테이 였다 가성비가 좋다면 재방문의사가 있다, 근처 타코야끼집도 있어 간식으로 딱이다. 덴가차야역옆에는 커다란 마트도 있어 편리하다.

1 minuto dal minimarket Dotonbori e Lawson Ci sono così tanti ristoranti nelle vicinanze e la posizione è ottima. Stazione Namba di Osaka Stazione Nankai Namba Anche se cammini con tua figlia di 3,6 anni, puoi arrivarci facilmente camminando per 10-15 minuti mentre ti guardi intorno. È stato il migliore durante il mio viaggio a Osaka

Situazione e vista fantastica, molto facile da raggiungere direttamente dalla stazione ferroviaria JR, ha aggiornato alla suite. Buona vista e servizio della baia. Dispongono di autobus gratuito dall'hotel all'aeroporto, Altamente raccomanda di rimanere una notte prima di lasciare il Giappone. Godetevi la shopping outlet. Anch'io ho giocato a bowling al punto di partenza.

The most I like about this hotel is location. It’s located very close to Dontomburi & high-street shopping area. By the way, the design of the whole floor and even the room quite dark & dim. You will see the dusk on furniture very easily. It was more about design to be chic hotel I would say but if you travel with elderly it was too dark and not so properly. We also found a piece of tissue in the room. On the first day that we have breakfast we went down before breakfast section close 30 minutes, and they informed us already which is understandable, and we absolutely respect the time. While we mostly finish our breakfast, the most senior staff came to our table with not so nice gesture to rush us to finish. He told is “5 minutes” but he told the table of 3 ladies next to us “10 minutes” and giggling. That’s already ruin my morning mood. For me this very rude and unacceptable as I am also working in luxury & lifestyle hospitality industry as well. I select Mercure in Osaka because of the brand. This is my first time with Accor property in Japan, and it makes me very doubt in their service quality. However, other staff I met at the collider and front office very pleasant and helpful, especially Mr.Kim who help us on check in. Overall experience for me is OK, but I expected to see well-trained staff when they approach the customer. This kind of things will make the service another level. Comparing to Kyoto hotel I stay few nights their in a local brand but the service was very warm welcome and homies.
