LLiyanaaWe had a pleasant stay at Hotel Resol Trinity Naha. The location was one of its biggest strengths, with many attractions, restaurants, and train stations within easy walking distance, making it a great base for exploring Naha.
The hotel is simple yet comfortable, with all the essential amenities you need for a convenient stay. The room was clean and well-maintained. While the bathroom was a little compact, it was functional and didn’t affect our overall comfort.
We also really appreciated being allowed to check in earlier than expected, which was a thoughtful gesture after a morning of travelling.
Overall, this is a comfortable, well-located hotel that offers good value for anyone looking to explore Naha. We’d be happy to stay here again.

Yyan128Questo posto è molto bello, spazio indipendente della stanza, con terrazza. Puoi vedere chiaramente le stelle.  Vedi la galassia tutta la notte. Da l'aeroporto a 4100 chilometri di cavallo seduto direttamente al soggiorno, 30 minuti. È consigliabile un ristorante occidentale vicino al soggiorno.  Il proprietario ha preparato una mappa perfetta del ristorante di salotto , Molto intimo.  È scritto molto affinamente per usare il cuore di  fortemente raccomandato

Posizione: 8/10 L'hotel si trova nel cuore dell'isola di Okinawa, nella zona di Onna. L'aeroporto di Naha dista circa 50-55 minuti di auto. Alcuni ristoranti locali e Lawson si trovano a circa 5-10 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. La posizione non ha nulla che non vada, visto che l'abbiamo scelta noi.
Servizio: 10/10 Abbiamo prenotato l'accesso alla Club Lounge con check-in express e snack durante il giorno. Non ci sono parole per descrivere il servizio: i sorrisi sono ovunque e sono sempre benvenuti da tutti in hotel. Per sottolineare una cosa: abbiamo avuto bisogno di un cacciavite per aprire la piccola custodia del giocattolo di mio figlio, il personale è stato così gentile da trovarmene uno, e non credo che un hotel debba aiutarmi per una richiesta del genere.
Servizi: 9/10 Le piscine esterne erano chiuse a causa del maltempo.
Dimensioni della camera: 10/10 La dimensione della camera è ottima, più che sufficiente per una famiglia con una fantastica vista sul mare, come potete vedere nella foto.

The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants.
Service Issues
• Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway.
• Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive.

On a positive note, the rooms are very spacious, which made the physical stay quite comfortable

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo soggiornato qui 4 giorni per la nostra luna di miele.
In fase di check-in abbiamo deciso di aggiungere il pacchetto lounge che comprende la camera vista mare. Consigliamo questo pacchetto anche se costa un po’ di più perché include i seguenti servizi: lettini spiaggia (altrimenti a pagamento 3300jpy), semplice colazione nella lounge (caffè, brioches, frutta, succhi, caffetteria) che vi permette così ti tenere il ticket valido per colazione/pranzo per il pranzo al ristorante Corallo. Si può decidere altrimenti di avere la colazione in camera.
Le camere sono molto pulite, curate e dotate di ogni servizio. Con il servizio lounge ci sono snack, bibite analcoliche durante il giorno e dalle ore 17:30 alle 20:00 anche bibite alcoliche. (Birre in bottiglia, vino alla spina, liquori..)
Il pranzo a buffet è molto vario e abbondante con i cuochi che fanno alcune cotture a vista (tempura, cerne di angus, noodles..)
Ci sono due ristoranti all’interno dell’hotel. Uno a buffet e uno alla carta.
La spiaggia ha una zona recintata anche in mare che vi permette di fare il bagno tranquilli senza il pericolo di incontrare pesci velenosi.
Il bagno in mare si può fare fino alle ore 18.
Il mare è davvero molto bello, la vista dalla camera fantastica.
Il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile anche se non parla molto inglese.
Nella via principale si possono trovare ristorantini per la sera e alcuni supermercati.
Se si vuole esplorare l’isola serve una macchina ma per arrivare all’hotel c’è il servizio shuttles bus pubblico se si ferma a Tiger Beach (a 200m dall’hotel).
Per il ritorno in aeroporto è possibile usare questo servizio oppure quello a pagamento fornito dall’hotel.

Hoshinoya has long been renowned for its impeccable service, and my recent visit was yet another shining example of that legacy. The hospitality extended by every member of the staff was not just excellent—it was extraordinary. Their warmth and attentiveness are what truly set Hoshinoya apart.
Although my tight travel schedule only allowed for a one-night stay, and I sadly missed out on the many indigenous activities the front desk staff enthusiastically recommended, the experience was still deeply fulfilling.
From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking scenery. Watching the sunset from my room was pure serenity—I could have sat there for hours, soaking in the view without ever growing tired.
But what truly touched me was the care shown to my family, especially our 3-month-old infant. Before our arrival, I had informed the hotel via email that we’d be traveling with our baby. To our amazement, they had not only prepared a cozy cot but also thoughtfully provided all the cleaning essentials for baby bottles. It was a level of consideration that far exceeded our expectations—something we’ve never encountered at any other hotel.
One moment that remains vivid in my memory was when a staff member, herself a mother, kindly helped us carry our stroller and luggage up to our second-floor room. Later that evening, while dining at Bellezza—the hotel’s exquisite fine-dining restaurant—our baby fell asleep, and the staff graciously brought out a cradle so he could rest comfortably. I was genuinely moved. What other fine-dining restaurant would offer such heartfelt service? Bellezza, without a doubt, stands alone.
🌟 In the end, what made our stay so memorable wasn’t just the stunning views or luxurious amenities—it was the exceptional professionalism and genuine kindness of the staff. They made our brief visit feel like a homecoming, and for that, I am truly grateful!

PPudding SuUn hotel molto grande, pulito e bellissimo. Puoi vedere delfini, razze e persino tartarughe marine nell'hotel (da vicino). Ha anche una spiaggia e una piscina private. C'è anche un negozio di souvenir al primo piano conveniente Inoltre, ci sono zuppa di noodle e colazione a buffet nella hall. Il riso al curry e gli hamburger di hot dog venduti a bordo piscina sono entrambi deliziosi! I prodotti da bagno forniti in camera sono molto profumati ~ Inoltre, poiché il mio ragazzo ha tatuaggi sulle mani e si è dimenticato di portare le maniche, inizialmente non poteva andare in piscina e in spiaggia. Più tardi, un membro dello staff ci ha aiutato a prendere in prestito un Giacca a maniche lunghe dell'hotel per poter giocare ad Water, l'atteggiamento di ogni dipendente nei confronti del servizio è davvero ottimo!

SSamcheeThis is a great option if you want to stay right in the heart of American Village. The hotel is brand new, which really shows in the condition of the rooms and facilities. The amenities were excellent - having a washer/dryer with 2 complimentary detergent packets daily was incredibly convenient, especially for a longer stay. The in-room fridge and microwave also made it easy to prepare simple meals instead of eating out all the time. The room itself felt more like an apartment, with a spacious living area, a balcony, and an amazing view overlooking American Village.
Location-wise, it’s perfect if your main focus is exploring American Village. However, beyond that, the area gets pretty quiet late at night once most of the village closes. In hindsight, I probably would have stayed further north as a base for visiting Okinawa’s northern attractions.
Unfortunately, the service experience was disappointing, especially after hours. During check-in, security refused to let me temporarily park in the open spaces while unloading luggage, claiming it would encourage everyone else to demand parking there. Considering the inconvenience of retrieving the car from the automated lift parking just to unload bags, the response felt unreasonable, so I ended up parking curbside instead.
Things got worse later that night when I accidentally left my key card in the room. I buzzed reception for assistance, but the staff member simply kept gesturing for me to tap my card to enter and refused to come help open the door despite me clearly explaining the situation. There was also no security staff present at the parking area to operate the automated parking lift when I returned, so I parked in the surface lot instead - only to be scolded by security the next morning during check-out.
Overall, the hotel itself and the facilities are excellent, but the inconsistent and unhelpful service significantly affected the experience.
