Giappone: hotel con bar nella provincia di Prefettura di Nagano

My wife and I stayed in a standard twin room for 5 nights in early May 25. The location is excellent as it is right beside the Nagano Station which was a key consideration for us given our travel plans around Nagano Prefecture. The station building has every modern convenience travellers require including supermarket, pharmacy, shopping and various food options. The room was functional but served our needs well. Only small quibble was that the bathroom was small and won't accommodate two adults in there at the same time. We were happy with the stay given the convenience

在白馬滑雪的旅程中，雖然不是自駕，交通稍顯不便（班次較少的接駁巴士有時無法完全配合需求），但酒店的前台服務讓我感受到了無比的溫暖與貼心。在此，我衷心感謝幾位前台服務人員的熱情協助與專業服務。 這次是一人首次前往白馬滑雪，對當地環境不熟悉，且沒有自駕，加上需要將行李寄回機場，過程中遇到了不少挑戰。首先特別感謝一位較年長的男服務員，他親切有禮，幫我辦理了宅急便速遞服務，過程十分細心，讓我倍感安心。 其次，感謝一位身材較矮、稍胖但滿面笑容的男服務員。他在得知我因接駁巴士未按時到達而在大堂苦等兩小時後，盡力協助我召喚計程車前往雪場，雖然最終未能成功，但他對我的堅持表示理解，並始終熱心幫助。當我回到酒店後，由於時間緊迫，他主動向上司請示，迅速協助安排酒店車送我到車站，以便我能趕上巴士和JR列車前往東京。同時，他還幫我提取寄存的行李並協助搬運，全程比我本人還焦急，讓我深受感動。由於事發當時過於匆忙，我未能當面表達感謝或給予小費，實在深感抱歉。 另外，還想表揚一位年輕的女服務員。她雖然經驗尚淺，但仍然細心負責，盡力解決我的問題，讓我感受到她的用心與專業。 在這次旅途中，這幾位服務人員的真誠與熱忱為我提供了極大的幫助。即使面對突發狀況，他們始終設身處地為住客著想，展現了卓越的服務態度。下次再訪白馬，我一定會再次選擇入住這家酒店，因為他們的服務讓人感到賓至如歸。再次感謝！ 另外，整理房間嘅員工們亦都很專業，禮貌盡責。至於酒店設備、整潔、裝修及餐廳食物質素及款式，都很讚。

Clean and spacious room, hotel nicely renovated. Breakfast spread not as great but food still delicious. Location wise, about 2-3min drive from outlet/train station, but shuttle buses are provided if you don’t drive.

Hotel is not so bad. But the breakfast view is amazing with variety of food. You can see Hakuba mountain view during you take breakfast in the morning.

I very recommend for this hotel best of all, free parking, wide room and the breakfast is the best of what I have before, i would forget and will come back to stay again.

Conveniently located - close to one end of the Prince Outlet from which the Karuizawa Train Station can be easily accessed on foot. Free shuttle bus services are available as well. Room was big and comfortable.

L'hotel è situato a pochi passi dalla stazione Karuizawa JR. È disponibile un servizio di autobus ogni mezz'ora al di fuori della stazione sud. Il bus è molto piccolo e a volte può essere abbastanza pieno, causando la gente a correre sul bus. Sarebbe meglio se l'hotel potesse creare un sistema di accoppiamento migliore o regolare la frequenza del servizio di bus pick-up. Credevo che l'hotel non avesse pubblicizzato abbastanza il servizio, perché è molto utile e efficace per creare più spazio per i passeggeri nel pick-up. Il colazione dell'hotel non è stile buffet, quindi andò all'hotel del principe Karuizawa West per fare colazione. Durante le ore di non picco, l'hotel offre un trasporto individuale gratuitamente, quindi sicuramente un plus. La primavera calda di Momiji è certamente una visita da visitare. Puli, moderne, igienico, esattamente quello che cerco in una primavera calda. Il servizio generale è eccellente.

L'hotel è in una posizione fantastica, a circa 700 m di distanza dalla stazione ferroviaria karuizawa. La stanza è compatta ma ha tutto e è pulita, le strutture sono fornite al lobby e si può prendere come necessario, come toner, pulizia e crema, lavatrice per capelli, lavatrice per denti, ci sono anche lavatrice per corpo. Ci sono bevande fornite agli ospiti, si può avere tè o caffè in qualsiasi momento. Il colazione dell'hotel viene nel menu del brunch, il cibo è bello e fresco. Ci sono anche molti ristoranti lungo questa strada per non preoccuparsi.

L'hotel è stato aperto presto, le strutture sono molto nuove e molto complete. L'uscita è una strada commerciale, anche se la maggior parte è un negozio, ma ci sono diversi ristoranti molto buoni per mangiare e viaggiare.L'hotel non è lontano dalla stazione ferroviaria di Liang Ze, e può guidare circa 1000 yen.
