Giappone: hotel con bar nella provincia di Prefettura di Kyoto

Soggiorno positivo, siamo stati bene. Camere abbastanza spaziose, soprattutto considerati gli standard giapponesi (noi eravamo in 4 con due bambini). La stazione ferroviaria è vicina, c’è anche un servizio navetta tra hotel e stazione, mentre le altre attrazioni sono un pò più distanti ma comunque facilmente raggiungibili con i mezzi.

First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional design and comfort your property offers. Kengo Kuma’s architectural brilliance, with its use of natural wood, thoughtful lighting, and integration of art pieces, creates a stunning and serene atmosphere. Additionally, the comfort of the rooms, the quality of the materials, the size of the beds, and the premium linens were truly impressive. In terms of design and comfort, your hotel sets a remarkable standard. However, I did encounter several service-related issues that I believe could be addressed to enhance the overall guest experience. I would like to share these points in the hope that they are helpful for future improvements: 1. Breakfast Lounge and Sushi Area: The proximity of these two areas creates a strong odor upon entering, which can be unpleasant. Improved ventilation could easily mitigate this issue. 2. Food and Beverage Service After Breakfast: The lack of food and beverage service after breakfast hours was inconvenient. At the very least, providing a space for guests to enjoy tea or coffee would be a welcome addition. 3. Room Service Availability: After a long journey, I was surprised to learn that room service was unavailable and that only rice balls could be provided. Expanding room service options would greatly improve the guest experience. 4. Flexibility with Breakfast Hours: Due to the time difference, I arrived slightly late for breakfast at 10:10 AM and was informed that nothing could be served. Even my request for tea did not receive a clear response. Greater flexibility in accommodating guests dealing with jet lag would be highly appreciated. 5. Lobby Services: The inability to offer anything to drink or even host a guest in the lobby felt restrictive. This could be improved to make the lobby a more welcoming space. 6. Spa Experience: I was unable to experience the renowned Banyan Tree spa as it was fully booked. Expanding spa reservation availability would help meet guest expectations for this signature offering. In summary, while the hotel excels in design and comfort, the service offerings seem to be constrained by rigid rules and limited hours, which can detract from the overall guest experience. I strongly believe that adopting a more flexible, guest-centered approach would significantly enhance satisfaction. If the above issues were addressed, I would certainly consider staying at your hotel again during my next visit to Kyoto. Camera grande, pulita e moderna. Anche le terme in loco sono fantastiche, dato che non tutti gli hotel di Kyoto offrono questo servizio. Trovandosi a Gion, ci sono molte attrazioni turistiche nelle vicinanze e anche molti ristoranti. L'hotel è piuttosto accogliente, quindi a volte la hall può sembrare un po' angusta, soprattutto quando ci sono molti ospiti. La colazione a buffet è abbondante e variegata.

Meglio di quanto mi aspettassi. L'apparecchiatura non è nuova, ma la manutenzione e la pulizia sono buone. Le cose accompagnate sono l'ultima. Sento che l'interno dell'edificio e della stanza, compresa l'ascensore, sono molto profonde. Il panorama della finestra è buono, è il compleanno, quindi sono felice di vedere l'oriente e il sole.

È un bel posto per soggiornare con un fantastico bar di tetto. La posizione è ok, non lontano dal tempio Kiyomizu dera, ma ancora parecchi autobus dalla stazione di Kyoto. L'hotel fornisce autobus per la stazione di Kyoto, ma solo consente il trasporto dei bagagli. Il colazione dal menu a la carte è principalmente omelette, quindi probabilmente si annoia dopo aver provato per due giorni consecutivi. Il caffè drippa fornito dall'hotel è sorprendente. In generale, una buona esperienza di soggiornare in questo hotel. Il bonus va ai prodotti di cute che hanno fornito gratuitamente.

Un hotel spazioso e ben attrezzato con un servizio costante. I prezzi aumentano notevolmente in alta stagione, ma è altamente raccomandato in bassa stagione. Se volete fare il bagno, consiglierei altri posti. La colazione offre quattro opzioni tra cui scegliere; consiglio vivamente il ristorante occidentale al piano -1, è molto bello e il cibo è delizioso, inoltre le cameriere sono tutte molto belle ed eleganti.

Hotel situato in posizione strategica, a due passi dalla stazione di Kyoto: perfetto per prendere qualsiasi mezzo di trasporto, sia per esplorare la città che per gite fuori porta. Abbiamo soggiornato in una Camera Superior, spaziosa rispetto agli standard giapponesi. Pulizia impeccabile, letti comodi e bagno sorprendentemente ampio. In camera sono presenti dei kit molto utili per il soggiorno. Una vera chicca è il bagno pubblico all’interno dell’hotel, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una lunga giornata di camminate. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chi cerca comfort, comodità e un tocco di relax durante la visita a Kyoto.

Everything was good except the service in hotel restaurants, which was exceptionally bad: 1) breakfast: waited for food for 40 mins, reminded the server 2 times - still nothing; 2) bar: a too long wait for a cocktail. the server said that as apology said cocktail won’t be in included in the bill… but it was there; 3) afternoon tea: told the staff that I dislike dairy products, but have no allergy. So, for example I can eat most sweets, but not the ones with a strong taste of mascarpone cream. In the end they gave me just a plate of fruit and when I remninded them of the above they… did nothing ) I stayed at this hotel and had afternoon tea there last year too - everything was fine then. All of the above are 3 different restaurants inside the hotel, so I wouldn’t recommend going to any restaurant there. In all other aspects except services related to food the hotel is good.

Questa è la seconda parte del mio soggiorno a Kyoto nello stesso hotel. Tutto ciò che ho scritto nella mia ultima recensione si applica anche a questo soggiorno. È stato comunque incredibilmente confortevole e rilassante. I servizi e l'ospitalità sono stati ottimi. La navetta per la stazione di Kyoto è stata molto comoda. Consiglio questo hotel a chiunque soggiorni a Kyoto.

Il mio soggiorno in questo hotel mi è assolutamente piacevole. Molto baby/kids friendly. Il prezzo è stato estremamente prezioso per i soldi. Molto grande camera per il Giappone standard, alcol di flusso libero - palla di alto, asahi, calpis sur, shochu, vino ogni notte al loro livello di pantry 2 notti fino alle 10:00. L'hotel dispone di bagno caldo per gli ospiti dell'hotel (uomo e donna separati), 3 bagni caldi e 1 piatto freddo. Adorava l'esperienza del bagno caldo. Anche se la diffusione non era così ampia era piuttosto timido. Molto comodo letto. Molto consigliato per le famiglie, coppie e anche i viaggiatori soli. La posizione può non essere troppo centrale, può dover prendere Uber o taxi che può essere costoso. L'hotel è vicino a un piccolo parco che era buono per le passeggiate mattina n prendendo qualche foto. Perfetto per le famiglie con bambini. Riuscivo a vedere alcuni fiori di ciliegia nel parco, così è stato molto felice.
