⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional service in Kanas – Charlie is a absolute star We have travelled all around Asia and China, and Charlie, the hotel manager, is genuinely one of the best we have ever met. We only stayed for two nights, but any problem we had, he helped us with immediately. The standout moment was when a thunderstorm was about to hit. We were just about to message him to ask a massive favour, if he could possibly take in our washing before the rain started. I checked my phone, and he had already messaged us to say he had already taken it in for us! He absolutely went the extra mile, and we cannot recommend this hotel enough. This guy should be working at the Marriott or Hilton! If you are visiting Kanas, stay here and you will be in incredible hands.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Resort Kanas Hemu was nothing short of exceptional. If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I absolutely would. What stood out most was the genuinely warm hospitality and extraordinary thoughtfulness of the team. From the moment we arrived, we felt that our special occasion was not jusy simply noted, but sincerely celebrated. That personal touch transformed an already wonderful stay into a truly memorable one with decorations and cakes prepared all in advance. A very special mention must go to William Shan, whose professionalism, attentiveness and heartfelt care deserve the highest recognition. William consistently went above and beyond, anticipating our needs and ensuring that every detail of our stay was handled with remarkable thoughtfulness. He and his team who create this kind of guest experience are a tremendous asset to any hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises William’s and his team contribution. The hotel itself is superb. Our room and the entire property is sparkling clean, comfortable and exceptionally well maintained. The buffet breakfast iss excellent, with a wonderful variety and quality that made each morning something to look forward to. On top of that, hotel provides free photography, cable ride to the mountain and grassland ski to complete a beautiful memorable stay in Hemu. Considering the level of service, cleanliness, comfort and overall experience, the value for money was outstanding. Most importantly, this was hospitality with heart. It is easy for a hotel to provide a clean room and a good breakfast; it is far more difficult to make guests feel genuinely welcomed, remembered and cared for. William and his team at Holiday Inn Resort Kanas Hemu achieved way beyond that. Future visitors: do not make the mistake of overlooking this hotel. A stay here is an experience you will remember, and choosing elsewhere may well leave you wondering why you didn’t stay here instead. 專程來吉克普林這邊探索我冬天入住的酒店，這家酒店我覺得是雪場周邊性價比和品質雙在線的首選酒店！酒店有種類非常多很豐富的早餐，對比旁邊好的不是一個檔次，吃完了才想起來拍照。酒店還有午餐晚餐和酒吧，價格比山下略貴，但是比村裡便宜還好吃、酒吧就不用説了，滑完雪回來和朋友們隨便喝，轉頭就可以回房間休息，不用再叫車回住的地方。還有棋牌室衹不過我沒去看，酒店距離雪場出行方便，來回特別便捷，對於滑雪的遊客非常友好。酒店可以接收雪具快遞幫忙存放，超級貼心。還有就是很多種房型都帶陽台，下雪站在陽台上看路燈想想就美，這個體驗會很棒。我訂的這間房窗外就是絕美雪山風景，白天看雪景、晚上看落日，度假體驗直接拉滿，下個月開板了一定長住！

The full mark service score is strictly for the young male staff serving us during check-in. This staff is friendly and professional . Hotel is located in a good location, very convenient and close to the main transfer centre. Good breakfast with a great spread. Bedding was comfortable in our 2 rooms. Whilst the hotel advertises as opened in 2026, the facility lacks maintenance and looks quite untidy and at some places, dirty. For improvements: 1)stairway in building 2 needs a thorough clean as full of cigarette butts and ashes on steps; as hotel has no lift and the stairway is the main thoroughfare to rooms for guests. 2) Female front desk needs further training on customer service. 3) attention to cleaning and maintenance in rooms as shower in the 2 rooms we stayed is half blocked and water drained very slowly.
