Sud Africa: hotel con piscine nella provincia di Provincia del Nordovest

Very slow sluggish check-in, wifi does not work half the time very slow, and the light goes off every so often and the AC has to reset should woke me up all night long. Location is very nice but everything else needs mayor improvement, I do see the owners and everything work hard but they are definitely missing the bigger picture.

È stata una visita incredibile dove tutti gli abitanti del resort erano amici e soddisfatti di tutte le nostre esigenze. Molto pulito e tranquillo per l'ambiente, meraviglioso safari e il cibo erano semplicemente deliziosi grazie per il piacevole soggiorno.

房間整潔衛生，寬敞。還有75cl 免費紅酒。 早餐豐富，早上有生蠔吃。 服務超5*。每個工作人員都十分專業，從你走進酒店一刻起，都會感受到他們的服務的細緻。半夜不適，可以打電話到接待，會有緊急隊到房間，clinic 要早上7點才有，住客是不用收費。 園區內幾間酒店/******/welcome centre (shopping mall)是可以行走過去，也可以坐他們的shuttle bus. 不想在酒店吃飯，可以到 welcome centre 吃。如要訂活動可以找他們待定，有會講普通話的員工啊。 再次感謝工作人員的照顧。

Unfortunately staff was not helpful, porters just steer at us , i was traveling with elder people and they did not help us with the luggage, refused to walk 5 car to get the luggage I informed the front desk and still they did nothing, overall activities were good and well organized , safari and balloon. Unforgettable experience, breakfast buffet was average to the price paid , beautiful location and very convenient. Hopefully management train staff in hospitality to a better standard .

We had an amazing stay at Kwa Maritane! The rate included half board and two thrilling game drives. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were fantastic, always friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend Kwa Maritane for a perfect safari getaway.

房間設施很老舊，但是外部大環境非常美，活動也很好，住店客人不用額外買衝浪樂園的門票，遊客中心可以預定滑索、鱷魚園、高爾夫…

La camera è ampia e confortevole, l'ambiente esterno è elegante, e il piano di sotto è **, e il ristorante cinese, le strutture sono più vecchie, non c'è sedile cinese, il caricamento del telefono cellulare è inconveniente.

The staff were great and very helpful although do seem to be constantly training new recruits. Generally you feel relaxed. Food isn't great but its not bad either. It is the best hotel in the town but does not feel like a top class Protea. More like a corporate driven entity rather than a unique experience - quite impersonal.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the place is quiet and not too busy. I enjoyed the swimming pool, but it can do with a little bit of cleaning by removing insects and leaves that keep floating around. I enjoyed my stay and willing to go back ❤️
