We had an amazing stay at Kwa Maritane! The rate included half board and two thrilling game drives. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were fantastic, always friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend Kwa Maritane for a perfect safari getaway.

A very nice location with few issues to sort out..the service is really bad...Our complaints were not entertained one bit..only one shower head was working...we had to take turns to shower....the kitchen windows did not have blinds or curtain and one could see it was taken out few days ago...we were not given the arm bands to access the water park only when we returned to reception the lady told us she forgot...the food at the restaurant takes more than an hour to make...no apology or anything was offered after a long wait both at dinner and breakfast....had to go to reception to borrow the iron after numerous calls without success..the unit does not have numbers which took us a lot of time locating our room...overall service is a nightmare in such a nice resort... The water park is the best ever...we enjoyed the slides and the warm pool...besides the service I would definitely go back...

The staff were great and very helpful although do seem to be constantly training new recruits. Generally you feel relaxed. Food isn't great but its not bad either. It is the best hotel in the town but does not feel like a top class Protea. More like a corporate driven entity rather than a unique experience - quite impersonal.

Il resort è situato in una zona tranquilla, offrendo un riposo pacifico. Era pulito, e l'ospite era abbastanza gentile da permetterci un check-in precoce. Uno dei punti di vista è il ristorante sul posto perfetto per quando non si sente come andare fuori. Avrei consigliato di provarlo. Le catene erano spaziose, offrendo spazio a tutti, i bambini avevano le loro letti, che era un grande plus. Tuttavia, mi è stato deluso che non fornivano essenze di base come acqua, tè, caffè, o zucchero nelle stanze, che era certamente un rilievo. Il lato luminoso è il braai che si può godere fuori dalla sua chalet e andare a piedi per un po' di acqua per un po' di rinfrescamento. La presenza di guardie di sicurezza ha anche aggiunto al nostro senso di sicurezza, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più confortevole.

房間整潔衛生，寬敞。還有75cl 免費紅酒。 早餐豐富，早上有生蠔吃。 服務超5*。每個工作人員都十分專業，從你走進酒店一刻起，都會感受到他們的服務的細緻。半夜不適，可以打電話到接待，會有緊急隊到房間，clinic 要早上7點才有，住客是不用收費。 園區內幾間酒店/******/welcome centre (shopping mall)是可以行走過去，也可以坐他們的shuttle bus. 不想在酒店吃飯，可以到 welcome centre 吃。如要訂活動可以找他們待定，有會講普通話的員工啊。 再次感謝工作人員的照顧。

The rooms were a lot smaller than expected, the pictures exaggerate the size. There were lots of things to do for families which was a positive. However, there were so many bugs and insects in the restaurant, it made it an extremely uncomfortable place to sit. They even had to turn off the lights to try and get the situation under control. We got there at 7.30pm and the place was trashed. The tables were very sticky and it was in desperate need of a deep clean. We regretfully ate there because there were no other options. We all got terribly sick on the first night because of the food, deeply disappointing.

Kosmos Manor si trova in una bella zona di Hartebeespoort. Abbiamo avuto una bella vista sul fiume dalla nostra stanza. Ci siamo salutati da personale amichevole che erano disposti a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. La stanza stessa aveva grandi strutture e era molto pulita. Il bagno aveva un riscaldamento sotterraneo che era meraviglioso! L'intero posto si sentiva tanto come casa, e ci piaceva un delizioso colazione al mattino di checkout.

The hosts were lovely! I was suffering from jer lag so I had fallen asleep before they came to welcome us but the following day they came to say hi as well. The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. Very clean. Spotless! Comfy beds and sofas. Got to see some giraffe and zebras as well as impalas. Amazing sunsets. Will defo go back next year when I return for my annual visit home.

We loved our stay at Ukutula, staff were very welcoming, room was comfortable, outdoor pool/gardens were great. We had dinner whilst there and food and service was excellent. Guides are very informative and the animal interactions were amazing. We will definitely visit again in the near future.

Abbiamo avuto un tempo incredibile al loggio. Eccellenti impianti, fantastici e personale amichevole. Le strutture safari erano molto sicure, sicure e perfette. Ci è anche divertito un safari amichevole dei bambini. Il cibo è stato fornito in tempo e hanno sempre avuto scelte vegetariane per noi. Globale - molto raccomandato.
