非常滿意的一趟淡路島之旅因為有了咱們酒店更加出彩。一切都是最好的安排，從京都過來中間轉了巴士，通過攜程平台確認了接站，到了時間因為還早大戰車奉上旅遊劵讓我們坐上免費穿梭巴直接去消費（行李拉回酒店），咱們用消費券在HelloKitty補上了午餐及冰淇淋。入住時男侍從都是跪式服務，確認下來晚餐及次日外出訊息，入住的房間獨棟圓屋像蒙古包帶着觀景陽台與木質浴池，房間細微之處都是當地特色（梳粧盒，免費mini吧/甜品，洗臉盆都是木化石）居中屋頂透明留空還能觀星象，在這裏的5天我們享受了美食，尤其是晚餐不重複滴換着各種風格，讓我驚訝的是女服務員可以在晚餐表演薩克斯及長笛，而且島上有一處像舞台一樣的餐廳也可以享受到服務員的音樂素養表演，5天給的20000消費券足夠你中午外出免費各種吃，我們還在大蘋果那裡給孩子用券買了HelloKitty專賣禮物，這段淡路島之旅比京都之旅還更加難忘，而且民風淳樸人人都在為帶動淡路島旅遊在努力，值得稱讚下次我還會帶孩子來玩

This is a great family-friendly hotel, featuring both indoor and outdoor playgrounds that are perfect for kids. The breakfast is good and offers a satisfying start to the day. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Meriken Park, making it ideal for a relaxing stroll or sightseeing. It also provides a shuttle service to and from Sannomiya. Do note that the pick-up and drop-off points are at different locations, and the shuttle bus departs punctually. The room is spacious, which adds to the overall comfort of the stay.

Pensavo di essere vuoto se fossi al giorno del lavoro, ma sembrava un errore. Qui crowd si muove, lo sanno tutti. Questo è un buon hotel, non importa la posizione, il cibo e la pulizia, è soddisfacente. Questo è l'hotel che voglio andare di nuovo. Raccomandazione ^_^

Я не строила ожиданий от этой поездки и была в приятном шоке! Во первых сам городок такой красивый и уютный, ты не спешишь и наслаждаешься! Во-вторых отель на высшем уровне! Сервис и вежливость персонала поражает, красота внутреннего пространства отеля и дворика! Поразительной красоты Онсен при отеле, все продумано до мельчайших деталей! Номера в отеле очень аутентичные, как и все в целом, а шведский стол на завтрак шикарный! Также трансфер продуман и конечно юката просто чудесная и на любой размер! Говорить могу вечно о том какое же удовольствие я получила! Благодарю!

Love this onsen hotel very much. My one night stay includes breakfast and dinner. All dishes are tasteful and made with heart, room is spacious. We love the 美景日式房帶露天風呂, and one cave onsen free of charge with high privacy. Nice stay and we will be back agin.

Per molto la migliore esperienza di hotel/resort che abbia mai incontrato. Non solo abbiamo viaggiato con una famiglia di 5 ma abbiamo avuto 10 bagagli in totale che hanno aiutato a organizzare e consegnare alla nostra stanza, anche se era davvero pesante. Acomodato a tutto ciò che abbiamo bisogno e chiesto e super benvenuto. I piccoli dettagli che avrebbero fatto avrebbero impresso nella mia memoria per la vita, per esempio ricordare quali scarpe avevamo, preparare i nostri pantaloni, spiegare i nostri pasti e fornire un giacca senza chiedere. Spero che questo raggiunga il manager che ha fatto il massimo sforzo per assicurarsi che fossimo felici e guardati. Si consiglia a tutti i nostri familiari e amici questo posto. 1000/10 S +++

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and always willing to help with any request. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout my stay. The view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more memorable. The food was also excellent, with a great variety of delicious dishes. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Great Location. No subway needed for Shibuya. Sauna is quite small. Free Ramen at the night. So tasty.

We stayed in Arima to experience the gold Onsen. The rooms were fantastic, I absolutely loved the shower in the room. The tatami mattress beds were well cushioned. Though the rooms were a bit small. The table area and sleeping area were the same. During meal times the staff would enter the rooms to convert the table area to bed area vice Versa. From Osaka it was an approx 45 mins train ride and the airport shuttle was very fast. The good thing about using trip.com was that I could utilise the free internet call to call for hotel shuttle

The “sea view” was very disappointing and honestly not what I expected at all when booking this room. What made the experience worse was the pricing issue. After my booking became non-refundable, the hotel price dropped by around 30%, which was shocking. I’ve never had this happen before. The explanation that the lower price was a different non-refundable rate doesn’t fully justify such a big drop. On top of that, trip.com customer service only gave me an update after I followed up four times, which was frustrating. Check-in was also a poor experience. We arrived around 9pm with a child, and there was no staff at the ground floor to help with luggage at all, even though the reception is on the 17th floor. After check-in, there was again no assistance with luggage, which was very inconvenient when travelling with a child. Despite my booking clearly stating one adult and one child, there were no kids’ amenities provided, not even a child’s toothbrush.
