The hotel is very convenient, it’s close to metro susukino station exit 4 within 3 minutes walking distance. Many local restaurants, shopping centres, shopping area and department stores nearby. And tons of convenient stores as well. The most grateful is one of the front desk staff Miss Tsutsui, she just tried her best on my missing parcel to figure out where is it, she did find out finally! Thanks for her kind assistance in this matter! Highly recommended this hotel in Sapporo!

I recently stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo for three nights in a Standard Family Room on the 7th floor and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The room comfortably accommodated our group of four, and we were pleasantly surprised to find two separate bathrooms with bathtubs, which added a significant level of convenience for our family. While the room did not offer any particular views, the value for money was undeniable. The hotel's buffet spread was another highlight of our stay. With a wide variety of options, it catered well to different tastes and preferences, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. A couple of logistical aspects made our stay even more seamless. We were able to return our rental car directly at the hotel, having rented from Toyota Rent-a-Car. This saved us a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, we utilized the Airport Bus service from the hotel, purchasing tickets easily at the front desk on the day of our departure. This convenience allowed us to relax and enjoy our last moments in Sapporo without any stress. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the excellent service. We had purchased quite a bit of chocolate from the Royce Chocolate Factory, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by accepting and storing our delivery until we arrived a day or two later. This level of service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel's location is another significant advantage. It is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it very accessible. For those interested in exploring local shopping areas, Tanuki Koji is a manageable 30-minute walk away. Overall, the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo offers excellent value for money with its well-appointed rooms, great amenities, convenient location, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.

Great room for a great price in a great location! Super convenient to be right next to Sapporo station for a short trip in and out of Sapporo. The staff was super friendly and accommodating during check in and check out. The double twin room was bigger than a typical ekimae hotel. I would stay again next I’m in Sapporo and assuming the prices are the same.

We have stayed at hotels located in or very near major airports. Some have been good, but we have found those actually in the airport usually practice treating guests as prisoners who don’t have other good options. Service there is usually average at best and care of the property is often marginal. Not so with the Sapporo Portom International. We wish every major airport in the world had a hotel just like it. It is new, modern, comfortable, well maintained, and run by a professional helpful staff. Our room was a Superior Twin, a typical shoe-box shaped hotel room, this one on the big side. Those who frequent hotels know the typical shoe box room will suffice as long as it’s clean and the water is hot, but you also probably notice some owners do a lot more than others with their rooms to make guests comfortable. This room has all the latest high tech, from lights to tv to curtains to outlets for charging. There’s a safe, fridge, and nespresso coffee maker. The bathroom has a little wet room with separate tub and shower. However, unlike many Japanese hotel wet rooms we encountered, the shower was western style (rather than the onsen-style with both shower and faucet, sitting stool and big bowl). However, if you want an onsen bath, the real thing can be accessed on the 4th floor of the hotel where there is everything you need to cleanse and then soak in a public bath of hot mineral water. The hotel also appears to be designed to facilitate quiet and rest. It’s purposely dimly lit and located at one end of the international terminal away from other airport services. It has black-out curtains. The location, which helps keep it quiet, is about 15-minutes' walk from the domestic terminal where most of the airport’s services are located (just a Lawson's convenience store nearby the hotel as well as a Visitor Welcome Center type place). Even if your itinerary doesn’t take you to the domestic terminal side of the airport, if you have time, you’ll likely want to peruse the many shops and restaurants over there. If you’re technology challenged, make sure to quiz the staff member who accompanies you to your room on room features and how they work. At checkout we were provided an airport cart and they loaded our luggage on it for us. This cart together with moving walkways between the international and domestic terminals removed a lot of the burden of crossing the airport on foot with luggage. We wanted to avoid rushing from the Sapporo city center to catch a 40-minute train or taxi to the airport for an early morning flight. The Sapporo Portom International was perfect, plus it afforded us a final onsen experience in Japan. Please build more.

Best hotel for all the way. The staffs were so helpful. The room was big n give us nice view of sapporo city. I requested moslem meals for take a way breakfast, they prepared very well. I have very pleasant trip n stay in sapporo. Thank you

Very clean, parking space just outside the hotel, close to the main street where all the shops are. The room was very nice and cozy, view from the room is great. Top floor has public bath with great view, it’s very convenient that you can check from room TV if public bath is full or not.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera tripla. C’era un letto in rotolamento extra oltre a due letti gemelli. Quindi lo spazio disponibile era molto limitato, ma siamo riusciti ancora a preparare le nostre tre valigie grandi. Il personale era bello e utile. Il colazione era grande, con una vasta gamma di scelte, tutti i piatti locali attraenti erano là, cioè sashimi riso bollo, garage di curry di zuppa, giapponese BBQ Yakiniku, rami di zuppa, puff di crema, Ice-cream ... Hotel is strategic. Right opposite JR train station. Morning seafood market is just right behind. Receptionists very friendly. They helped us to book early morning cab to airport. This hotel provide free drinks and free toiletries including facial products and massage gel for hotel’s guests. Although we are not allowed to check in at any time before 3pm, but we may keep our luggage there if we arrived earlier than check in time. Highly recommended.

Location 10/10 - Literally next to Hakodate's main train station, in front of the morning market, surrounded by local seafood restaurants and convenient store (Also next to the bay/sea) Room - Big and spacious! Surprised by this for sure, and it is very clean. Onsen - It has a great view of Hakodate, and a nice study space outside of Onsen Parking - If you are driving, they have parking spots in front but it is on a first come first serve basis

Great hotel with many famous restaurants nearby, you can walk to the morning market and very close to Jr station. Convenience store is just at downstair, only thing need to note is carpark is charged by hourly basis and is not provided by the hotel themselves

Hotel was in good location next to morning seafood market and short walk to red warehouse. Bath house was clean with panaromic view of the city and coastline. Room was clean and new. Comes with free washing machine. Hotel carpark was convenient although we need to pay for it (1000 yen per day) Highly recommend.

We stayed at Century Marina for our first night in Hokkaido and originally chose it for its proximity to most of the sites we wanted to see in Hakodate. It's just a few minute walk from the train station with plenty of sidewalks so pulling our suitcases was no issue. The hotel also has a large parking lot if you choose to drive. It's also just a few minute walk from the warehouse district and the older area up the hill where a lot of historical embassies and churches are. The hotel's breakfast buffet is an experience itself with an extensive spread of both Japanese and Western food options. You will reserve a time slot when checking in, but even then you should expect a 10-20 minute wait in the morning to get your table, so its best to go up before your reserved time. This hotel also has one of the best rooftop onsen I've seen, with wonderful views of the whole marina and hill. When booking I didn't realize there was a hot springs so this was a nice surprise. Our room was right next to the elevator but very quiet and clean. This is a newer hotel too so everything felt very fresh and well-maintained. We checked in using Japanese, but the hotel has check-in info packets and signs in English so this is a good option for non-Japanese speaking guests as well.

初めて利用させていただきました。ラグジュアリーなホテルで、特筆すべきは朝食！ 私達は、１泊目はアゼリアでビュッフェ、２泊目は松前で和食の選択をしました。 ビュッフェでは、それこそ今まで見たこともないようなイクラの山盛りがあったり、超ゴージャスな海鮮丼を作る事ができたりして、ホントすごかった。 ２泊目の松前も、とっても素敵なお膳で、私はイクラ御膳をチョイスしましたが、これも超満足。 友人はひつまぶし御膳で、それもすごく美味しそうでした！ お部屋も、広くて手入れも行き届いており、老舗の風格プラス現代的な機能性もあり、良かったです。

The staff at the reception speaks fluent English, which is good. Sth dramatic happened after I checked in. Somehow my suitcase cannot be unlocked,though I knew the key number. So I had to call reception for help, luckily they do have the tool to open the suitcase, but I was told to wait because someone else were using it and I was supposed to be called after the reception got the tool. Waited whole night long, with no phone call, and had to check out the next morning with my broken suitcase. So if you find your suitcase cannot be opened, go find reception immediately or u might not get the chance to use the tool, haha

Molto bene, fantastico, ma un po'deluso è che c'è un nuovo hotel vicino. Il paesaggio sul mare è bloccato, e il personale della reception e della sala sono molto educati.Attraverso il puliziatore del corridoio 々 e il saluto sono molto felici (ogni volta che si soggiorna), cibo e viaggi sono molto convenienti. Puoi raggiungere la stazione di Xiaojiang attraverso il mento, quindi è molto utile quando il tempo è male. Il cibo dell'hotel è molto delizioso. Lo consiglio davvero.

Amazing location (10min walk from JR Station, 12-15min walk to main shopping street), great view facing the canal. Staff were very friendly. Overall facilities seemed old but very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this hotel to others!

We absolutely loved this ryokan experience! Stayed for 2d1n as a couple and absolutely loved the place! We booked the room with the private onsen and it was a lovely small space on the 2nd floor we could enjoy privately. The onsen is not too big, maybe 1.5 x 1.5 meters, but it was spacious for the two of us. We also found out that you can book a 45 minute slot for a separate private onsen for about ¥2200, which we may have done instead, had we known about it before booking. The japanese-style room was comfortable and had the usual amenities provided, alongside other nice additions like lotions and creams. The staff helped us to set up our futon (japanese-style bed) after dinner, and it was overall a very comfortable experience. The staff are super friendly and service was incredible. We got the dinner and breakfast package and the food was excellent. We had to choose both the dinner slot in advance, and it is first-come-first-serve. Dinner was served to us in the room over 1.5h and was a really amazing 12-course meal with instructions on the eating order. Breakfast was more standard, but still nice, we took it in the dining hall. The lounge is open till 10pm and we could take drinks and refreshment freely, including some small snacks and soft drinks. But they stop serving beer at 9pm. The onsens also have mini-fridges with free popsicles. There is also an outside area you can access from 3pm - 9pm that serves hot coffee and wine, with free marshmallows you can roast on the outside firepit. It was really nice. The garden is by far the nicest part of the hotel, it is really big and well decorated, with many nice places for photos and to enjoy a hot drink from the lounge. The space is quite large and might take about 20 minutes to fully explore. The only downside I can think of is that the location is quite hard to access. We chose to get to and from the ryokan by taxi, but there is also a shuttle bus service, from what I understand. When we arrived, the reception told us that there would be a shuttle bus leaving at 10:45 to Otaruchikko station. We still ended up requesting a taxi from the front desk though, which they were happy to help us book (I couldn't get any taxis by cab in the location). Overall a really amazing stay that we would absolutely recommend. The price tag might seem high for a ”3 star” hotel, but the ranking is deceptive, we absolutely had a 5 star experience. Good hotel stay with plenty of extra amenities and storage to make your stay comfy. Smoking area for smoking guests stinks the whole lobby as you walk through reception to the lift, which is a shame. It is a non smoking hotel. Close to the sightseeing spots and about 10 mins walk to JR Station and supermarket.

Il panorama della sala da soggiorno e della camera da letto è fantastico, sembra valere la pena di fare una gita, ma è solo un paesaggio.Il mobilio ha un'atmosfera antica e profumata, che corrisponde molto bene all'atmosfera della zona vacanze.La grande camera da letto non è calda, ma è sempre piena di acqua calda, ed è una buona cosa entrare in qualsiasi momento. Aprii la finestra della camera da letto, ascoltando le onde del mare del Giappone e guardando il bellissimo panorama del mare del Giappone.E'molto bello preparare abbastanza maglia.Quando ho cenato, ho mangiato un corso speciale di suite ”Presil” nel ristorante. Ci sono molte cose, e il volume è grande, quindi posso mangiare delizioso.Il vino è anche molto economico e molto buono.Posso mangiare con le mutandine, il personale femminile è molto amichevole, e mi piace cenare.Chiedo al caramello bianco come piatto aggiuntivo, ma molto delizioso e soddisfacente. Il ristorante offre anche ”magnifico creativo”.Mentre si gode il paesaggio e si gode di una colazione rilassata sul sedile.E'molto bello poter ottenere birra gratis dalla mattina.A proposito, mi piace il modello unico di capelli dei dipendenti maschi.Questa volta sono molto soddisfatto. Se c'è una possibilita', voglio restare.

　小樽の町には何度か泊まったことが有りますが、今回は小樽市を高いところから一望しようと小樽天狗山ロープウェイに寄ってから、横移動してホテルに到着しました。玄関近くの駐車スペースに車を停めました。玄関を入ると自動検温器があり、消毒液を手にスプレーして、順番待ちのためフロント前で休憩。8階の2809号室のツインルームに入りました。室内設備は、一般のホテルと同等に完備されていました。窓からは、ホテル横の道路や近くの山の景色が見えました。札幌市に住む友達がホテルのフロント前1階レストランで夕食を予約してくれていたので、友達と一緒に会食となりました。混んではいませんでしたので、コース料理を、話しながらゆっくりと楽しむことができました。館内は、室内プール、フィットネスも有りましたが、1泊だけでしたので利用できませんでした。修学旅行生も大勢泊まっていたので、土産物ショップは結構若者が来ていました。朝食は、2階のレストランでブッフェスタイルでした。食べ物も結構揃っているので腹一杯になりました。朝一番で大浴場に行きましたが、ほとんど人が居なくでゆったりと入れました。チェックアウト出ホテルを出てからは、上方に登り、ループの道路と朝里川ダムと紅葉を見てから帰路につきました。1泊ではもったいないリゾートタイプのホテルでした。
