What struck us the most was the kindest customer service and professionalism that the team and especially Peach have provided us. The ability to communicate and be understood is invaluable especially when one is travelling. We will return again in the near future. Modern Comfort with Exceptional Service. We recently stayed at this brand new hotel for 3 nights and was thoroughly impressed. As someone who travels frequently and appreciated good design and hospitality, this property hit all the right notes. The ambience & Room: The hotel features a clean and medern design. My room was a decent size-not too small for 2 people-and perfectly maintained. ิิิิฺ-Modern amenities including a Nespresso machine and a smart TV with Netflix made our stay very comfortable when snowing outside. -Attentive and consistent housekeeping. The room was refreshed daily with plenty of drinking water provided. Service: The staff here are the true stars. They are genuinely friendly, always greeting us with a smile. They went beyond by help to pre-booking a fixed-rate taxi for our airport transfrer, which made our early morning departure stress-free. Location and Dining: While the hotel isn't right in the hustle and bustle of the center area, it is within easy walking distance to everything. The subway is just around the corner but we prefer walking for observation. The surrounding area is packed with great local dining options. Plus, the hotel's own restaurant is quite a great choice for a great dinner. A Small Note for Improvement: The only thing I missed was the ability to slightly crack open a window. As someone sensitive to room temperature during sleep (especially in winter), having a bit of fresh air would have made the stay even more perfect. Verdict: Highly recommended for those who valure cleanliness, modern aesthetics, and top-tier service. We would definitely stay here again next time.

After spending six days in MGallery Hotel Sapporo, I can safely say this is not an ordinary hotel. Reception at 5 pm was professional, efficient and friendly. I didn’t have to wait. Well done. Takako and Cindy provided a warm, informative and professional service. The concierge was helpful and welcoming. Very useful in a freezing outdoor climate - thank you Alex.  My room was as requested, 524. I booked a king room and it met my expectations. The design is lovely.  The bathroom is not huge, but is well appointed with a bath and a separate shower. The room is very quiet and I had a very pleasant sleeping experience.  The hotel and my room are in excellent condition, with a high standard of decor and presentation. Clearly recently renovated. The design is first class. It combines a beautiful Japanese style, with classical and traditional designs. The result is very pleasant - Chic! WiFi worked well. The room airconditioning was a little too hot for me, so I turned it off, and that was fine for me. The two guest’s lifts are fast and worked well over the six floors.  House keeping is also of a high standard as you would expect from a high end Accor hotel. This is especially so in Japan where service is an art form.  I had access to the executive lounge.  It was a good experience. It provides a comfortable and cosy atmosphere, and the food quality is nice. The chefs are friendly and caring, thank you James. The lounge staff are first class. Thank you very much to Yokiku, Kaumini and chief Minoru for your attentive and excellent service. I appreciated your kind service.  The only negative I am sorry to say is the occasional noisy foreigners who don’t appreciate the quiet, polite, refined and subtle Japanese culture.  The location is convenient, and is about 15 minutes easy walk from the main Shinkansen station. Being in a built up area there aren’t any views of parks etc, but rather the city landscape. The hotel is 5-10 minutes walk to a variety of wonderful shopping areas.  Additionally, there are major shopping malls in the Shinkansen station area. Nearby, you can find many restaurants that should suit most people’s cuisine, budget and type of food.  Taxies are available at the hotel entrance. Buses and subway stations are nearby and provide access to various parts of the city. There are several attractions within 30-60 minutes of the hotel such as temples, museums and regional attractions. Ms Takako provided excellent suggestions.  To be fair, I read the Hotel’s web reviews. I noticed that the negative comments were from years ago, before the hotel became an Accor hotel two years ago. I noticed most of the more recent reviews are positive.  A special thank you to all the other warm staff for their excellent and polite hospitality. Having experienced hotels in every continent, this one stands out. The service and attention to detail is in a class of its own. Clearly, this is a special Hotel - undoubtedly, due to the hotel’s leadership.   Finally, a heartfelt thank you to the General Manager, Mr Ted Kitahara, and his management team. Mr Ted introduced himself to me by chance. He made me feel very welcome, and was most kind to enlighten me about the hotel’s design and its interesting history. I hope to meet the Japanese architect one day! Overall, an extremely pleasant and first-class experience. I look forward to visiting again.  Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Portom International Hokkaido and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The hotel feels very new and modern, and everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The onsen was one of our favourite parts of the stay. It was beautifully designed, peaceful, and a great way to relax after a long day. We also appreciated having access to a well-equipped gym, which was spotless and had everything needed for a good workout. The room amenities were surprisingly comprehensive. It wasn’t just the usual toiletries—they even provided thoughtful extras like air freshener, onsen pj, actual pj, bedroom slippers which made the stay feel extra comfortable and convenient. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and quality of the facilities really stood out. Portom International Hokkaido made our trip even more enjoyable, and we’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and premium stay near the airport.

Exceptional Private Onsen & Hokkaido Flavors. Overall Impression: A perfect blend of convenience and cozy. Despite the bustling atmosphere and classic, dark decor, the private onsen and dining experience make this a standout choice in the area. Hightlights: The room: Spacious with beautiful wooden floors and a private outdoor onsen. Soaking in the heat while snow falls is pure magic. Features like the ”His&Her” sinks and an in-room massage chair make our stay more comfortable. All complimentary in the room adds a thoughful touch. Dining: The buffet offers and impressive variety of local dishes alongside beautifully plated mains. Even when busy, the staff sustematically managed the seating, ensuring we enjoyed the stunning winter views comfortably. The Hokkaido cheese pizza and dessert are absolute must-tries. Location and Service: Perfectly situated in the heart of the sightseeing district, with famous sweet shop right nearby. The complimentary valet parking and polight, perfessional staff made our stay seamless. Observations: Atmosphere: The common areas can feel a bit crowded due to its popularity. Design: The room interiors are a bit outdated and lean toward very dark tones, and notably, Netflix is not available on the in-room TV. Note: Windows are fixed; ventilation is managed via the onsen balcony door. Verdict: Highly recommended for foodies and onsen lovers who want to be the center of the action.

L'hotel è situato alla fine di Tanukoji, quindi è a distanza dalla zona principale, anche se ancora passeggiabile. Nota che il bagno non ha spazio per mettere i vestiti secchi e dovrai portarli fuori, a meno che non ti dispiace che il fondo dei pantaloni si bagni. Non molto conveniente per i gruppi di genere misti, anche se ci è un cieco che si può disegnare ma ancora visibile dalla riflessione specchio. La stanza è situata nell'edificio allegato che ha molte scale, quindi non così conveniente anche per gli anziani. In generale, hotel decente ma consigliato solo se non si sono problemi a piedi o a guidare.

Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono’s architecture, environment, interior design, and lighting design were all truly wonderful. We were consistently impressed by the excellence of service, which made our visit even more memorable. The food and beverage service was warm and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. The front desk and transportation team were outstanding in assisting us with our trip activities and transport arrangements. Additionally, the housekeeping department did a fantastic job in keeping our room clean and tidy. It is evident that the hardware and software (the staff) at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono are perfectly matched. We are so glad we chose to stay at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono We look forward to returning in the future!

I booked the hotel a few months ago so I could get a very good price for staying with OMO5. Very comfortable and energetic hotel, especially the common area was a place for relaxing and chill. They have a different set up during the day and at night. The highlight of this hotel is the free shuttle bus services, going around the city, and the paid shuttle service to go up the hill to see the sunset. You would be knowing how chaotic it could be up there so it’s good to have a shuttle bus bringing you up and down back to the hotel door. Also, the hotel offer free tours and I joined the free market walking tour and a bus tour to Onuma National Park. By staying one night, I could use the services before the check in and after the check out, so basically it covered 2 days activities when I was in Hakodate. it’s a super value offer, and I really feel this hotel group has thoughts from traveler’s perspective and try their best to give the best experience and to help reducing hassles for us. Definitely I will book with hotels under Hoshino Resort Group again. Thank you very much.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay very comfortable from check-in to check-out. The location is excellent, only about a 3-minute walk from the tram station, which makes getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants nearby, so finding food is never a problem. The room was clean and well maintained, and the onsen was very nice and relaxing after a long day. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel. Lovely views, great Onsen, stylish interior. The free drinks, including beer and spirits was a massive bonus. The rooms were large and comfortable, although in the annex the sound proofing between floors wasn’t great. Didn’t eat at the hotel but there’s a 7-11 opposite and a few nice but simple places nearby. Highly recommend Marukosuisan, a basic fish restaurant with unbelievable Scallops at very low prices.
