Modern Comfort with Exceptional Service. We recently stayed at this brand new hotel for 3 nights and was thoroughly impressed. As someone who travels frequently and appreciated good design and hospitality, this property hit all the right notes. The ambience & Room: The hotel features a clean and medern design. My room was a decent size-not too small for 2 people-and perfectly maintained. ิิิิฺ-Modern amenities including a Nespresso machine and a smart TV with Netflix made our stay very comfortable when snowing outside. -Attentive and consistent housekeeping. The room was refreshed daily with plenty of drinking water provided. Service: The staff here are the true stars. They are genuinely friendly, always greeting us with a smile. They went beyond by help to pre-booking a fixed-rate taxi for our airport transfrer, which made our early morning departure stress-free. Location and Dining: While the hotel isn't right in the hustle and bustle of the center area, it is within easy walking distance to everything. The subway is just around the corner but we prefer walking for observation. The surrounding area is packed with great local dining options. Plus, the hotel's own restaurant is quite a great choice for a great dinner. A Small Note for Improvement: The only thing I missed was the ability to slightly crack open a window. As someone sensitive to room temperature during sleep (especially in winter), having a bit of fresh air would have made the stay even more perfect. Verdict: Highly recommended for those who valure cleanliness, modern aesthetics, and top-tier service. We would definitely stay here again next time.

Ho avuto un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso all'Hotel Sosei Sapporo (MGallery Collection) e lo consiglierei assolutamente a chiunque visitasse Hokkaido. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, l'hotel era già fuori con la sua bella entrata e lobby. Have been to this airport 3 times, 1st time using this hotel to catch the early morning flight out. It’s ambience quite an eerie experience, a bit difficult to find the hotel initially 😄 Altrimenti la stanza era grande, il bagno e le amnistie erano grandi! Il personale era molto utile e amichevole. Despite the bustling atmosphere and classic, dark decor, the private onsen and dining experience make this a standout choice in the area. Hightlights: The room: Spacious with beautiful wooden floors and a private outdoor onsen. Soaking in the heat while snow falls is pure magic. Features like the ”His&Her” sinks and an in-room massage chair make our stay more comfortable. All complimentary in the room adds a thoughful touch. Dining: The buffet offers and impressive variety of local dishes alongside beautifully plated mains. Even when busy, the staff sustematically managed the seating, ensuring we enjoyed the stunning winter views comfortably. The Hokkaido cheese pizza and dessert are absolute must-tries. Location and Service: Perfectly situated in the heart of the sightseeing district, with famous sweet shop right nearby. The complimentary valet parking and polight, perfessional staff made our stay seamless. Observations: Atmosphere: The common areas can feel a bit crowded due to its popularity. Design: The room interiors are a bit outdated and lean toward very dark tones, and notably, Netflix is not available on the in-room TV. Note: Windows are fixed; ventilation is managed via the onsen balcony door. Verdict: Highly recommended for foodies and onsen lovers who want to be the center of the action.

Best in class resort for design and hardware. Exceptional personal touch by managers and senior team. Terrific on-site dining options. Love the Italian, Chinese and Japanese restaurants. Ski in ski out. Beautiful indoor pool and jacuzzis. Equipped gym. Private onsens available in certain room types. Bit of a indoor bug infestation problem and general staff need more training, given hotel rate class. Otherwise the nearest to perfection stay in any ski resort anywhere in the world!

I booked the hotel a few months ago so I could get a very good price for staying with OMO5. Very comfortable and energetic hotel, especially the common area was a place for relaxing and chill. They have a different set up during the day and at night. The highlight of this hotel is the free shuttle bus services, going around the city, and the paid shuttle service to go up the hill to see the sunset. You would be knowing how chaotic it could be up there so it’s good to have a shuttle bus bringing you up and down back to the hotel door. Also, the hotel offer free tours and I joined the free market walking tour and a bus tour to Onuma National Park. By staying one night, I could use the services before the check in and after the check out, so basically it covered 2 days activities when I was in Hakodate. it’s a super value offer, and I really feel this hotel group has thoughts from traveler’s perspective and try their best to give the best experience and to help reducing hassles for us. Definitely I will book with hotels under Hoshino Resort Group again. Thank you very much.

I absolutely love Hanabishi Hotel — I had the best 2-night stay here. The hotel is quiet with no large tour groups, and I really enjoyed the traditional feel and relaxing vibes. I tried all of their room types, and my favorite is the futon room with a private onsen. The futon is very comfortable, and the room itself is incredibly spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful, even assisting me with arranging taxi service. The location is convenient, only about a 10-minute drive from Hakodate Airport. I also loved both the breakfast buffet and the dinner set — they truly pampered me like I was the queen of the world. The public onsen is beautiful and huge. I will forever choose to stay here whenever I’m in the area.
