L'hotel è stato ben tenuto (a parte la palestra) con un personale molto amabile e utile. Se cerchi un hotel a piscina, ci sono opzioni migliori entro 20 minuti a piedi, poiché questo hotel ha una piccola piscina. La palestra non era molto ben tenuta con peso ovunque e l'attrezzatura stessa avrebbe potuto essere migliorata.

Va bene, è puro e pulito, il prezzo è ancora un po' alto e la cena è buona.La posizione è buona, l'ambiente di isolamento sonoro dell'hotel è buono!!!!

Everything was good and ok except that when I arrived to the hotel around 10:00 pm no body was there I had to go next door to the pharmacy to ask if the reception was open or if I had to call someone to check in , the pharmacy employee had to go inside the hotels office to find someone after 15 minutes someone came in

Questo hotel, in grande rinominazione, la stanza è obsoleti, non pulita per certo, sono entrato e sono stato super stanco dopo 12 ore di volo tutto il suddenly falling sleep right when I wake up to use the bathroom I find it’s full of urine and the doccia piena di sabbia, ho chiamato il servizio della stanza alle 3 di mattina e li ho chiesto di pulirla, specialmente non potevo usare il bagno, ho dovuto pulirla me stesso, perché mi ignoravano, Il colazione è stato grande ha molta scelta diversa, soprattutto io gli dò 4 su 10 non posso credere che abbia la franchising intercontinentale.

Questa è la seconda famiglia di Raijiang che vivo in Giordania, e non c'è nessuna casa morta nel mare, specialmente il servizio. Ho scritto chiaramente questo viaggio quando ho prenotato che era il nostro viaggio di compleanno. L'hotel non ha fatto alcuna disposizione, la ricezione non ha espresso i nostri saluti, non solo non è entusiasta, ma anche la prima notte perché il gruppo di turisti arrivato quel giorno ha riempito la stanza e ha sostituito la grande camera da letto che aveva prenotato in letti doppi, Questo è diverso dal servizio dell'hotel Mori Hairy Jiang.Non consiglierei ai tuoi amici di venire a casa, mi deluderò!

We had a very bad experience during check in. Despite explaining that we were very tired & hungry (as it's already almost 8 in the evening), and we just need to check in immediately & have dinner; the staff at the reception denied our confirmed & paid reservation at trip.com. The staff knew that we were very tired, and we even offered to guarantee reservation with our credit card (just so we get the room & can have dinner); but he insisted to keep us waiting until he can get the response from trip.com. After waiting for so long, he said that still no responses from trip.com and he just asked us to wait forever. I got really upset after a long argument with him; and i have to strongly argue with him to give us room & we paid with our credit card for a new reservation. WE NEED A ROOM! I showed him the amount I paid for the Seaview Room charged in USD. (I just realised the next day that he charged me the wrong amount instead of calculating it to USD amount with the correct convertion). So i was charged a wrong amount as I was too tired to check how much he charged me. After a long argument & waiting, he finally gave me the room key; and said sorry for the waiting. They said that they will upgrade the room as an apologies. Just when we were in the room, I found out that they DID NOT upgrade the room. That's exactly the room I booked at trip.com; just I had to pay again with my credit card with a much higher rate! I was to tired to argue with the staff, so I no longer care after calling them saying they didn't upgrade us! This staff didn't even try to change the room; after we said this is not an upgrade. We PAID for this room category at trip.com. Nobody apologies for these so many mistakes from the staffs or management. When we checked out, the manager asked me how was our stay? He was not even aware that WE HAD ISSUES that they denied our paid & confirmed booking! Trip.com finally settled this issue with the hotel, and the hotel returned our overpaid credit card charged. Trip.com apologies a few times, they made many efforts to call us a few times. But the hotel & the management acting as if nothing happened! Is this really how a 5 stars hotel service? Luxury what? They treated us like a homeless person begging for room! So UNACCEPTABLE! I have never experienced staying in a 5 stars hotel with such a BAD service like this! This is the worst in our history of travel! This place must keep their act together! Learn hospitality BETTER! Overall, we were very disappointed, & this place is far from Luxury Collection, it's a CHEAP collection!

Super posizione e posizione. Tutto necessario. Un consiglio per chi si muove in macchina. Accedi all'hotel per prima, saranno in contatto con te dove arrivare. Quando viaggiate nel deserto di Wadi Ram, la polizia vi sudorerà per prima mettervi un timbro sul Jordanpass (è sicuro di acquistare prima di viaggiare in Jordania , è sia un visto che un biglietto per molte visi) o acquistare un biglietto. Dove non ascoltare nessuno e soprattutto non muoversi, i compagni locali diranno che hai un cattivo hotel, un cattivo posto, ti darò meglio, non credere, ma resta in contatto con questo hotel e non ti arrepierai. Così tutto è gentile e elegante.

Il paesaggio della piscina è molto bello. Ci sono 2 piscine adulte, le piscine familiari e la russa sono così situate che non danneggiano le piscine adulte. La spiaggia è bella, si può snorkeling. Servizio molto attento. La posizione dell'hotel è fantastica perché direttamente sul mare rosso. La cena può anche essere buona fuori dall'hotel. Il buffet per colazione è ricco e versatile. Un soggiorno molto rilassato.
